Went there 2 days in a row as I enjoyed it so much, Ordered a Glow Bowl both times. The 2nd day I went it was 30mins before close , she advised me as they were closing they won't be able to offer much, fare enough, but she rushed my order as I asked for no coconut in there , it had flakes in it and I couldn't eat it. Allergic to it. Was so looking forward to eat . It's a nice place , plenty of seating inside and out side seating is available too. Would I go back again yes, will make sure I go a few hours early if I can. Maybe the 1st day I went there Boss lady was there, so made a difference. After ordering our bowls, we were rudely asked to leave by the employee. When Holly, the owner, reached out about the incident, we were told the employee was "in a rush to go to a party," which somehow justified the rude dismissive behavior. What's even more concerning is that there was no effort made by management to make things right. From a customer service and leadership standpoint, this was handled incredibly poorly. I think that could be increased a bit, especially for the dollar amount paid. Got a random piece of mango in my bowl, glad I'm not allergic Thankfully I read other reviews so I didn't expect a greeting or acknowledgment from the staff when I entered. That would have been nice though. The tables weren't cleaned off and no one was really attending to the dining space. Even when the evening staff came in no one came to attend to the tables. I thought that was interesting. The young lady at the register seemed hesitant to give me the WiFi password. As for service, Ordered a smoothie bowl for lunch- first I asked to sub out banana fruit for something else on top but told that was extra to sub and server was quite rude about it - a young teen clerk with lack of customer service. Next for the food It was advertised as a small 12 oz bowl - when I tell you the base (I got greens base) plus granola was barely 1/3 high in the container I'm not exaggerating. The bowl itself was pretty tasty but consumed in about two bites because they severely under portion. For the cost of the bowl, it's laughable how small it was. The shop itself was clean but quite empty, you would think they would prioritize customers who are actually ther since didn't seem like they were doing much business. the food quality and the presentation and bowls are great - however the quantity is getting smaller and smaller and portion sizes are contracting. Local business, sure they are trying but the owner needs to convey to the staff that the portions have to be standardized and bowls have to be appropriately prepared with the quantity that was provided earlier. Otherwise, for the amount of food it is getting a bit expensive. Update: Holly, the business owner, took close notice of my review and has addressed all my concerns regarding portion size. As I mentioned above, the ingredients and the preparation of each bowl is top notch quality - Holly indicated the quality of ingredients and how much care they put into ensuring the quality and taste of all ingredients is very good. As I said, Holly made sure personally that all my issues were addressed. My family loves acai/pitaya bowls from Holly Bowls and will continue to be regulars here! read more

I love these holly bowls. I teach at Ridgeview in Sandy Springs, and our PTA treats us to these delicious bowls several times a year. They are really delicious and healthy. You can put in blueberries, pineapple, etc...and top it with granola, honey, Nutella and more! The bowls look like a chocolate smoothie, and they definitely have banana in it too. We just had Holly Bowls cater an event for our school's Teacher Appreciation Week. Holly was just a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The staff LOVED showing up to school on Monday for a make your own Acai bowl breakfast. Holly brought acai, pitaya and greek yogurt for bases, granola (with a gluten free option as well) fresh cut fruit, coconut as well as peanut butter, nutella and honey for toppings.
