We had a nice chat about what the surgery would entail, and the pros and cons. I didn't fill rushed, and he answered my questions in depth. The nurse came back in with two price options. I could go home and think about it, or I could book surgery now, since he is booked several months out. There is a $500 deposit to book a date. I decided to think about scheduling a date right now since this is an elective surgery, and it needs to be paid in full before any surgery will be performed.
