I just had Josh clean my carpets for the second time and I'm as pleased if not more so than the initial cleaning. First of all, they gave me a window of 9-11 am and he showed up right at 9 and he called when he was en route. I really appreciate that level of professionalism. Their removal of pet stains is solid. He transformed my stairs which tend to get pretty dirty even though we don't wear shoes. He even cleaned a few of my area rugs that were beginning to look quite discolored. The first time I used Holts Carpet Care was because our dog had an accident on our three-month-old, light grey carpet. I tried to clean it myself but couldn't get the stain out. Also, I didn't want to ruin the new carpet. On the old carpet before it was replaced, I had tried DIY carpet cleaners and was never able to fully remove the stain. Also, the chemicals caused uneven discoloration to other areas on the carpet. So, I called around for a professional cleaning. I am so happy I found Holts Carpet Care. Getting a quote and setting an appointment with Nicole was easy through email and phone. Joshua arrived at the beginning of the estimated time window and worked professionally and quickly. I was very pleased with the results, The pet stain was totally removed. He also cleaned another area carpet, successfully removing a stain from a spilled drink that had been on it for more than a year. I've had Holts Carpet Care come out two other times since then (within a year because of our dog) and each time Joshua has worked his magic and made the pet stain disappear. Joshua also gave me hints on how to prevent the stain from setting and how to clean it myself if I wanted to in the future. Great price! Came in I showed them the concerning areas where my dog had used a puppy training and a rug my cat had decided to piss on while I was gone on Christmas leave. They came in and gave the areas some much needed extra love with pet enzyme treatment. Place smells great and when my wife came home she was seriously stoked on how much better it smelled.
