I love that she always knows my name and what time my appointment is when I get there! I also love the calls or texts I get as reminders of my appointment or to notify of an opening of I'm interested in coming earlier. My cleaning was with a new hygienist, Sam. I still miss Martha, but Sam, I believe, is her clone. Like Martha, he is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and has exceptional chairside manners.....and he knows about "2 Phones" The establishment is always clean and classy. The employees are always professional, courteous and knowledgeable about what they do. I have never had to wait more than five minutes in the waiting room before I'm called back to the service room. If you're looking for a great dental experience, check them out!

I came in for a wisdom tooth and my appointment has been set for within the week that I visited. It's crazy I don't have to wait a whole month for a dentist that comes "once a month" like other dentists. This place really had me in and out within 30 minutes. I'm extremely impressed and got to say this staff seems as professional as can be! 5/5 stars recommended I will now be coming here for my all my dental needs.

The entire staff is incredibly friendly and professional and the front desk makes the billing/insurance process easy with full transparency. I've never had any issue. Joy recently cleaned my teeth and she is the BEST! It is also worth noting the new female dentist at this practice has a great bed-side manner with a calm demeanor, making appointments stress-free and comfortable. (They also play the Kansas City Zoo penguin exhibit on the TVs during appointments. :D)

I also wanted to point out that my first impression of the actual office, itself,, was not great. The walls were dingy, with bad cartoonish drawings. I'm going to assume that it may have been a children's dentistry, at some point. They also had quite a few pleather chairs that appeared dirty because of a significant amount of peeling. Oddly the worst, from what I saw, was in the actual room I was in. Gross stuff! Sorry, but it made me question the quality & cleanliness of the entire office. The next thing is that, or I assume, they use a call center to book their appointments, Which wouldn't have been a bad thing, if they had access to their actual availability or which dentist & location existing patients, would need to be scheduled at. As I've been booked for a certain time slot, only for it to be canceled the next day because of overbooking. The worst of it, was having to drive all the way there for a scheduled appointment to glue my bridge back on, only to be told that my dentist is no longer there. Then being told I needed to make an appointment at her new office, since she did my bridgework. I mean, they wanted to make sure that everything was good with it. Although no offer was made to go ahead and let them do it. Especially because of the mixup. They need to up their game with communication, transparency & clarification between offices and bookings. It shouldn't be this difficult. Super frustrating, gas isn't exactly cheap over here! Nor is wasting your valued customer's time & money. Do better please!

After they did their X-rays they gave me a list totaling $3,218.58 of recommended procedures I needed done. I don't have any cavities and just needed a cleaning. They refused to do the cleaning without first pulling my wisdom teeth, getting braces and getting a mouth guard. After telling them I couldn't afford to have all those things done they refused to do a cleaning. I'm out $99 and had nothing done because they refused after I wouldn't pay them $3,218.58. I wouldn't recommend coming to this doctor for anything. I'm not sure how they have good reviews. I told the receptionist that it was pretty ridiculous that they wouldn't do the cleaning they told me they would do and they're still charging me $100. She didn't say a word. They seemed more interested in deciding who was going to go get food and from where. Again, I would avoid this place and take your business elsewhere.

I am so incredibly grateful I found Hildebrand Family Dental--they have completely changed my outlook! I've now been in twice: once for my initial X-rays and a second time for the first half of my deep cleaning. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The waiting room is well-designed and the staff is quick and efficient. However, the real standout is the dentist Jenny. She is, without a doubt, the most professional, kind, and down-to-earth faculty member I have ever met in a medical setting. She instantly put me at ease. I told her about my anxiety, and instead of rushing me or making me feel silly, she took the time to truly break down the entire process for me.
