The experience got off to an odd start when we were told to wash our hands before our pedicures. I've never been asked to do that before a pedicure, so it seemed unusual. From the moment we walked in, there was a strong odor that reminded us of a dirty diaper, and it made it difficult to relax. The walls also appeared to have years of built-up dirt and grime, giving the salon an unclean feel. As for the pedicure itself, I barely felt like I had one. My toenails were hardly clipped, my feet were barely scrubbed or exfoliated, and there was no relaxing massage. I even asked where the massage was because it seemed to be missing from the service. There were no hot towels, which I normally expect with a pedicure at this price. To make matters worse, my big toenails were left uneven. The only highlight was the cat-eye polish was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the $70 price tag I would expect more.

It was Really a bad experience..... would just a little kindness really hurt? My nails look decent, but I have the sugar scrub still on my legs. I was in and out in 30 mins. Not given options for the type of pedicure.... The other customers there smiled at me, but no one that worked there. The place is beautiful, but sadly I won't be back, the prices are on par with other places, maybe a little higher.

I…read morehad a pedicure today and I went to use my gift certificate dated December 2025 and the new owners would not accept it because they did not own the nail shop at that time. Also, VIP does punch cards. I had nine punches, one for every manicure. With 10 punches you get $20 off on a pedicure. They did not honor the punch card because they were not the owners then. If the new owners wanted to keep current customers, they should honor the punchcard and put up a sign and say they will accept the punchcard that the clients have but will not no longer be offering them in the future. The new owner should appreciate the people who have been coming there for years., or they are going to lose many customers. the new owner finally took my gift certificate but told me it was only because I was a client there for so long.
