We decided to replace both our AC system and gas furnace (after the furnace died on the morning of the first blizzard!) with new American Standard units, and Gill gave us a very fair and reasonable price. While Warrior may not have had "7 trucks ready to finish the job in one day" like some of the larger companies promised, Gill and his team focused on doing the work the right way -- with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Nick came out; SUPER professional, courteous and very understanding...the cost to do a 20 minute installation was close to the cost of the appliance, over $500...unacceptable to not even give a range of the cost of the installation forcing you to pay the $99 fee for them to come out and 'give' you the estimate. Strange business practice. Other than an attorney or a well paid surgeon, I'm not sure who else makes over $500 for a half an hour of work. We did have them install, but won't use or recommend them in the future. Too bad because their tech was awesome !!

Their price also included a 3 year service plan. The install was scheduled 3 days after I accepted the quote, others were scheduling 2-3 weeks out. On the day of the installation, the 128 crew arrived right on time, calling ahead to let me know they were on the way. They showed up with a four man crew, 2 installers for the mini-split and 2 electricians. The work was pristine, the wiring was neat, the unit was placed on a pad and looks great! The crew (Paul, Nedim, Nick & Connor) was extremely professional and curtious. The work was completed by 3pm same day. I am 100% pleased with the work and will be using them going forward for all my HVAC needs.

He gave his honest opinions of what could be replaced and what the rough costs were for each component plus labor. He also explained what he thought was the best option to keep our current system running at it's best, which I chose to do. He re-gassed our unit and added a startup capacitor which seems to have done the trick! The outdoor unit kicks on easily, runs quiet and consistently now. And of course the AC blows ice cold now.
