They auto-grat each beverage 20% without you knowing, then build it into the prices: $8 can beer $10 draft $13 mixed drink Then expect you to tip after-the auto grat is not up front nor spoken about at all. We had to ask the staff about it, it was not disclosed at all. Ironically, they ask you again for additional tip when you close out. Music wise, unless you're directly in front of the stage, the music is terrible. The place wasn't designed for live music whatsoever, please keep that in mind when you travel here. Menu is severely limited compared to normal, which I understand but again, extremely marked up. You got lazy people sitting in a chair, charging $15 for a P.O.S hamburger and requesting to be tipped after you got tip built into virtually every product you offer?! I've already left a five star review on Google, and on yelp for this place. I cannot say enough good things about this place! It's such a great spot for entertainment and family fun! I booked birthday party for my husband and son there yesterday and the staff was absolutely exceptional! From the greeters at the front door to the waiter that serviced our party. The experience of having a birthday party there yesterday was the best! It was a surprise to us that we were able to listen to live music and enjoy the night atmosphere. I go for the trivia which is very fun and organized well; however, the food and service are so subpar. The food is very overpriced for what you get and the waitresses never come back. We have a running joke to order 3 drinks at a time because they come back 30 minutes later. One night I brought my daughter and we ordered her 2 virgin cherry limeades. It is very commercial. Tried the footlong beef hotdog with chili cheese, onions etc. it was $18. From 1 to 10. It was a 2. It had a not so pleasant tangy taste to it. I wasn't sure if the hot dog was bad or not so I didn't eat it all. It came with homemade chips but they were just basic and it looked like they sprinkled some taqin on them. Saw a lot of the bad reviews and went not expecting much. After getting there I was just waiting for the problems... but they never came. We rented a bay for 1 1/2 hours. It was really a lot of fun! Took some adjusting, but once we got it down, we never looked back. The food was just okay, but we weren't there for the food. The ladies said the drinks were GREAT! Hey Katy Peeps! It was team builder time yet again! We decided to try out this spot since it's only been open a couple months. It's a baseball simulation park with the vibe of like a top golf or pop stroke. They have tvs around the facility and a bar. The parking was plenty and customer service was on point. We had a party of 12 with no reservation and they fit us in. The place was empty at 4 and jam packed by 5. The had a one man band and the weather was perfect. The Dugouts are inside so still okay to go on hot and rainy days. The food was pretty good. Came out quick and hot. The bar was subpar...no Henn..no crown..but plenty of clear and beer. For the game itself..it wasn't for me or the "girly girls" on my team...3 rounds and they were done. Now for the guys...they loved it and the competition was fierce amongst them. Afterwards their bodies hurt in places they didn't know existed from trying to show out..lol! It was a good time tho. It's worth trying it out. It's for some...but not for everyone. read more

Food here is not bad. Typical American fare. A little on the pricier side, but as expected for a place like this. Mixed drinks were mediocre, and I'd probably stick to the beers next time. When server presented bill on the handheld, it was already at the "tipping" screen (no itemized bill). Server was no where to be found after bill was paid (we asked for box and receipt). Waited for 10 or so mins and had to search for server. He was busy taking orders from other tables. Ultimately got a box from another server but wasn't able to grab the receipt. Realised after we left that we were charged for items we didn't order, and not getting to review the bill right off the bat (yes, I could've asked, but was in a rush, so I'll take the L here) makes the practise come off a little shady. There wasn't much choices of food and the service was ok. We sat there for a while before our drinks or order was taken and rarely saw our waitress. The bday guy booked a bay so that was neat but with the insane amount of servers running around our table stayed cluttered with all of our dirty dishes and surprisingly our burger came out before our two drinks. Drinks were way too sweet and the patty melt burger bread was salty! . A live band was playing and they did NOT sound good. Music quality wasn't good and it was so loud we couldn't talk to each other after our reservation was up. This place