Went to the store and the store was closed…read more Note on the door saying that they will be working out of their home and to call a number for pickup. Mind you on my order I stated I need a morning pickup for first thing in the morning when the store open. The business did not state on the online order of the different pickup location nor did they contact me. I called the number went straight to voicemail. Left a few voicemails and they never called me back. Owner contacted me a week few days later and said she was out of town. I requested she issue a refund and she said she would. I appreciated it at the time. Since then, i have not received a refund. Contacted owner twice after that and she again said she will issue a refund. It's been over a month since my initial order and still yet to receive a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Dotties is located on the corner of Reseda and Sherman way with parking located in the back of the building turn right before the tire shop. I thought it's full so I actually parked at the park and go area it's only 0.25 cents per 30 min. When I was walking up I realized that you can park on the other side of the fence too. On entering the whole shop smells fresh like flowers and I was greeted with a friendly hello. Staff went to get me my bouquet while I browsed. The carnations really caught my eye they were so pretty. When I was handed the bouquet I was really impressed by the beauty. These flowers are very good quality and fresh. I love them so much. My bouquet includes a couple roses, daisies, carnations, and some greenery. Thank you Dotties! I know where to come when I need to get my flower fix!

Over that time, I've always appreciated the friendly service, efficiency, and quality of your flowers. That's why this experience was so surprising and disappointing. When I walked into the store, there was only one customer whose order was being completed. I was acknowledged and told that someone would help me "in just a minute," which seemed perfectly reasonable. However, over the next 20-plus minutes, multiple other customers came into the store. I watched as people purchasing bouquets, placing special orders, picking up arrangements, and arranging deliveries were all helped before me. Despite being there first and waiting patiently, I was repeatedly overlooked. What made this even more frustrating was that my order could not have been simpler. I had already selected the five flowers I wanted within a couple of minutes and simply needed someone to put together a small arrangement. Instead, I stood there waiting while customer after customer was served ahead of me. Eventually, I left without purchasing anything. The flowers were for my daughter, and because of the lack of attention and basic customer service, I now have to find another florist on short notice. More importantly, after more than a decade of being a loyal customer, I don't plan on returning. Everyone can have a busy day, and mistakes happen. But completely overlooking a customer for more than 20 minutes--especially one who arrived before everyone else--is simply unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously. I've always had positive experiences at your shop, which is why this one was so disappointing. Unfortunately, it has changed my opinion of the business, and unless something changes, you've lost a customer of 12 years. I sincerely hope no one else has the same experience.

Once asked about what steps we needed to take care of next, she laughed and said "We?" She refused to give a quote, saying that other florists might steal it and she "doesn't compete". Judging by the BMW in the parking lot, and overall lack of respect and helpfullness, I'd assume this woman isn't necessarily looking for customers. I didn't really know too much about what I wanted but she had some wonderful suggestions. They didn't overcharge and were extremely friendly and helpful. All of the flowers looked healthy and weren't wilted or brown in any way. They didn't just do the flowers but also helped decorate some of the archways and candles. They did all of the flowers and everything matched just right. They were always available and didn't mind much if a change or addition had to be made. I highly recommend them.
