I had a dip manicure at Inspire this week when I was nearby for a work event. I loved that this salon is so large and staffed so that there wasn't a wait when I walked in around 6 on a Monday night (I feel like every salon I've been to lately has a wait - even if you call ahead). The manicure was okay - it felt very much like most manicures I've had lately - more of a paint change than a manicure (quick removal and re-paint but not much in the way of cuticle care, maintenance). Service was friendly. I'd go back, and I'd say it's a pretty average manicure for the area/price. read more

I first went here five years ago when we moved to area. Have gone a few more times over the years but will not go back. Nail technicians are nice and efficient but nothing special. The front desk customer service is horrible. I had a birthday discount and was told I could not also get the paying in cash discount. Makes no sense since paying with cash saves the credit card fee for merchant. I should have pulled my cash and paid with my card so he would have had to pay the fee. I was looking for a place to get lashes. I saw that Inspire provided this service for $25. I set my appointment for 4:15pm on a Saturday. I arrived at 4:10pm, signed in the kiosk, and had a seat where they directed me. I thought it was cool that the waiting seats were massage chairs. There was a big bowl of snacks filled with chips, candies, and chocolates. I didnt partake, but it was a pretty cool gesture. I turned on my massage chair and proceeded to work on emails. Next thing I know, its 4:45pm. That massage chair distracted me. Lol. The place was not packed. I asked the staff sitting at empty stations if I was going to be seen soon. They grabbed someone immediately and brought me to the back. I think they forgot about me, but it was all good. Everyone was super friendly. We get to the back and she quoted me $60 for the lashes. I told her that the website said $25. She said, "oh that's for the strip lashes and they are $30 now." For the cluster lashes, it was $60. I went with the strip lashes. See the before and after pictures. I wish they honored the price they had on their website, but they didnt. I am choosing my battles in 2024 so I paid, tipped, and moved on. The lashes looked okay; they lasted about three days which I appreciated $10/day. I had the worst experience there. My hand was yanked around- she hurt me and never said sorry like the other ladies do if it happens she didn't even smile at me once . Worst of all she cheated me in the filling process for my nails and they were cracking and breaking on the first day . They snag on everything they hurt when I try to use them - which it turns out I CAN'T!!! So upset about this and they also have a program where you earn points and get money off as a reward for coming back- I have been going there for years and they have never given me my rewards. read more

Today i walked in for a nail repair and i was treated as if I was lying about getting my nails done there. I was not seeking a free service and they made it a point to repeatedly tell me that i had to pay and even pointed out the register for me. While repairing my 2 broken nails, they kept gathering in front of me and speaking as if i wasnt there. I asked if there was a problem and they said they just wanted to make sure the color was correct (which it isnt ) I simply wanted to repair the nails that I myself broke ... a service i planned on paying for from the beginning. I do not know what the issue was today or why i was treated a type of way, but returning is definitely questionable at this point. I was in two weeks, and within 2 days my gel manicure was chipped on three nails. Now, they do have a repair guarantee however I didn't realize that until past the requested 7 day time period . But, honestly, I didn't want to go back either. I didn't find the gentleman who greeted me at the desk friendly or helpful. He told me to sign in, with no further direction. It was first time at the studio and the tablet was not at the reception desk. To hear him call out names of technicians to provide service as customers arrived was really not professional. And my tech spent so much time and energy trying to upsell me, that I believe it distracted her from doing my nails adequately. It's been two weeks , and I can literally pull the gel polish off the nails that haven't chipped. I know my options, my budget, and my needs when I arrive. Some salons show you menu of services to help you decide the level of service, which I appreciate . I don't appreciate being badgered to have additional services . I can't say good enough things about this nail place! I've only gone here for pedicures but they are so clean and meticulous about them! It does get packed pretty fast here so I would make an appointment otherwise walking in could take a 30 or 45 min wait. Which is fine because it's in a large shopping center, but mentioning this just in case. I had to make a quick, last minute decision to come to this salon because I was in the area & in need of a mani/pedi for upcoming weekend plans. I noticed from the outside they were brand new so checked them out on Yelp 1st & called to see when they officially opened which was just June. I usually wait a week before doing a review on a nail salon just to see how my nails sustain after some time has passed. I had the pleasure of having Timmy do my nails and he was friendly and had pleasant conversation with me the whole time. I have to highlight a few things I notice this new salon handled social distancing and sanitizing: -Check in required immediately washing hands when you walk in, then entering your name & # on an iPad *Did not see the iPad sanitized after each check in* -You then pick your color which is 2 baskets full of options on key rings *Did not see these sanitized at all* -Pedicure stations appeared clean but did not see them wiped down/sprayed/sanitized after my 2 uses in the chair -Nail techs are all wearing masks but not sitting 6ft apart at the nail station *Sitting in every other chair would have made a huge difference and made me more comfortable* My gel manicure and pedicure felt great but unfortunately I had to return to the salon that same evening because my bigger toes were not dry & smeared in my shoes. I was not in a rush when leaving earlier and Timmy reassured me they were dry. He was kind enough to do it over but then the polish began to spill over. This was no fault of Timmy or mine, the polish was just too thin. He made 2 more attempts then settled on putting gel on them to make it not run over again & dry quicker. Because I was the 2nd to last person in the salon, all the other nail techs were leaving so it was Timmy, 1 other lady and a guy who was acting-management. I didn't see any evening clean-up process, nail clippings were on the floor as I was heading back to the front of the salon to leave and Timmy left 1 minute after me, so I'm hoping they do a thorough cleaning the next day. This place has great potential, they have a 10% happy hour off services and a points system that will reward you with $ off for future visits. Just hoping they make their cleaning practices more visible especially during these times of Covid-19. Sidebar: When I returned home, my right toe still had bubbles so even the gel didn't fully work :( but my manicure still looks great and holding up well after 1 week. read more

