I looked into several boarding places and finally left one and just cried. It was so dark and I just didn't have a good feeling leaving my baby there. I found Abby's number and explained the situation to her and she asked to meet me and Tatum. She said she would do what she could to help me. This woman completely saved us. I was able to board Tatum for about 2 months while I worked my butt off to get a new home for us. She allowed me to pick him up and spend the day with him and bring him back the same day. Abby was so good for my dog Tatum. He had severe separation anxiety and would scream if I left the house to go to the store. Being in boarding with Abby he learned that the world isn't so scary and he can be loved by many. He learned more social skills and played his heart out with other dogs. Abby always kept me updated and sent me so many photos reassuring me that he was ok. She ended up getting two Pyrenees of her own just like my Tatum. Tatum absolutely adored Abby. This is for the dog wash and not for boarding. I have never boarded my dog but he definitely a bath every now and then. David met me when I walked in for my dog wash. The place, was clean and quiet. He was super welcoming and friendly. I thought I was going into self wash for the $10 special but it turns out to be a $10 wash to have him wash my dog! How could I say no to such a sweet deal? That deal has passed but they do have a $20 per month special for unlimited dog washes. If you have a dog that needs regular baths, phone this is a sweet option. My boy came back happy and clean. No complaints.

We used them 2 years ago and they picked Mollie, our golden retriever, up every day and brought her back as well. At the end of that stay they told me they only do that for member dogs, so for this visit, we took an Uber to drop her and pick her up every day for 3 days. Upon arrival the first day, the front door was open and we went in there. When we returned at the end of the day, the front door was locked. So I rang the bell. No one answered. I called, no one answered. I walked around to the side door and it was unlocked, so I went inside and the nice lady at the front desk apologized, so I chalked that up to me just not knowing the process. Mollie came back with an injury between her toes that day that I didn't notice when we picked her up, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let it go. The second day the same process occurred when I came to pick her up - front door locked, rang the bell, got no response, so I called with no answer, then went to the side door. There was another customer picking up her dog from the side door. I assumed this, again, was just part of the process. Went in and the lady at the front desk apologized again for not unlocking the front door. 100% forgiven for me, and I took Mols back to the hotel and she was good (a little thirsty but that is normal for her not to drink at daycare much). Day 3 - front door was locked when we arrived so I walked Mollie around to the side door and they took her back to play. It was her last day at daycare this time, so I asked them to bathe her and the person at the reception asked if I wanted her nails clipped, so I said sure. Cut to the pick up, I went straight to the side door, bc I assumed it was open and didn't want to repeat the whole locked door then ring bell then call with no answer then go to the side door to pick her up. There was a man loading his Miata (silver) who came out the side door. I held the door for him as I went in and he informed me the process was to go to the front door. I told him that it had been locked the past two days upon pickup, so I just came straight to the side door instead. We walked into the lobby and I had already forgotten about his lecture bc I am not easily frustrated. But he couldn't let it go - proceeded to tell me they let dogs loose in the lobby (maybe not the best idea) and they don't want them to get out. I told him I understood and had followed that process before and would follow it going forward. He apparently charged my cc without telling me the amount and said he was going to get her. The super nice front desk girl brought her to me and we went out the "correct" door. When we got back home Mollie was licking her other paw - not the one injured on Tuesday. Turns out they quicked her in 4 nails while trimming them (like cutting your human nails so short they bleed, pics attached l), which made me question the toe injury from Tuesday as well. And they didn't tell me they accidentally cut her nails too short. Truth is, letting me know on pickup is all they would have had to do and I would have been fine in spite of the injury - since the reason I don't trim her nails myself is I quicked one of my first golden's nails on accident and swore I would let the pros handle it from there on out. All in all, I should probably give them one star, but I know these reviews can totally affect business and maybe this was just a bad week for them. I am not saying don't use them bc other reviews are positive, but there is a possibility that it is not a good experience.

