The delivery man had it there just as the Pastor and wife returned home from church, but before the baptism, and were THRILLED by the bouquet! Mind you on my order I stated I need a morning pickup for first thing in the morning when the store open. The business did not state on the online order of the different pickup location nor did they contact me. I called the number went straight to voicemail. Left a few voicemails and they never called me back. Owner contacted me a week few days later and said she was out of town. I requested she issue a refund and she said she would. I appreciated it at the time. Since then, i have not received a refund. Contacted owner twice after that and she again said she will issue a refund. The coffee is fantastically good but also very affordable. I don't know how they do it. I love that I was greeted by this very nice lady, who I assume is the owner.
