    It was our first visit of this salon, we had spa pedicures and manicures. Fairly clean shop, active atmosphere, can be a little loud when multiple people talk loudly at the same time friendly staff. Minh & Tiffany did great job on beautifying our nails. Very detailed work. Convenient location, Safeway, Kohl's, Target, Michaels... are all in the same shopping center. Will return for more service and post updated reviews.

    I was looking for a place to get lashes. I saw that Inspire provided this service for $25. I set my appointment for 4:15pm on a Saturday. I arrived at 4:10pm, signed in the kiosk, and had a seat where they directed me. I thought it was cool that the waiting seats were massage chairs. There was a big bowl of snacks filled with chips, candies, and chocolates. I didnt partake, but it was a pretty cool gesture. I turned on my massage chair and proceeded to work on emails. Next thing I know, its 4:45pm. That massage chair distracted me. Lol. The place was not packed. I asked the staff sitting at empty stations if I was going to be seen soon. They grabbed someone immediately and brought me to the back. I think they forgot about me, but it was all good. Everyone was super friendly. We get to the back and she quoted me $60 for the lashes. I told her that the website said $25. She said, "oh that's for the strip lashes and they are $30 now." For the cluster lashes, it was $60. I went with the strip lashes. See the before and after pictures. I wish they honored the price they had on their website, but they didnt. I am choosing my battles in 2024 so I paid, tipped, and moved on. The lashes looked okay; they lasted about three days which I appreciated $10/day. I would not come here again for lashes, but I would come to check out their manicure and pedicure services.

    I have used this place several times since moving here to MD back in February. I have always had a decent experience. Today i walked in for a nail repair and i was treated as if I was lying about getting my nails done there. I was not seeking a free service and they made it a point to repeatedly tell me that i had to pay and even pointed out the register for me. While repairing my 2 broken nails, they kept gathering in front of me and speaking as if i wasnt there. I asked if there was a problem and they said they just wanted to make sure the color was correct (which it isnt ) I simply wanted to repair the nails that I myself broke ... a service i planned on paying for from the beginning. I do not know what the issue was today or why i was treated a type of way, but returning is definitely questionable at this point. Customer service should be just as important as the product you provide.

    Mimi was not the most attentive tech regarding my eyebrows. I explained to her that I would like it a certain way and she continued to tell me no and and that I would not have any eyebrows to do anything with based on what I needed. I informed her that I just would like what I'm asking for and she continued to rush and do what she wanted until I asked her to go ancho and remove what needed to gone based on our conversation. It was a $14 eyebrow job that was not worth the attitude nor the "I don't take appointments" statement she provided when I asked for her name. If you are going to rush and do what you want then why is it a service..will not be back and be sure to know who you are being serviced by when advocating for what you would like in a service.

    I came in for a Gel X mani, color - white chrome. I showed the man the pix of the nails I want, and he said ok and started to work on them. I'll admit I wasn't paying attention, cause I trusted he knew what he was doing. And he was doing what my previous nail tech did elsewhere. I was charged $100, not including tip. When I took a good look, I was disappointed. How could you compare what I showed you, to what I got. I guess again, my fault too for not paying attention. I won't be back. 1st pix with the hand with the ring on it, is what I wanted. The other, is what I got. I'll have to paint over and fix at home. Terrible.

    So I will be honest, I haven't returned to this location for quite a while, but I had a birthday discount. The last couple experiences have been a lot better. Tiffany did my nails the last two times and did a fantastic job! She is friendly, patient, and takes her time to make your nails look great!

    I love Inspire Nails. I have been going here for years and have really gotten to know the staff. Ni and Kim always do an AMAZING job!

    Perfect engagement nails from Kim this has been my go-to place for years. Complimentary drinks, never too loud, service is always consistent. The great thing about Kim too is she will listen if you want short nails - not something that can be said for all technicians. I drive over half an hour to come here. The point system is also a lifesaver - I always have enough saved up by my birthday to do something fun at a discounted rate. They do take walk-ins, but definitely make an appointment to ensure you can get in.

    My favorite nail salon! Spacious, clean and the staff are truly friendly. I followed my nail tech, Kim here who is truly phenomenal and have never looked back. She listens, takes her time to care for your nails, and always delivers! Absolutely love her!

    I had to make a quick, last minute decision to come to this salon because I was in the area & in need of a mani/pedi for upcoming weekend plans. I noticed from the outside they were brand new so checked them out on Yelp 1st & called to see when they officially opened which was just June. I usually wait a week before doing a review on a nail salon just to see how my nails sustain after some time has passed. I had the pleasure of having Timmy do my nails and he was friendly and had pleasant conversation with me the whole time. I have to highlight a few things I notice this new salon handled social distancing and sanitizing: -Check in required immediately washing hands when you walk in, then entering your name & # on an iPad *Did not see the iPad sanitized after each check in* -You then pick your color which is 2 baskets full of options on key rings *Did not see these sanitized at all* -Pedicure stations appeared clean but did not see them wiped down/sprayed/sanitized after my 2 uses in the chair -Nail techs are all wearing masks but not sitting 6ft apart at the nail station *Sitting in every other chair would have made a huge difference and made me more comfortable* My gel manicure and pedicure felt great but unfortunately I had to return to the salon that same evening because my bigger toes were not dry & smeared in my shoes. I was not in a rush when leaving earlier and Timmy reassured me they were dry. He was kind enough to do it over but then the polish began to spill over. This was no fault of Timmy or mine, the polish was just too thin. He made 2 more attempts then settled on putting gel on them to make it not run over again & dry quicker. Because I was the 2nd to last person in the salon, all the other nail techs were leaving so it was Timmy, 1 other lady and a guy who was acting-management. I didn't see any evening clean-up process, nail clippings were on the floor as I was heading back to the front of the salon to leave and Timmy left 1 minute after me, so I'm hoping they do a thorough cleaning the next day. This place has great potential, they have a 10% happy hour off services and a points system that will reward you with $ off for future visits. Just hoping they make their cleaning practices more visible especially during these times of Covid-19. Sidebar: When I returned home, my right toe still had bubbles so even the gel didn't fully work :( but my manicure still looks great and holding up well after 1 week.

