I got both my dresses hemmed since I'm pretty short 4'11, and for one of them she was able to put bra cups in one of the dresses and add volume as well as fix/remove the awkward boning structure that was attached to the dress. She even fixed the backing for one of the dress's and overall made it more cohesive. For both dresses, I thought it was fairly priced and the whole process was professional and picking up both dresses were done so in a timely manner. I figured I would see if I could have it altered, I called around a few places and a lot of them were either too busy or taking appointments for the following week. I only had a few days before I left town for the wedding. Cruz Tailors said they would see and could do a rush order for an added fee. I came in paid and picked up in two days. I loved the way it came out and the fit was so much better. I felt more comfortable enjoying myself without being nervous my dress would fall. Would come back and they really seem to know what they are doing. I can't say for sure price point wise if it's lower or higher but I believe it was very reasonable for what I needed as well as the speed. It's easy to find in the heart of the downtown area just a little away from the Main Streets. Street parking but there is a lot close by if you need to use it. Very convenient and right off the freeway. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will say for bigger jobs you want to give them time and yourself.
