Tridel construction completed our home remodel of our 2900 sq ft home . Working with Isaac & Max…read morewas a pleasure . We have not needed to call them back for any repairs . I knew what I wanted and they helped to achieve that . It turned out looking like it was a brand new house . We highly recommend Tridel for any project big or small . They will guide you as to what can or cannot be done . I wouldn't look any where else if you need work done ,I trust them completely .

After reaching out to several companies to get an estimate for a loft conversion to a bedroom. We…read moreultimately decided to go with Tridel construction due to the initial on-site assessment and the in-depth walkthrough provided from their team. Tridel Construction's bid was a little higher than other competitors in the area, but we did like the description and process better, such as working with the city for permits. Dan Antoci was our project manager for the loft conversion. A few electrical outlets needed to be run in different locations in the bedroom, walls needed to be built, drywall, and repainting needed to be completed. The team worked almost every day, including one day on the weekend for about 2 weeks straight. There was one minor issue when building the closet area where the wood was on-top of the carpet, but they fixed that during the conversion when my husband and I had mentioned it to Dan. We found out that Tridel Construction only does that during new construction. We have a few cats. We wanted to make sure that the area was well-cleaned during the project build-out and construction. During the build-out, there were multiple nails left on the floor, sharp tools, which my husband and I picked up, as well as we had to perform additional vacuuming in some areas for left over drywall. During the project, there was issues trying to update invoices and contract agreements for the appropriate and accurate information. It took some time, but eventually at the end of the project, we were able to get everything updated as intended with the help of Sasha! Inspectors for the house showed up on time and the team was pretty much available each morning during the 2 week project from 8 a.m. - 4:00 P.M. Some days did end early around 3:30, while other days went a little longer until 4:30 P.M. There wasn't necessarily a complete set schedule. The room does look great! I'm not sure if I'll use their services for future projects though due to some of the hiccups.

I give them 3 stars because I am happy with my kitchen renovation…read more I would give negative stars for the expansion of the master and master bath. I was told it would be 4-6 weeks - it ended up over 5 MONTHS!! No reasons given - failed inspection twice, workers taking their own sweet time, no one showing up, and even left me with holes in the walls during winter. Knew I was going on vacation and didn't even think of filling the holes for my house sitter! Just insane. Purchased several items on the advice of the office manager that turned out not to work out or didn't have the space for - by the time we realized this it was too late to return any of them. She ordered the wrong time for the shower bench so I have a ton of extra tile plus had to order more of another tile for the bench! When I asked why the toilet had not been installed after several months, his answer was that I have another one in the house so why did I need it in the Master bath? After the thousands of dollars I gave them for both projects he gave me a whopping $1500 off for all the problems. Considering all the extra tile and items I ended up with that couldn't be used, he got a bargain. Would not negotiate at all. Considering the grief all this caused, I can't recommend them.

East Ridge Landscaping - I asked John to add uplights to our backyard and pathway lights to the front. He did not disappoint!

John is one of the most professional and trustworthy independent contractors I've ever worked with. He is really easy to work with and he goes out of his way to make sure that you are happy with the final product. I recently asked him to change our side gate. All of the gates that we found online were easily over $2000. I asked John if he's able to bring the cost down and he did. He was able to bring the price down by going out of his way and sourcing the parts from different places. If that's not amazing customer service then I don't know what is. I don't usually leave yelp reviews but East Ridge Landscaping has definitely earned it from me. I highly recommend this business.

Firstly, I'd like to acknowledge that although the business is primarily a landscaping company,…read moreJohn provided us full assurance and comfort that he would be able to get the job done within a discussed timeframe and quality assurance, adding that he wanted to dabble with interior work to further build his portfolio. After the completed job, it may take some time before my family is able to recommend interior touch ups to others that may be looking into it. Getting into the scope of work and what was completed, a large part of the job was to repair drywall damage due to water leaks, paint touch ups, and door replacements. The attached pictures are, believe it or not, the "finished" work. Clear lack of attention to detail, and not sure even a secondary (or tertiary) quality check could make the job even appear more polished. In fairness to John, the finished product of landscaping related jobs from other reviews look great! But as far as interior work and aspirations to receive more projects in that scope of work, our house may have just been a stepping stone, but there may be a lot more stones to cross to even pass decent quality work for ourselves and others.

We got four quotes for the job, and we are SO glad we went with Shay and David! They managed the process extremely well including managing many sub contracts: a structural engineer, asbestos abatement, framing, drywall, and the city permitting and inspection process. They kept us well informed and were very respectful. They also got everything done extremely quickly. From start to finish this was about a six week project, and the majority of that time was required waiting for the city to process the permit. When we encountered road blocks (we originally started this process thinking the beam could be reinforced, then found out it was partially HOLLOW, so had to replace) they pivoted very quickly. We had a new beam literally the next morning at 7 am and revised engineer's plans. It all of course passed inspection and Shay was great at navigating that process. Their pricing also seemed fair. We got multiple quotes, and these guys put together the most thorough quote. It seemed like other contractors moved much slower and also weren't interested in managing all the different trades we would need. Some clearly thought this job wasn't worth their time, either because we weren't doing a big renovation or because they didn't want to deal with the headache of doing everything by the book (permitting can be time-consuming, and we wanted to make sure everything was approved). It was clear from the start these guys really wanted to do a good job on this project and they always did their best to do things quickly and thoroughly. And most importantly, the beam looks fabulous and our house is once again structurally sound! Thank you David and Shay.
