Also when my wife made a order separately from mine, she asked if any perks available for food/bagels, the cashier said No. When my wife asked where is the menu for bagels to know what kinds available as she would order for family members at airbnb vacation home, the cashier pointed to the wall and said look there at the bagel shelfs, which were almost empty with 3 remaining flavors. My wife ordered 6 bagels for $11.xx... YET later my brother in law at home said on Tuesdays, the special is one dozen (actually 13 not 12) bagels for $9.99+ Yesterday, a cashier asked me if I would like to order anything else besides the "free drink" sip club. You need to re evaluate how to phrase questions towards customer. Also, your outdated system still does not have self-order kiosks, making it even more inconvenient especially when there is a line of customers. Quite the customer service or lack thereof. Management needs to retrain the workers to say the least.
