They often are open for only 5 hours per week on a Thursday, so for us working woman it is hard to stop in, it took me several months. They also offer design services. Still, compare Randhurst Village to the vanishing Northbrook Court, and you will see how vital for a community to have this kind of space.

I encourage you to come and find a favorite for yourself. While Randhurst Village is a great shopping center, getting around is not easy. The traffic pattern and traffic flow, does not actually flow very well, if at all. From random turns, to traffic circles, to traffic leading directly into parking spaces without any warning is a challenge to say the least. I thought she was done charging but I didn't realize that there are 2 more konjac jelly on the side of the cart and I didn't see it because my 2 year old niece was sitting on the cart. It was an honest mistake. Anyways I handed it over to her and saw her roll her eyes. I just keep my cool. I asked for an extra small bag so that I can put my niece snacks that we purchased. The girl said it's 10 cents. Girl, I just got more than $100 worth of stuff and you can't give me an extra bag? I've been in the store more than 10 times and didn't know that they charge the bags. Anyways I end up giving her $50 as that's the only cash I have. Most of the emplyees are nice but the girl in the counter yesterday sucks. I'm giving it 2 star due to the other employee who is more considerate and even open the door as me and my niece walked out the store. 1 star for having variety of stuff, but I can go to Park to Shop, Mitsuwa, or H-mart for a lesser price.

Should I drive my SUV with the back seats folded down? All the posts on my FYP seemed to suggest that I would hit the Halloween decor jackpot. I encountered several hiccups on the way due to my GPS misdirecting me -- one trip to the Old Orchard Country Club. I was so disappointed. Basically not a HomeGoods at all. Not the vibe I was looking for at all. This is a giant warehouse (somewhat) filled with indoor, outdoor, housewares, tchotchkes, etc. If you need an outdoor pot, a plant stand, a side table, towels, glassware, etc., they have it all, and so many kinds it'll make your head spin. There were lots of items on clearance. At Home is filing for bankruptcy and will close stores. Perhaps that is why the store had several areas that were bare. I don't know if this is one of the locations that will close, but they shoulda had their Halloween stuff out. I will drive anywhere, spend anything, if it means cool Halloween stuff.
