Came by here after lunch cause I wanted to try a different coffee spot in the area. It's a small shop tucked away in the plaza but the bright decorations make it easily recognizable if you're looking. Overall you can tell they put a lot of time decorating the spot and even though it's small it's a very inviting spot to hang out in. I'm not sure if they have the same playlist going all the time but the music definitely matched the vibes of the cafe as well. I went with the crème de la olla and my partner went with the honeycomb matcha. The de la olla was strong but it was still well balanced as you could still taste the spices come through without it being overly sweet/milky. As for the honeycomb matcha, I did appreciate the honeycomb bits as it added a nice crunch and gave it a pleasant sweetness. As for the matcha itself to be honest I feel like I couldn't really taste it but that might just be me. Still tasty overall. If I was in the area again i would definitely return!

Very quaint and small. Drinks were very pristine. You can taste the flavor in both not too milky or watery but perfect. It gave me a boost through out the day didn't have to go a get another drink elsewhere. Customer service was great as well. We were greeted and expressed it was our first time. My cousin was visiting from out of town and we wanted a quick stop for a drink because we were going shopping. Minor seating for waiting, however there are two couches and sitting benches inside and standing room outside. Ease of access regarding parking not an issue at all. Love that it is a hole in the wall spot, lots of intricate items and photos op opportunity for all the wonderful foodies and influencers who want to capture the aesthetics of the moment.

My first time in this neighborhood, there's lots of cool cars here. I went on a Sunday morning around 10am and it was packed. It seems like a meet up spot for local bicyclists to stop in for coffee/pastries. This spot, 6 Grados Coffee has been on my list to try for a while now! What's nice is that they have a parking lot and it is shared with the other business. There's also plenty of street parking that doesn't seem to have any hour restrictions on it. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is in front of the shop and on the left side of it. The interior space is a bit "cramped" when they have a full house (of customers). The walls are covered with art and the shelves are stocked with plenty of things to look at while you wait in line. There are a 3 cozy couches placed in different areas of the cafe-- with little rectangular tables. There was one couch along the right hand wall that was very low, but seemed soft. It was placed a little oddly because while people wait inline their butts are faced towards you lol. They had a menu plastered on the window before you entered and a little swivel display near the front before you get to the register. The swivel display reminded me of an antique music stand! The first time I looked at it, I missed the other portion of the menu (right panel, which mentioned the specialty drinks). It was a little hectic in the morning so I didn't want to ask about where the drinks I saw on Instagram were. Morning: I ordered an $6.75, Iced Lavender Latte. The coffee was strong, a good ratio of espresso and milk. It was slightly sweetened as well, although the drink, didn't taste like lavender to me. The description said they made a lavender cardamom syrup. There were lavender buds in the drink though! I came back after I finished my walk and by then it was almost closing time, 1:43 pm. I wasn't sure if they were already cleaned up or not, but my friend asked and they said we could still order (they close at 2pm). This time, there wasn't many people in the shop so we could take our time. And that's when I noticed the other half of the menu that I missed. These flavors sounded more complex and I was pretty excited to try them. Afternoon: I ordered the ~$7, Maple Honeycomb Latte. It is an iced maple latte, topped with their housemade salted maple honeycomb candy. I believe I saw it in bigger chunks in their photos (for here cup) and wondered how it would work for to-go. They just crumbled it a bit more to fit in. I tasted the salted maple honeycomb candy on its own and it was quite salty, but it's great because that paired very well with the coffee. This isn't too sweet which I really prefer. It was delicious!! In addition they left a biscoff cookie on top which was the perfect snack after a walk (5mi). One of my friends ordered the Iced Matcha Latte with the house made Madagascar Vanilla Syrup. He ordered this twice...it was that good! My other friend had the Cold Brew with light ice and said it surprised him how smooth and delicious it was. The pastries are sliced very generously, the banana bread caught my eye & I would have to order it next time! The drinks I want to try next would be: Crema de la Olla, Kahlua Tiramisu, and the Cruella 2.0. My brother mentioned the Gingerbeer Matcha sounded intriguing. I would recommend 6 Grados Coffee! The workers are super sweet and the drinks are delicious and strong. Well worth the price and drive out here.

We discovered this lovely place on IG. I Tried there Cruella coffee very delicious my son who is visiting got one of there delicious cookies which had a mix of flavors very delicious. Wife got Cajeta creme brulee hot that tastes like Christmas, and my son's coffee Nosferatu. All three was a trifecta of deliciousness. There service was efficient and very knowledgeable. I was very happy with the complete coffee house vibe. From the seating and decor. Also almost forgot having a Biscotti cookie on top game changer. This is a place to have just coffee. A place for quick bite to eat. Hidden gem in the heart of Paradise Hills . Seating inside and outside with a shared parking lot for customers only. Highly recommend this place for all the coffee lovers out there which thanks to my amazing wife I am becoming.

