I also paid attention to the yard adding flowers in the flower boxes and containers of flowers around the yard. As I was trying to close escrow in Idaho at the same time and I was very stressed and cranky. Leah took it in stride especially since she had had a baby right before we listed! The only item that I would have preferred a heads up on before the buyer's inspection was that when one resales a mobile home you need to have the hot water heater strapped in a specific format and you need screens behind the vents in the siding. Less than thirty days later, we were closing on a loan saving me about $550 per month with a lower rate and no PMI! I was very impressed as they came through I what was promised. Several pieces of documentation were required throughout the process but I always felt like Bryce was in control of the situation and had complete confidence in him.