It's a long one, so here goes…read more this location isn't far from me, and my normal person that I normally go to at a different location didn't have the time that I needed. So I decided to go to a different location, which is this one, which is a little bit closer to my house. and I click any "Sugarista"- and the time I needed didn't pop up. Then I proceeded to click the individual to see the time that I needed. I finally clicked on Liv (I think that was her name) for 525pm. I made an appointment at 5:25pm, because that is when I can make it after work. A couple minutes later I get an email saying my appointment has been rescheduled to 5:20 PM. OK... so I leave work and I rushed there from Timonium to Ellicott city, in traffic. I called the store to let them know that I'm gonna be five minutes late... Which would be 525, my original booking appointment... and a man answers the phone. He tells me no problem, but I can be taken whenever. I actually get there at exactly 5:20 PM. I get into the store and I don't hear or see anybody. I decided to wait a couple minutes and nothing. I decided to call out into the store for somebody, and I finally got an answer. This is 530pm. The owner of the store calls me, Toshi, telling me that my Sugarista is on her way. I go to the bathroom, I come out, and another Sugarista is at the front desk, who I thought was my Sugarista. But it wasn't. It was somebody else. I was informed that my Sugarista was not coming. This is 540ish-pm at this point. I'm still waiting. I've been waiting for 20mins. Then the Sugarista tells me that she's completely booked and she can take me at 6:30pm if I don't mind waiting. So I drove 45 minutes from Timonium in traffic, waited 25 minutes, and then I would've had to wait another 45 minutes to get serviced?!? Heck no. I walked out. On top of that, the owner, Toshi, calls me from the store phone, apologizing. In that message, she gives me her personal phone number. She proceeds to tell me how sorry she is for the inconvenience, and that she will give me a gift card for the full balance of the service. I tell her I normally go to the location in Perry Hall, but the girl I normally go to didn't have the time that I needed. She said that's totally understandable and Once she figures out how to send me a gift card, she would. She sent me a gift card for $25. My service costs $65. When I spoke to her today, she said that she wasn't going to send me the full amount for the service for another store, but cover the cost if I decided to come to her store.. after this experience, I don't think so. Even though Ellicott city is closer to me, I will be going to the one in Perry Hall, which is roughly 45 minutes away. I do think it is a little untrustworthy that she would tell me all of this on her personal phone and not the work phone so that it doesn't show up on my account. 0/10, will not be going back. But will 1000% be going to Perry Hall which is 40 mins away from me.

She won me over with her extremely gentle and relaxing pedicures and her meticulousness and attention to detail with my SNS manicures. She is a total perfectionist. I've gotten solid colors, french, and ombré nails with her and they are always perfect. She spends extra time massaging my legs and feet. I just adore her. The salon itself is very clean, spacious, updated, and beautiful! I find it very convenient that I can book my appointments online. My only complaint (and I don't believe this has anything to do with Ann) is that she is often running really behind for my appointments. I wonder if the business should extend their service times so the technicians are not over-booked and constantly running behind. I am a hair stylist so I get it- every once in a while. But when it's 9 times out of 10, running 30+ minutes late for pre-booked appointments- something needs to change. I even called today to see if she was running on time or behind. I was told she was running 5-10 minutes behind, so I took my time getting there. My service did not actually begin until about 40 min after my appointment time. Summary: Book with Ann for a phenomenal experience. Be prepared to not be seen at your appointment time.

My total was $100, $80 for the pedicure and $20 extra for gel, but they gave me $5 off because the sign was wrong. Not worth it! Gee, thanks! Will not return here!

My aesthetician was Ciara. I had my eyebrows, lips, under arms and Brazilian done. At soon as I walked in, I can smell weed on her, especially as her hands were close to my face, and I smelled it on her breathing on me. But that's not the worst. It felt like I was the first customer because the wax was really hot. I had mentioned it to her several times that it was hot and she even told me that she noticed it so when she did my eyebrows but she continued to do my eyebrows and upper lips. She even put more wax on top even after she said that she notice it. I did keep on letting her know that it was still too hot. She asked if this was the first time I've had wax done, and I told her - no. I've been getting waxed for the last 25 years. When I got to my car to check my face, I had large noticeable burnt spots under my eyebrows, both left and right and over my upper lip, both left and right. I went back to the store to show the manager, Francesca Moreira, to complain about the burn spots from Ciara. The manager told me that it looks a little red; and when I told her to look closer and that Ciara actually burnt skin off, she told me that she was not certified to say so or not. It does not take a genius to see that skin was taken from the hot wax. There's a huge difference. I'm not sure how she is the manager of a team of aestheticians, and not certified just to see that Ciara, or other aestheticians, actually took skin off when Ciara waxed my eyebrows and upper lip. I had to ask to talk to the Regional Manager, Tony Badolato, but she only offered to provide me an email. I had to call back several times because she provided two incorrect emails where it was undeliverable because it didn't exist. Finally, the front desk provided me with the correct one. It took 3x times to get a hold of the regional manager. I had to go to work with burnt scabs on my face. I cried upset over the whole experience. Bottom line, I will not be coming back to any European Wax location. This experience destroyed any expectation I might have with any other aesthetician they might have on staff or the managers they hire who don't have training or is certified in the service they provide. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I did get reimbursed but not until after I was asked to provide pictures for proof by the Regional Manager. It was a horrific experience. Never again.
