Despite ongoing issues with over-ratio classrooms and understaffed mornings, nothing ever seems to change. When these concerns were brought up, the director was dismissive and unresponsive. It's clear that the management's priorities are not in the right place, and it creates a very unsafe and unprofessional environment for the kids. I cannot recommend this daycare to anyone who values their child's safety and care. The only positive aspect of this daycare is Robin, the one staff member who truly cares about the children and goes above and beyond. Robin is wonderful and does her best despite the challenging circumstances, but it's unfair that she's left to handle everything on her own. The daycare is severely understaffed, with poor management that doesn't seem to care about the kids or support their staff. While Robin is fantastic, she deserves better, and so do the children. Every time I've interacted with the front staff at this daycare, it's been a frustrating experience. They consistently have bad attitudes, and I've caught them lying straight to my face on multiple occasions. We did not think that we would have needed childcare... but I must say the search has been so stressful annd overwhelming ...until Celebree and Mrs Mindi. I have researched, called and read reviews of all the prestigious child care facilities locally. It's crazy because I just started a new job ... working Monday thru Friday getting off at 5:30pm.. so that makes interviewing any childcare facility during the week IMPOSSIBLE. And wait... mostly all the facilities are closed on the weekends. My daughter is going to school during the week and doing her exterm... so .. she could not visit as well. I spoke to many facilities that just could not accommodate a visit after hours... nor a scheduled visit or interview on a Saturday morning. I found a few that would allow me to send someone else to view on my behalf during the week... or just simply direct led me to their website. Well, I was blessed with a call back from Mindi at Celebree letting me know that she was willing to open up the Daycare just for myself, my daughter and my grandbaby to visit Saturday at 9am. The facility is closed on that day... however the accommodation was stellar. Not only did she give us a personal tour... but she allowed my baby to get down and experience the facility briefly. We were not rushed at all... she went over everything. Mindi didn't know how much this meant to me. She sacrificed a portion of her time.... Just for us. No directing me to a website to pictures. She interacted with my granddaughter.... and she was just happy and full of smiles. This made me feel confident about making a decision of choosing Celebree. The fact that she made us a priority... when so many other childcare facilities were willing to just let us walk away. My granddaughter was just another child to them... but Mindi made us feel like family! And that's important... as parents we must feel secure in knowing that we are leaving our babies in safe hands... and with people that truly care. We start next week, and I couldn't have made a better choice. I stopped by today... just to confirm and do paperwork and I was greeted by Evette and Celeste. Both friendly and welcoming. This was a great experience... as it should be anytime one is making a decision about care for a child. I am so thankful for Mindi calling me back... because if not... I would have been stuck with basic choices... instead of getting the best in service! I appreciate all of their time, patience, and concern! Thank you!

From the moment I walked through the door, it was clear that this preschool goes above and beyond in every way. These two women were so welcoming and kind. After discussing the schools philosophy and curriculum I feel very confident that my children will excel at this school. I can't wait for their school to open this Fall so that we can become a member of their school family. I feel like she's well-prepared to start Kinder in the fall. I'm also impressed with the advancements I've seen in my son as he's progressed through the toddler program into the 2s. All of the teachers make an effort to know every child's name and I think that makes them feel very special and included. I appreciate that they went through the process to become accredited and have a strong curriculum in place (while leaving plenty of room for the kids to still have fun). It's also nice that being in a federal building makes you feel like the kids are very safe. There are numerous security measures in place to finally get through the center's door, but nothing that would scare the kids. All of the building's security officers are so sweet with the kids!

My biggest problem was enforcing policies across the board for all children and parents. I felt like my daughter was scratched WAY TOO MUCH! I understand kids scratch, but if the nail clipping policy is enforced and parents are required to cut their daughter's or son's nails, scratches would happen less. Teachers should have nail clippers available at drop-off so parents can clip their children's nails. All in all, whenever I had a critique or comment for staff, it was always heard and respected.

Nearly two years ago, while researching daycares, I discovered Hope Day School. Initially, I had a…read morelist of several schools, which I narrowed down based on proximity, public reviews, and reported incidents. From the outset, something about the photos shared online and philosophies on Hope's website resonated with me. After touring many schools, Hope felt warm and inviting. The Executive Director and Assistant Director took the time to get to know our family and share their holistic approach and comprehensive curriculum, which includes nature, art, spirituality, nutrition, and open-ended play. Observing families dropping off their children gave me comfort as a first-time mom. My husband and I left with a strong, positive feeling. We applied to a few schools and ultimately chose Hope. It was the practical choice due to cost, availability, and location, but more importantly, it felt right.   A year later, our daughter still lights up when she arrives in the morning and eagerly reaches out to her teachers. She explores, learns, and socializes, and it's been a joy to watch her grow alongside the same group of children. The teachers are attentive and truly get to know each child individually. The chef prepares excellent meals, and I love seeing my daughter try a variety of healthy vegetables.   We have also enjoyed getting to know the other parents better. When u brought my grandson I explained I had recently got custody of him he had issues but not diagnosed yet please work with me! He was sent home several times "soiled", my son wakes up on him being "scolded" for letting his nose run and not wiping it, boo boo in his undies and all I asked was some one ensure he wipes his butt when done because he still learning, several scars and bruises "unexplained" finally after numerous complaints to the directors they wanted me to come get him if he don't sit down or stop crying and every thing I complained about I was given and excuses for never know, accountability was held on the teachers. Also, I found out there was like one teacher watching over 20 quids at times that's too many for one person even if the child doesn't have any disabilities, so after thinking, they was gonna work with me because I was working with the disability at a local school to get him in, I got a letter that they was like with his last day of this day. I didn't wanna send him back because he was coming home with too many bumps and bruises and issues so I literally paid for five days that he didn't even go. it's not the whole staff, but they really need to get more staffed. It's more family that works there and people help out what they can. The toys are outdated or broken, it needs a new makeover. Ultimately go for yourself make unexplained, unexpected visits and see for yourself. miss Sammy is a guy sent. She's very helpful. Try to help the kids with the most issues and she is what hoes that place together and they do her even bad in my opinion.
