The pre-mix menu made ordering super easy, as we started with a shrimp cocktail and, for the main, a lobster linguini. The menu also included a delicious dessert (raspberry sorbet) for $68. This did not include drinks. For drinks, I enjoyed a Pink Flamingo and a spicy margarita. And for the music, the DJ was very lively and encouraged diners to get out of their seats and dance around the restaurant in a line. Kelly S and the entire team did an amazing job hosting us. The place is beautiful and thankfully the food quality is top tier. I look forward to my return!

The service was excellent, and the food was actually quite good. But it's really the atmosphere that's just so interesting. From an aesthetic standpoint, it's really a very pleasing environment. Sadly, all subsequent visits since the first have gone downhill. So perhaps I just got more than lucky on that first occasion. The sushi in particular has been "fishy". So I stopped ordering it, but on the last try, they actually argued with me before taking it back. No apology mind you. While they were fighting with me, I asked, "why don't you taste it?". Which resulted in a lecture series on how the chef is the owner and how he prepares everything himself. So I logically asked to speak to him because you could smell it from at least a few inches away and it wasn't fresh or at least wasn't good. And of course they let me know that he's not working. So what was that exercise about exactly lol? On my last and final visit, I got stuck in some crazy Florida storm prior to walking in the door. The streets were literally getting flooded. Anyone on the road at that moment knows what I'm talking about. The restaurant had just opened and there was not a person inside nor do I think anyone would enter the restaurant because to get to it, they would have had to walk through the parking lot and by the time they made it to the door, they would be soaking wet (as I was). Meanwhile, I did not want to drive in that flood and so just decided to order food / drinks and wait it out. So without a single person in a restaurant, other than staff, and with sympathetic glances from the hostess and the bartender that I had survived the storm to get into the restaurant relatively dry-ish, and just grateful to be anywhere and not outside, the manager decided to come over and throw me out because I had a graphic on my T-shirt. Ironically, it was my own design, having worked in fashion for years. Of course, he could've made an exception since there was a massive storm outside, and no customers inside, but no, he made me go back out into the rain and now by the time I hit my car, I was completely soaking wet drenched, which also drenched my car. So let me just say a giant FU to that Manager whoever the hell you are dude yeah and you won't be getting my business ever again. I predict this place goes the way of the dodo and not the flamingo. It will take time, but it will happen.

At both establishments, the service is immaculate. For my Great Gramps' 103rd, we celebrate every chance we get, and he loves Harry's. We came for the Beef Wellington, but when we asked, they said they were not serving it today. We were so sad because we came specifically for it. The servers came together and were able to make it happen, and it was worth every bite. We had the sommelier give us a great recommendation for the Anna red wine. We had such a wonderful experience. I'm not here to diminish anyone else's experience, but rather to share my own honestly and constructively. Situations like this should serve as a learning opportunity for upper-level management, especially when the level of service and leadership falls below even basic expectations. We ordered a filet mignon that lacked the tenderness I would expect from a restaurant claiming this caliber of dining. We also ordered the salmon, which unfortunately had that unmistakable metallic, pungent flavor that immediately signals the fish is not fresh and should not be consumed further. We brought the issue to the attention of the manager, who acknowledged it initially but never returned to follow up. To their credit, the salmon was removed from the bill and an alternative dish was offered. However, the overall experience still fell far short of what should be expected at this price point and reputation level. What disappointed me most was not simply the food itself, but the complete lack of genuine hospitality and ownership from management. Strong restaurants understand that service recovery matters just as much as the meal. There's a reason establishments like The Capital Grille or Flagler Steakhouse have earned reputations for professionalism and customer care. Sometimes I genuinely think managers at places like this should spend time training in environments where hospitality is treated as an art form rather than an inconvenience. The following day, I was still disappointed enough to write this review. At a certain point, guests should not have to spend over $200 while simultaneously educating a restaurant on how to deliver proper service and quality control. With an abundance of superior restaurants nearby, this is not a place I would return to, even if offered a complimentary meal. Don't chance it.