Came across this gem while visiting a friend and I'm so glad I stopped here! The coffee was bomb! It was super smooth every sip, which was the first thing I noticed. I've been twice already. This is definitely the kind of place that keeps you coming back -the menu has so many good options, it was honestly hard to choose. But once I saw a drink with orange, I instantly went with that one. I ordered the Amaretto hot with oat milk and the second time I had the Crema de Olla iced with oat milk - both were so good and super smooth. The inside is small but vibey, with minimal outdoor seating as well. Quick tip: I did get a little lost trying to find the spot at first, but now I know the back entrance has parking, which helps a lot. Definitely worth checking out!

Made a stop at this local coffee shop in paradise hills and it did not disappoint. Such a unique & cozy cafe, there is some seating indoor and outdoors. I talked with the employee for a bit and they have been there for going on 5 years or so, just glad I found another gem in San Diego. I ordered the crema de la Olla iced and it's a 9/10 definitely recommend trying it!

This place was so good ! We stopped by here on our way to church because I wanted to support a local business rather than go to starbucks (lol) & I will definitely be returning. The coffee was excellent , the service was top tier & I love the decor they had inside !! We ordered the oreo latte hot & the iced pistachio oat milk latte & they were both 10/10 !! Love this place !

Probably some of the most amazing coffee I have had. Came yesterday and got the La Llorona which was fantastic. Its iced coffee with espresso and a cinnamon syrup. Went for the Cajeta Brulee today. I dont normally do hot drinks but OH MY GOD. The menu includes homemade syrups in flavors like toasted marshmallow and mezcal. They add homemade candy to others. I cant wait to try everything on the menu.

They menu made it so hard to choose! I got the seasonal drink "Calabaza" that pumpkin and yam puree, rompope cream, pepitas and a buñuelo it was so delicious. I also took a blueberry ricotta pastry home.

Stopped by for some coffee! Ordered the iced Oaxaca Moka & hot Dulce De Leche! Drinks came with a flower cookie. About $6-8 per drink. We also grabbed a ham sandwich for $10, it came with a bag of chips & canned juice! The sandwich is heftyyy! The barista was the only one working, she was so nice! Had great energy. I really liked the vibe of the shop. Fun couches and chairs. There's also outdoor seating and on the side a "bar side" with high chairs to sit and enjoy the sun outside.

Great local coffee shop! I had the crema de olla iced drink and it was delicious! It's in a location with lots of parking even on a weekend. The vibe is very "hipster " but overall a cool local shop to hang out . They also have seating outside ! The service was okay , nothing expeditionary . The lady just took my order , but the coffee was delicious!

Excellent coffee shop! Quiet location with patio seating outside and cozy couch seating inside. Lovely curated menu with delicious pastry options. Purchased a hat and some stickers made my local artists. Lots of cool decor and art inside. Women working were very nice and helpful. I will be sure to come by whenever I'm in town.

A weird experience but the effort is appreciated…read more Came in one weekend out of convenience, we were driving around the area and my gf highly recommended it. We parked and noticed nearly all the lights were off. The pastry cabinet was empty, the tables were taped off. But people were inside and customers were in line. Emotions and energy were low, it was quiet and dim vibes all around. We walk in and see just one man working the cashier and making the drinks. He looked puzzled, a bit lost. We get in line behind someone ordering 4+ drinks and see that this guy didn't really know how to make the drinks. He was misplacing the ingredients and wasn't fully confident operating the payment system. The back counter was cluttered with miscellaneous gadgets, appliances, and syrups. It took nearly 20 minutes for the customer in front of us to get from ordering to receiving their drinks and we just watched in slight awe. The guy was apologetic and upfront, he was trying his best in a bad situation. They made some small talk and hinted that they were closing due to supply chain disruptions in Hawaii. I feel for them and wish them well. The coffee itself was ok. Flavor was decent but somewhat unremarkable. They offer different caffeine levels, up to I think 400mg in a drink. I just got the 200mg coffee. Don't know if I just built a tolerance but I fell asleep right after. We did want a pastry but with the baked goods cabinet empty, we weren't sure what they had left to offer. There was a long sign listing everything sold out between the pastries and coffee flavors. Overall the experience was odd and left a slightly bitter emotional taste in my mouth. They've acknowledged that they weren't in the best condition at that point and I do feel unfair to judge them at their worst. If they turn it around, I'm opening to revisiting. But for now, I don't feel compelled to go out of my way for it.
