I typically do my full grocery shopping elsewhere, but whenever I come in, I always check out the healthy section (NOSH) for good finds and deals--and I never skip the wine section. Seriously, don't sleep on their wines. They have a great selection at prices way lower than places like Total Wine or BevMo. But anyway... I stopped by recently and honestly thought they were going out of business. Everything was rearranged, and some shelves were completely bare. There were signs posted throughout the aisles directing you where to find items, but it made it confusing. I usually like to be in and out, and this made that nearly impossible. It was just too much, so I ended up leaving. I'll come back once they're done rearranging the store.

Perhaps it was because he had his ear pod in his ear. Is this what we're allowing now? Please remind employees that they are working in customer service. It's sad because many young adults don't seem to know how to communicate or be in social situations. I highly recommend doing more trainings for your employees.

Just be aware if you are having items shipped there. Also, the item must be picked up by 2pm as they close by 3pm. From the website: How long will you hold my order at the store? We will hold your items for 7 days from the date of Ready for Pickup email. Orders not picked up within 7 days will be cancelled and payment refunded.

The manager IVAN refused to accept the return item because his "store would take this as a loss" and "would not be able to resell it" and requested to return to the original purchase location. I still had my original receipt and item in original condition. My tone and demeanor completely calm, I simply stated I do not understand .... Ivan raised his voice, sounded stressed out and flustered repeated again his explanation.... Of course I had another rebuttal. Then advised ok I'm only going to do it this time.... The minute I turn my back, after the transaction was complete, he tells the cashier exactly my rebuttal " make sure you mark that item as defective ". I unfortunately will not be returning to this location because of the service you provided IVAN. I work in customer service as well - communication is key. Had I walked in my work suit and full face of make up maybe I would have received different service is how you made me feel.

My mouth dropped wide opened when I saw really good stuff on sale. They even had plain colored t-shirts for $3.25 each. My friends and I spent about an hour roaming around the store. So much to see with lots of options also for crafts. We spotted a section for clearance items where my friend bought plastic water bottles for $1.25 set of 3. So he bought two sets for $2.50. Such a great deal. We were all satisfied with what we bought at amazing prices. Can't wait to go back!

A large majority of the items looked like complete trash. Many, MANY things scratched and scuffed up. I don't want to decorate with crappy looking decorations. A couple items were even ripped (see America sign photo). What the heck!? Who in their right mind would think it's ok to stock that on the shelves? I contemplated taking these items to someone but it would have likely filled the bulk of the cart. I wish I would have taken more pictures but you can see how bad just the few were that I took.
