Excellent selection of goods. Very clean interior! Hopefully, it stays this way since this store is new.

This new T.J. Maxx location is great!…read more I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of items sold at this store! They had everything from bags to jewelry, shoes, clothes, skin care, home goods, snacks, pet supplies, and anything else you can imagine. Not only the selections were great; the prices for great brands were super low! Compared to other T.J. Maxx locations, the amount of affordable name-brand items was insane. Some of note were Gucci and Prada perfumes, Bala fitness products, Laneige lip and face masks, and Shiseido skincare. These brands have been super popular on social media recently yet were heavily discounted. Their skincare and fragrance sections definitely shine! There are a ton of great Korean skincare brands. The women's clothing section is just alright - I didn't see any crazy finds. I was a little underwhelmed with the floral area as well. Presumably because this location is new, the checkout line was very long. It began wrapping through the aisles. Regardless, the employees were very quick and managed the line well, super friendly too. I definitely recommend stopping by this T.J. Maxx for all your shopping needs.

I chose to shop at Costco Wholesale specifically because of their well-known satisfaction guarantee…read moreand return policy. Unfortunately, my experience at the new Riverbank warehouse completely contradicted what the company publicly promises. This was my first time ever returning jewelry -- a wedding ring -- and it was not a casual decision. Keeping the ring is emotionally difficult for personal reasons. Before coming in, I carefully reviewed Costco's return policy on their website and even printed it to ensure I was within their guidelines. I brought the ring in perfect condition, along with the original receipt and certification. Cesar, the employee who initially assisted me, was professional, compassionate, and began processing the return without issue. Based on the written policy and the interaction in store, there was no indication that my return was outside of guidelines. After I left, I received a call from the return manager, Cazandra, denying the return solely because "there was nothing wrong with the ring." That reasoning directly contradicts Costco's stated satisfaction guarantee. The policy does not state that an item must be defective to be returned -- it states that satisfaction is guaranteed. If a member is dissatisfied for any reason, the policy should apply consistently. Denying a return simply because the item is in perfect condition undermines the very wording of the guarantee. I was then required to return to the warehouse the next day to pick up the ring. When I brought a printed copy of the policy to discuss the inconsistency, I was met with resistance and an unprofessional attitude rather than a clear explanation of any written exception from Cazandra. The interaction lacked professionalism, empathy, and basic customer service. What was most concerning was that another return manager I spoke with did not understand why the return had been denied in the first place. That inconsistency suggests either a misunderstanding of company policy or selective enforcement. Costco's reputation is built on trust and standing behind its word. If policies are going to be applied differently than written, that should be clearly communicated to members. Otherwise, the satisfaction guarantee becomes misleading. This experience was disappointing, confusing, and completely avoidable. This would have been a 5 star experience if Sebastian and Cesar were the only ones assisting me through this process; unfortunately, Cazandra made it the worst experience I've ever had!

(Associate standing next to her showing her how) OK! When I asked for corporate phone number, she said go on Google. And you are a manager??? You can't even do a simple return. Everything is either used and returned or someone stole something out of the box and returned it! Bought a box of knives. $39.99 plus tax when I came home. Opened the box--someone took the knives! So makes me wonder do you check or open boxes when people return! Don't label full price when u didn't even open the box. Imagine if this was a gift for someone. You can't check items inside the boxes? Or place a sensor? Constant issues with clothing used and kitchen items. It's disgusting to see stains on clothing! Their clearance items all used! Broken Mirrors why are you selling them? Isn't that safety concern to fall on someone or on a child! Why are you selling dishes broken? Why are you selling water bottles without lids? Soap dispenser that's cracked and missing the top? I mean common! Their artificial flowers all broken, falling apart or still in plastic. Why?! You have a security at front but your stuff is constantly stolen or unwrapped or something used with sensors, tags on the shelves! The store is very dirty and I remember when they first opened..... Staff is unfriendly and cashiers look like they don't like their jobs! 1.Train your staff and managers on duty how to handle customer issues better! 2. This place needs to hire workers that aren't lazy and know how to work the floor and retail. 3.Learn HOW to unbox items when shipment arrives and do some cleaning and move stuff around to make your store more appealing and inviting . Almost all their home stuff is always sitting at the same spot since they opened originally. I have shopped here so long now by heart I know where is what, because they don't move anything around! If you want to consider your store brand new, at least don't make it looking like goodwill.

The grocery section is what it is oh, it's a bit overpriced because you're paying for convenience, but they have a pretty good selection especially of the Staples. We probably ended up spending $25 then we would have if we'd gone to a proper grocery store.. but we also found a few things that would have been hard to find. we did get a great deal on guacamole & seasoned chicken. That said...onto the clothing. What is going on in the women's section? My husband was treating me to some clothes since I had a recent weight loss oh, and I only found two pieces that I liked enough to get. The dresses are nightmare fuel.... And the pants there isn't a very large selection. I did find a few undergarments that I needed and wanted but everything is out of order in that section... So you have to take your time and dig. I had been there before when covid was in full swing in the shortages were happening... And this trip was better than that time... But I don't think I'll become a frequent Target shopper

I finally got it today and as you could see on the pictures it is broken and cracked. I called Customer Service all she could tell me on the phone is there are no other options we could tell you or help you you need to come into target and return it was the box damaged how was the packaging? Target sent me a broken tissue box it's cracked. It's broken in two places for the price I paid I'm upset. It's bad enough. I had to go with somebody else and overnight a different tissue box from somebody else and finally when I get my order from target it is broken and you give me the excuses. This is totally uncomfortable unprofessional honestly it looks like somebody ordered it and returned it back to Target and I got their secondhand garbage. This is not the first time I've had trouble with ordering online from target I ordered other stuff with the same order number my items were crushed bent damaged. They put heavy items with food items on my food items were crushed and broken. I really don't know what to do with Target anymore if Target is even Reliable, but I am very disappointed now with Target Online, but since they want their garbage back so desperately I want me to return it to their stores, I will be returning their garbage ASAP. Weather permitting.