Our pup has been going to daycare since he was 16 weeks old (couple times a week) mainly for socialization or whenever we were working/out of town so he's very social and friendly. He's 3 years old now. Prior to this, we had found a daycare that was under 10 minutes away from our home, but every time we'd pick him up, he didn't seem tired (like he'd normally be after daycare), he started developing different behavioral problems at the dog park (very new, he's frequently around other dogs) and he was becoming highly anxious. I knew something was up. I pulled him from that daycare and gave Fetch a call. The staff at Fetch made us feel welcome and assured me that they had a large space, lots of staff members so the dogs were sure to be safe and just enough structure so the dogs wouldn't get into trouble - yet nothing too crazy since it's a daycare after all. They also offer training as well! The other plus is they do offer curbside pickup/dropoff if you need it. Fetch is 20 minutes from home and we make the effort to go here several times a week because our pup loves it here - his face lights up when we pull up to the building. Thank you!!

I try not to write negative reviews about businesses since my parents owned their own business for…read morealmost 50 years, and I understand that things can happen that normally do not happen, and I do not want people to stop taking their dogs to this business because of my review. I am only writing this review in hopes that Pet Pals Place will see it and take action so what happened today does not ever happen again. When I went to pick them up today after their first grooming appointment, I was getting ready to pay at the front desk when an employee let them out into the waiting room without their leashes on. As the employee went to look for their leashes another customer opened the front door to come inside, and my dogs who were panicked since this was their first time there immediately ran outside and were running around in the parking lot around other customer's cars. I was so worried they were going to get hit by one of those cars, or on Fairfield Road. It was so scary, and my dogs were terrified! My dogs have been groomed so many times over the years, and they have never been just let out into a waiting room without leashes on or they have been kept behind a dog gate until a leash can be put on. This is totally unacceptable and unsafe!! Also, not sure if the person or people grooming them are new to grooming, but my dogs have never had grooms this bad. Their bodies and tails look ok, but their ears and tops of their heads look horrible. If you are going to cut ears and tops of their heads short, please ask the customers before doing that.

Lots structures for dogs to play on. The dogs get a lot of interaction and exercise. While it took his paws some time to tough up to the hard surfaces, I appreciate that that means he's always fairly clean vs playing in dirt and gravel. They've been proactive about communicating any issues they notice on him, like his paw sensitivity which has since resolved itself. All of the employees seem to really enjoy being there and their jobs. I appreciate that they are open for pickup until 7pm! They also offer affordable upgrades for bath or pool time. I imagine this place wouldn't work out for people visiting SLC because you'd have to arrange a fecal test, vaccine paperwork, and a trial day before they'll schedule you. It's worth noting that they also don't allow unfixed/neutered dogs and since we waited 1.5 years, we weren't able to visit until more recently. The one thing I wish they had is crates to enforce some "calm down" time for our overly excitable pup.

My dog, a border collie, goes to DD both for occasional daycare, and for overnight boarding as I travel for work. Not only do they feed him his raw diet (with sprinkles) and have him sleep with his favorite blanket and toy: they do it with compassion and a genuine love for Marley. Nothing is too much to ask of all the wonderful carers at Diggity. They know I'm a helicopter parent, so I often get videos and photos of Marley having the best time with his pals. He loves to play in their paddling pool, and is spoilt by everyone there. On a summers day his favorite thing is to be squirted by the hose. No one HAS to do this, however that's the love they show to the dogs that visit. I just adore everyone there. All the team know each dog by name, and what they like. They have the most clean and spacious premises. And when Marley comes in everyone yells "Marley", and makes him feel so loved. I wouldn't go anywhere else, I love them so much. Besides that, they are reasonably priced and open very accommodating hours. So, want a place that truely cares. Diggity Dog is that place.

It's clear she fully enjoys her time there, and always comes home happy and tired. The staff here are the most wonderful people, and I feel so at ease knowing they're watching Lucy. Every time I drop her off they greet her by name (small thing that makes a BIG impact) and it shows that they truly care and get to know each dog. We recently boarded Lucy here for the first time and Alicia was so patient and helpful in answering all of my crazy dog-mom questions. She was super accommodating of my requests and made sure Lucy was comfortable and that I felt good about her overnight stay. Also, the dogcam is super fun to be able to spy on your pupper throughout the day! 10 out of 5 stars!!!
