They arranged for all the necessary equipment and medicines to be delivered to the senior care facility she was at. The lady my mom was in contact with told my mother to call her anytime and that she was available 24/7. This held true when a couple days later, my mom contacted her as my Grandma's condition had deteriorated and they sent out a nurse to be with her around the clock. We had the pleasure of working with Emma and Rosalyn, who were two of the most caring and dedicated nurses you'll ever meet. Their care for my Grandmother was gentle and thorough. They were there around the clock with our family and saw us through to the very end, making my Grandmother's transition and passing as painless and comfortable as possible. These two ladies are truly called to be in this profession as their interactions with the patient and family show their love for people and what amazing hearts they have. We are so blessed to have met them!

She took the time to evaluate and meet the family at Cedar's Sinai Hospital. Charmayne took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of our questions, and make sure everyone felt comfortable and supported. Her kindness and calm demeanor helped put our family at ease and made an overwhelming process feel much more manageable. We are extremely grateful for the care and compassion Charmayne showed our family. She is truly an asset to the hospice team, and we highly recommend her. I am delightfully and surprisingly impressed with Ramona Nursing & Rehab. It is such a relief to know my father is with trusted and caring professionals. Almost everyone, even people in different stations, know my father by name. They staff will smile, greet you, and tend to your request quickly. They have a great team of healers including PT, OT, Speech therapy. And the administration is friendly as well. They are proactive and patient. The facility is clean and organized. Though the building is old and dated, you can see the effort they put in to keep it as comfortable as possible. Parking lot is always full weekdays. Weekends are much better, less staff at the facility, so more time for visitations.

Patients are there to recover and regain their mobility, right? But they would rather keep them confined to their beds or wheelchairs.