Super cute salon with a HUGE selection of colors. All of the employees are nice and friendly. But my main girl Mimi can pretty much do any design that you ask for, just bring a reference picture. She always makes sure that I am 100% satisfied before I leave. The salon has nice massage chairs for pedicures, and they offer water, hot tea and even wine! I came here as a new customer and I love any salon that allows me to book online so I made a 3pm appt for a Friday and felt lucky that I was able to be fit in. When I got there, I was asked to wash my hands (not unreasonable) before touching the sign in screen, but given no direction to where their sink was. The place is huge (probably 20 clients when I was there) so you don't see it right away, but i found it a half second later, washed my hands, then went back up to the (unmanned) front desk. One of the techs approached me and asked what I was getting done so I showed him a pic of what I wanted (#1 attached - I needed a fill in but it was all about the design). He said "I can't do that." flat out. Huh? I was actually stunned and blurted out "are you serious?" . I am usually quiet and non-confrontational but I just stood there because I was legitimately shocked and had such a bad taste in my mouth. So another tech (Ni) approached me while the other guy walked away (no sorry, nothing) and I told her I was looking for this design fill/pedicure. She said she can try it. That was something at least. Ni walked me back to do my pedicure and there were a few customers in the area. She was thorough and efficient and offered me a complimentary drink. She then did my fill and I have to say it was pretty rough in some spots (lumpy vs just thick). She asked how many nails I wanted the design on and I said all of them, knowing that a design is more but for $95 total (yes, and I tipped for her time) I expected a better effort and a friendlier customer service. They clearly aren't hurting for business but I feel that new people should know if they are considering going there. I saw a good number of Black/other POC women, so even though I felt an uncomfortable vibe, they at least have a diverse customer base. read more

I will not return here. I just got a pedicure to which I was shown a book, to which the prices differ from the pamphlets, $10 difference! I must get another pedicure tomorrow because the nail tech Mary doesn't know how to cut cuticles. There is also gel polish remaining from my previous pedicure that Mary clearly didnt feel she should remove. Toes filed uneven and rough, and my heels arent smooth but i paid $75. My toe is uncomfortable. Mind you i pointed it out and she basically said okay its nothing i can do once she cut too deep... Severely disappointed, I wasted time and money with no apology. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My friend and I were there last Monday evening for pedicures. The nail technicians we had were very rude and did not speak to us other than to try to upsell their services. Spent 2.5 hours here and left with horrible nails. This was my second visit, but first time getting my nails done. My pedicure was good, but my nail experience was horrible. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone who was "capable" of doing ombré dip. Spoiler alert: they couldn't execute ombré either. I picked a light, orange color from the sample pile and thought the dip powder looked much darker/brighter. I confirmed that the same color number was on both the sample and dip jar. If you get dip often you know that it's really difficult to gauge how they will turn out until the end of the service. My nails are the wrong color, extremely thick to the point that they look like teeth, bumpy, and poorly shaped. When I brought up the color difference between the sample and dip, I was told that the sample is "really old and faded". Okay, that's my problem? Someone should have informed me that before the service. If you can't do ombré dip JUST SAY THAT. Paid $65 and going to get them redone elsewhere a week later. Such a waste of time and money. I wanted to become a regular, but will never be back. These are my NATURAL nails. Look how thick there are!!! They literally hurt. read more

About a year ago, I left a raving review for this nail salon. Oh what a difference a year makes. This dump has gone to hell in a handbasket. Now, they charge an extra $20 for gel polish, which is twice as much and it doesn't last as long as it did a year ago. I don't know if they switched vendors for their products, but my nails started to peel at Day 6 of having a gel manicure. My plan was to go back, but life happened and I got busy with work. I will start off saying that I won't say any names I just simply want you all to do better. This is not my usual location that I go to but since it was another Inspire Bar I thought they would have been a great second option. As I was getting my nails done I noticed that the shaping was off no big deal I asked the tech to correct it and he did. I asked for French tip, as he was doing my French tip I noticed the line was not neat and to fix it he would apply acetone which took some of the shine from my nail plus there was more polish on my skin than my nail. I didn't like it so I just asked for solid pink. After curing my nail (gel) the tech did NOT shape it for a good clean shaping at the end. there were bubbles in my nail polish. THIS IS CURRENTLY MY NAILS AFTER ONE WEEK. note: I don't do anything heavy with my hands my sets usually last 5 weeks. read more

I got an acrylic overlay with gel polish and my toes polished, but it's definitely not the best work I've had, especially given the location and prices. I have dips in a few fingers and the pain t job is just blah at best. I decided not to get a full pedicure because I'm very cautious about people working on my feet; yet the nail tech managed to cut my big toe up when trimming my nail.
