Around 6:00 pm, I received a text message that my order was almost ready. Confused, I called the restaurant to confirm that I had, in fact, selected the correct pick up time. The staff member confirmed that I did; however, the food was ready. I then told the staff member that I would be unable to pick up the food until at least 7:00 pm due to work. Her response? They already made the food and there was nothing she could do expect REHEAT it. Reheat sushi? Reheat. The. Sushi. I politely told the staff member that I would not be picking up the food and that she can cancel my order. She said "okay, have a nice day" and then laughed. About an hour and 45 minutes later, I received another phone call asking when I would be able to pick up the food. I explained that I already spoke to someone and told them to cancel my order due to them making my order an hour before the requested time. She put me on hold to speak to someone, came back, said "okay have a nice day", and hung up. Reheated sushi? Salad sitting out... No thanks. Very disappointing on how it was handled. Don't think I'll be ordering to- go food from this restaurant.
