They never answer their phone. There's a damn pandemic going on and nobody can dine inside these days. At least pick up ur phone or just stay closed. There's been plenty of times I called before the pandemic and they would answer and now there's literally no answer and it makes me think they are just super busy or they just don't give a damn. Little Olivehurst, who would have known! This place is tucked down the main street, past the elementary school, wouldn't have seen it if it wasn't for the Coca Cola sign. Unfortunately they do serve Coke products, but let's talk about the food. Ordered a hamburger for me and brought 6 hot dogs back to the office for the team. The guy who took my order was nice and even gave me to-go condiment packets for the hot dogs. I ordered the hometown burger special. It was pretty good, and my fries were sizzling hot. It took a little time, but good food is worth waiting for. This is a drive up outdoor burger stand where you can sit at one of the 2 picnic tables to eat. There is but 5 parking spaces in front of it. The team said the hot dogs were good. I didn't try them since they were steamed and I had the burger and piping hot fries. We drove here from yuba city because a friend said the burgers were amazing.... Save your self the trip! First, it is a dump. I don't mean because it's a drive up burger stand, it's because there was trash everywhere, the ketchup bottles were disgusting ect. I got the western cheeseburger my husband got the fireman burger, he said there was nothing special about his. Mine, I could have made better at home. It was clearly a cheap frozen patty, cheap cheese that didn't even melt, the onion rings on it were so soggy they could pass for being cooked a day prior, the bun was so soggy the texture was that of dough. The BBQ sauce was good.... Lol. The fries were how but they didn't taste great... Old oil maybe? I am thankful that I had a nice big Pepsi to wash that garbage down with though. Called 17 times within 25 mins. Busy tone the entire time. I drive over, it's empty besides one car. I sit in the car and call. The phones still busy. I walk up to the window and waited for about 5 mins before anyone acknowledged me. I told the man my order and he was very pushy. I ordered 3 milkshakes and a family fry. He rolled his eyes and said is that all now. I said yup. Then when getting my drinks and bag of fries I asked for a drink carrier. He acted like it was the end of the world. 7.17.16 Costumer service is great, he made us laugh, asked us how we wanted on our burgers. He made sure we left with a smile. I ordered the single cheeseburger added bacon/small fries/large Pepsi. My step dad had the Western BBQ/small fry/small milkshake. Everything was so good, bacon was cooked right, fries were crisp, milkshake thick, but not too thick. I have the worst experience here with their food and with their customer service I feel that if you spend over $20 out of establishment that you should get some type of condiments as in ketchup or ranch with your order the gentleman that worked the window was so rude that he threw my change my back at me after saying it would be nice to get a free ranch with a order of frys and he WENT OFF!! This is my favorite burger place in the area. A total hole in the wall on rough Olivehurst Avenue, but seriously worth the drive. It's always busy, which is a good sign. They make everything fresh to order, the fries are the best in the area. And the people who own it are just a wonderful, nice family. They have a rather extensive menu. We've ll heard businesses say it's a special sauce and yet we all know what sauce it is, however, it is very different from any other that I have tried.