seems very unorganized, and it also seems like it doesn't know what it wants to be. A live music venue? Baseball hitting bays? A little league? (There were a lot of kids playing on the field in front of the stage) a bar?? I dunno, with all this stuff going on it feels very chaotic. This was my first time so I'm going to be conservative with my review. I thought the vibe was very nice, people were friendly, music good (live band) Latin Night Friday. We had appetizer brisket nachos, which just ok, nothing special. I had a chocolate martini, wasn't that good and I love chocolate. Switch over to a bourbon neat, (no ice) two sips and it was done. Arrived at 2pm not knowing anything about this place or how it "worked". Nice girl with colored eyes and braids at the front told my group she would put us down for a 530pm reservation so we decided to wait. Meanwhile, we got some swings in the practice bay and my kids played baseball in the kid area. Evidently there was a shift change sometime before 530pm and when I went to inquire about my reservation, I was told by the employees there was no reservation and because it was a shift change, no one would acknowledge what we were told at 2pm. So basically I wasted 3.5 hours here for nothing. WILL NOT RETURN. Not to mention, the food menu is trash. Literally nothing except hotdogs, burgers and pizza. Overpriced and not worth the wait. There is nothing for kids to do unless they want to play baseball. Don't normally complain but the response from the "shift change" was bullshit. This Place is awesome. Even if you aren't huge into baseball you will find yourself having a great time. The experience walking in is like going through a gate at a major league stadium. It opens up into this really great beer garden are with lots of comfy seating. You can set up here and watch the Astro's play or soak in the environment and people watch. Also outside there is a whiffle ball stadium that is really just an open gaming area for kids and adults alike, really fun and unique! The food is unexpectedly great. Not good, GREAT. We had the Dinger Dusted Wings ( think Cool Ranch Dorito Flavored) they are smoked and then grilled and awesome. We also ordered a Truffle Patty Melt and Smoked Ribeye Sandwich. These were such great takes on a classic patty melt and french dip. Just enough truffle flavor to make it interesting but not overpowering. The ribeye sandwich will change your life, no joke. The Au Jus is so dang good. Awesome beer selection and cocktails on draft, We had the Wendy Peffercorn and based on name alone we knew it would be great and it didn't disappoint. Firstly, there's plenty of parking and the staff that greets you are wonderful (especially being our first time) we opted to sit at the bar which is spacious! There's plenty of seating and kids are definitely welcomed here. We are old fashioned connoisseurs so we tried their Ild Fashioned Bambino, which I was hesitant about since it came with no luxardo cherry, however, it tasted so good! We were surprised! For food, we ordered the crispy fries and chicken bacon ranch flatbread....fries were ok, nothing spectacular... the flatbread was also ok... I ordered a drink called the Purple Stuff, let's just say it's a drink for poolside or beach side. This is the worst place in the entire world. I would never go there even if you paid me $1000. I attempted to buy tickets to a comedy show there 10 minutes later. I realized it was the wrong time the company the restaurant not one single person offered assistance all they had were excuses and now I'm out $75 and not one single person can offer any amount of customer service Opportunities. I called and I emailed and I did all of the appropriate things that you were supposed to do when you were trying to change a time or ask questions about something that you have recently bought. No one was helpful and when I did reach out via email, I was told I would be responded to in 24 hours. The shows in 10 minutes and I have now lost money and I am unable to go to a show When I was just offering to switch tickets to the later show which is not sold out. However, when I did call home run dug out initially that's what the hostess told me that the show was sold out and that's why I got my 7 o'clock tickets and she was unable to do anything about it. The name of the themed drinks were cute but the taste was not there. I ordered my salad with protein (chicken), and didn't eat the chicken because it wasn't good. There were like 3 different servers coming at different times and no one was on the same page about what we had ordered or what drink we needed. It's a large venue and there were times we could not find out waitress. It would be helpful if there were some type of "waiter call" button on the screen.