I would rate them a mere two out of ten. Additionally, we tried the oysters, which were disappointingly bland. Even with various toppings, they lacked the fresh vibrant taste one hopes for when enjoying oysters. Regrettably, both dishes missed the mark for me so I decided not to order more food and go somewhere else. On a positive note, our server was exceptional friendly, attentive, and accommodating, which helped enhance our overall experience. The restaurant's ambiance was mature and inviting and its location is indeed impressive. Despite the high ratings and popularity, I found the food lacking, which makes me hesitant to return. While I appreciate the quality of the drinks and the warmth of the service, the culinary offerings did not live up to the hype considering the basic dishes I ordered. Go for drinks only!

The space is dim and it was hard to see just how much steam was coming out of it. This dish should not have been brought out at this temperature and my friend badly burned her mouth taking a bite. Once it did cool down, we all tried it and it tasted so bland it honestly wasn't even worth eating. It tasted like standard steamed cauliflower and I don't remember what it supposedly came seasoned with, but none of it had flavor. We also got the truffle corn side dish and onion rings. The corn was small bud edible. The onion rings, however, were not. They were SO hard that I couldn't bit into them and when I tried to use a fork and knife it ended up just making a mess. We ended up barely making a dent in both the cauliflower and onion rings and when they took our plates we were honest that both dishes were basically inedible. I spoke to someone by the name of Charlie, who was concerned about my review. I told him I tried to leave a better review even though that the Oscar sauce on the filet mignon was bland and it tasted like a biscuit and gravy sauce without the biscuit. The asparagus was very thin and yellow. You could tell that it was not fresh. The Caesar salad was OK, but it seems like it was just Romain lettuce with some salad dressing on it. So Charlie offered to try to make things right and offered me a complementary dinner and made the reservation through OpenTable and said that it is available through February 28. Fast forward. I confirmed the reservation and also I asked that there will be no charge. I called a couple of times because I did have to make some changes and asked again. Yes there is no charge. I arrived and I was told no it's not complementary and the only thing that's complementary is a glass of wine. I drove 50 minutes one way for a glass of wine. Does that make sense? I think they expected for me to bring a guest to make up for the bill. Unfortunately, I didn't have anybody who wanted to go there. Their review was very low and did not want to waste their time. I even offered to pay for their meal and they said no. Their recipes are as old as the decorations inside. They should bring back chefs instead of just a cook who just heats up the food. Anybody could throw a piece of filet mignon on the grill and take a can of sauce and pour it over it. If you charge this much, it should be something special. I did not accept the complementary glass of wine. I just walked out. This was a waste of time. This is not how you treat customers?? I know exactly what was told to me and he kept on telling me that we want to make it right give us another chance and a complementary dinner. Dan called Charlie to co firm. Don't waste your time here find a place who knows how to really cook. First review below; My first time dining in Morton's and I did have high expectations because I know that it's pricey. The lobster biscuit was nice similar to Texas de Brazil so I'm guessing it came out of the same container?? Bread was nice with the whipped butter. Caesar salad was good. Shoestring potatoes were a large portion & nice. My son liked his steak because he doesn't get " "charcoaled/grilled? " filet mignon so it was a treat. I ordered the steak Oscar and it was cooked perfectly medium rare, but it was tasteless. I don't use much salt, but I had to add salt on this. I normally season for flavor & less salt but this was bland. I found the cream of spinach very heavy. Too much cheese. I took it home, but I couldn't even get myself to eat it. Even though we ordered from the special menu, there were hidden prices that were in addition to the special price. Calories, and then the price without a dollar $ so you would notice. The chocolate lava cake was extra, but it was very good and it came with ice cream. My espresso dessert was good. The service was good and the manager was nice. But I did expect for it to be more impressive. It seems like the decor and the dark theme has been that way for years because I remember walking in there many years ago. I would've loved to give it a great review, but it was just not up to par in my expectations for the price they charge.
