My wife came here because she loves the LSU rolls. They were soo good. I ended up getting the steak hibachi with veggies and rice. There is an up charge $3.00 for adding more veggies than rice. Overall, the food was good.

    LSU rolls! Delicious!

Listen!!!!!! I only tried one thing from here but it was AMAZING!! I'm fairly new to eating Sushi. I tried the LSU rolls and hot dang it! These rolls are DELICIOUS!! The service was pleasant and quick. The ambiance is more for take out to me. This is not a side of town that I frequent much. Inside was small with no diners. I saw several people picking up and /or ordering to go. These LSU rolls were fried perfectly. The taste was wonderful! I will definitely be back!

Sushi here was awesome!!! Deep fried LSU roll was filled with awesome cream cheese, crab meat, and crawfish topped off with spicy mayo and eel sauce. The noodles were good but different! Skinny angel hair almost noodles, but was good! The edamame was also good! A nice little quick dinner

A quaint little sushi spot in Coursey and Sherwood area. I was craving sushi and my favorite spot is apparently closed fro Tuesday lunch. I've heard great things about Tokyo Grill and decided to stop in. We were quickly greeted and told to sit where we wanted to. A server came by and got our drink orders. It too me a while to order, because I am one of these people that don't like raw sushi, but love a good cooked sushi! I will say it was good. It may not take the place of my favorite sushi spot, but it will definitely be a place I would visit again.

Tokyo Grill is restaurant that features sushi, hibachi, bento boxes, and other Japanese-style foods. The place is quite small, with only a handful of tables and a big counter to pick up to-go orders. This is good considering that take-out seems to be the majority of their business (at least the night we visited.) They also do table service, so we sat and had some sushi rolls and gyoza. We liked everything we tried (especially the roll featuring kiwi on top: yum), and the prices seemed cheaper than most places. The person waiting on us was friendly, attentive, and never overbearing. Considering the options for sushi in this part of town are a bit sparse, definitely check this place out if you're nearby, even if it's just for take-out.

My cousin and I happened to just come upon this place while in Baton Rouge. We were craving sushi, and it was the one closest to where we were located at the time. When we drove up, we weren't too sure about going in because it wasn't exactly what we expected, but we were both so glad we went in. It's very small, but the service was great; all the food we got was tasty, and everything was very inexpensive.

This was our first visit to Tokyo Place and we enjoyed every bite. The portions were huge, the prices were fantastic and the service was fast and friendly. We will be back soon!

Nothing Tokyo about this please. It's a Chinese place. Food is meh. Literally a hole in the wall. They use Chinese soy sauce as well.

We were out running errands and the pang of hunger reminded us that we had not eaten breakfast…read more Following a brief stop at the Asian Mart, we proceeded to Teriyaki Tiger, which was conveniently located nearby. The estimated wait time for our call-in order was 18 minutes. My husband arrived 5 minutes after placing the order and found that it was ready for pickup, enabling a quick in-and-out experience. This establishment proudly proclaimed on its website, 'Extraordinary specialty, authentic taste carefully selects the freshest ingredients and serving traditional Japanese culinary skills to satisfy your taste buds.' After driving by it numerous times, we decided to indulge in one traditional, authentic Japanese item from their menu, eager to experience the epitome of culinary excellence. Marvin Gaye sang 'What's Going On?' So, let me describe what's going on at Teriyard Tiger, located at 11228 Florida Blvd... absolutely nothing. Because when it comes to authentic Japanese dumplings, they are not being served here. The perfectly crispy looking machine-made dumplings looked crispy, but tasted like eating a flavorless frisbee. As someone who shelled out $12.13 for two orders of dumplings, I expected to get the real deal, not some pre-made, pre-frozen impostors. The filling was basically just cabbage with some mystery meat that might've been pork, but I'm not convinced. And don't even get me started on the soy sauce - it was like they tried to recreate Japanese flavors, but ended up with something that tasted like it belonged in a bad 80s movie. Here's a tip: just use Kikkoman like a normal person. Several reviewers are praising this establishment, but my initial experience with their dumplings was underwhelming. The cost of dining out has skyrocketed across the USAs and menu prices keep climbing. Wasting my coin on mediocre food is not an option so as the adage goes, you only get one chance to make a first impression. Unfortunately, they failed to impress by serving frozen food, which raises concerns about the freshness and quality of their offerings. This experience has led me to question the authenticity of their claims. Consequently, sticking to my one time resolution I will not be giving them a second chance unless someone else is treating.

Great pork flavor and the greens were crunch and crispy that added great freshness to it. There was also a sauce that added nice flavor. Had some Philadelphia rolls to eat and kept it basic. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice, the menu had pictures and was more extensive than I thought. The service here was great. The food came out fast and here are my highlights. I got the hibachi Crudo and that was pretty good! Good flavor and good quality. next, the sushi that I got was a very delicious, I love coconut flavors with sushi, the sauce that came with was pretty good. Good quality again and was very refreshing. The Ramen was the best part of the meal, one of the biggest Rams have I've had and for the price it was already worth it. Great presentation with a load of toppings. The quality of the toppings were great, but again, just like my first sentence, the egg felt and tasted rotten which ruined the whole mood but again the Ramen was one of the best taste of Ramen I've had. The Ramen was a bit salty but overall, if I were to come back, I would get the Ramen again, I highly recommend!
