So he politely asked me to move to a certain spot and then directed me to go into the office to see if one of the girls could fit me in that day or I would have to schedule in the future. As we were walking in, he held the door open for me and I saw a car on a lot, and I asked him about it and the. the woman Marie started screaming and swearing like a maniac to close the lobby door and the brother-in-law said to her I'm holding the door for a customer who needs to talk to you. When I left, I was kind of shaken up by the overall experience and Eddie ( gas guy ) asked me if everything worked out. I explained to to him that I scheduled for an appointment in a week because I'm not sure if I'm gonna bring it in or not because I was so offended by Marie's attitude. Eddie then went in the booth and got a business card for his brother-in-law and told me call Anthony-- especially about the car. He's the only one that does them and he's so fair to and good about it that the guys that worked for me at budweiser that I sent him to buy cars, I would always tell them ask her Anthony and not my other brother-in-law John! Anthony is just a good guy who wants repeat Business and he cares about what he does for his customers. They offer rides if you're local if your car is going to be a while. Victor helped me both times I needed work done on my car and it's always been a very pleasant experience. Very communicative and friendly. Kelly is also super friendly too. They even have resident birds and turtles - very unique for a mechanic shop. Bennet Street is being worked on, so I went to Sunrise Auto on the Lynnway. Oh boy! It was like when I changed dentists. She found cavities every visit, but once I found an HONEST one, I haven't had a cavity in 30 years! I told Lenny about the problem, and he fixed it while I waited 30 minutes! West Lynn would have made me drop off my car for days, and would have made me pay for a replacement I didn't need. I'm sure this $50 fix would have cost me at least $150 at West Lynn Auto. Jimmy and his staff changed my cars engine in a couple of days, thinking it would had been a week or so, but not here. The price?! significantly lower from what other shops were asking!
