I have been a customer of Holt's Carpet Care for thirteen years. I find them to be incredibly professional with top notch customer service. The job they do is fantastic. They are affordable, and very dependable. When I first moved here, I used a "dry" carpet cleaning service because my realtor recommended them. I called Holt's later to have them steam clean my white sofa. When they came out to clean the sofa, I asked them how dry, or chemical cleaning differed from steam. Joshua was very happy to show me on my carpet, which had just been cleaned a week earlier. The spot he cleaned was so bright next to the dry cleaned area, that I was amazed. From the appointment setting, to the timeliness, the courtesy and professionalism, and, of course, the actual carpet cleaning, this company is top notch. The difference in our carpet is amazing. It looks like new. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I was concerned about being charged extra for a couple of areas, but was not. They know you might have a couple of spots and it's no problem. Please don't be fooled by the companies that offer the coupons, but want to charge you extra for spots or high traffic areas. We had Holts Carpet Care come and clean our carpet before turning our house into a rental property. It has white carpeting and after moving all of the furniture out it was clear there were quite a few spots that needed extra attention. Joshua pretreated every room and after a thorough cleaning, it looked great. A few spots appeared after the carpet dried and Joshua came back the next day, quickly treated them again, and they were gone. After being stood up by another company, I called around, aparently nobody was answers the phone anymore. I got to Holts listing, checked out the website. Gave them a call, and the man who answered was very nice, and even in his already busy schedule made time to fit me in. He made my day. I suggest if you are looking, stop right now and give them a call. I don't write many reviews but i feel compelled to write this one. I found out that I was having unexpected guests the next day. I called Holts. He cleaned my carpets that evening after hours. Unbelievable service!! I don't get my carpet cleaned often enough but when I do, Holts gets it looking like new. He even got a Gatorade stain out once. He gives personalized service above and beyond. After leaving a message twice for another carpet cleaner with no reply, I called Holts and immediately was greeted politely and told that I could book an appointment. Robert, the technician, arrived early and quickly cleaned our carpets. He did some extras without being asked, like cleaning the carpet at the bottom of each bedroom closet. Joshua is such a nice guy. He is a hard worker and did amazing on my rugs and dining room chairs, the rug in particular is a shag rug and he was able to clean it and deodorize it.
