They are not one of those large impersonal companies with bad attitudes. I have not met Mr. Diaz senior, but his son Aidan is an excellent plumber. My main line tends to get blocked by tree roots regularly. They did a wonderful job clearing it with their hydro jet. The before and after videos were really informative. They descaled my tankless hot water heater and cleared a blockage in my dishwasher. Aidan also helped me figure out what parts I need to order to stop my bathroom sink and shower from leaking. He was kind enough to point out that although my fixtures were old they were still covered by the manufacturer's warranty. I'm still waiting for the parts to arrive so Diaz can repair the leaks. Because of how great the experience was, I ended up asking him for a quote on a whole house water filtration system as well.
