Always a good selection of goodies to go through, even if I don't always find something to buy haha! I've gotten a couple of items to decorate our home, as well as glass jars to serve up cute desserts at my daughter's princess party. Things are reasonably priced, much like the other chains of discount stores like Ross and Marshalls but Home Goods is more organized, cleaner and the products in store are usually in better in shape. The employees are friendly and always checking to see if you need help while browsing. I like to come here without the kids though, because I'm paranoid they'll break something in the glassware area haha! read more

Love this store. They have everything you could possibly want to furnish your home with at reasonable prices. Love the selection of towels and sheets. Their towels and nice and fluffy and always find a good selection of bedding. I can go hogwild here. I have found items to be of good quality not the cheap walmart stuff. But since I'm on a budget, I can usually find real good items that won't cost me an arm and a leg. read more

I love browsing around this store even thought I haven't really purchase anything from here, and the reason is their CUTE but OVERPRICE items. I think Homegoods is a great place to go for home accessories. Inventory always changes, they get new items every Monday and Thursday, but no matter how many times a week they get new inventory, I still think that they don't have a wide selection when it comes to home furnishings, kitchen supplies,and outdoor decor. I think if they have more competitive prices I would definitely spend some money here, but for now I only like this store to browse around the isles. But is definitely worth a try if you are looking for something cute and special. oh FYI SHOP EARLY IN THE MORNING YOU WILL FIND MORE SELECTION ON EVERY DEPARTMENT. read more

Went to home goods today and the service was great. I didn't have to wait in line to make a purchase....that's my kind of shopping.

Love this store prices and quality are great but don't go at lunch time the younger cashiers are lazy and ignore you when you stand in line. Such poor customer service. If you don't like your job don't take it out on the customers that are spending hard earned money. Thank you to the mature cashier that helped me today. The other one act like she was doing something until I was helped then took the next customer. I will go to Ross across the street next time. Smh. read more

Really like this place. So many different things you can buy and everything is really affordable. The store is a bit unorganized so it can be a bit of task to dig through items until you find what you want. Staff is friendly and helpful. read more

I don't know where they get their merchandise from but some of it is really odd! If you're looking for a gift that's out of the ordinary, you can probably find it here. Personally, I'm not into glass chickens or giraffe statues but someone might be. I usually shop here for fake flowers/plants and candles. Pretty good selection of both but you have to dig for them. read more

Whenever I go to Marshall's or TJMaxx, I never look at the clothes; only the other stuff. Little did I know that this is basically a WHOLE STORE of the home section of TJMaxx and Marshall's! They have so much that TJMaxx and Marshall's doesn't. Everything from baking, to presentation, to pets, kitchen, bathroom, DUVET COVERS! They actually have a section dedicated to duvet covers! They didn't have any in twin size.. but, I'll be keeping an eye out for it. I will definitely be coming back here and can't wait to see what goodies I will find next (: read more

I tried to exchange something without a receipt BUT I called in an hour prior to my store arrival. I asked if it was possible to just look up with my card number and they sounded very helpful and happy and said "sure just bring it in I'll be here!" long story short I should've asked for for the name of the person I was speaking to on the phone to avoid looking like a dummy when I walked in there asking for an exchange, I asked the woman in there about how I called and she sounded rude when I asked her but I waited in line anyways in hopes that they would remember me but everyone played dumb. I don't like when workers give false information to just hang up the phone, it would've saved me a trip and headache. Customer service awful. read more

Going to Home Goods is similar to taking a child to a candy store for me. I found the most beautiful mirrored chest close to my hometown, then months later and 1,200 away I go into a Home Goods store for beach towels & find the matching mirror. What are the chances? But, that's just how great they are. Though, I learned early on, if you really like something do not hesitate because if you don't buy it and go back the next day, it will not be there. I have decorated my entire condo on Home Goods bedding to kitchen must haves and of course my fav dog also needed a new chaise. I don't think I have ever went into a Home Goods store and got out under an hour, for it's usually closer to 2 hours. There's just so much really high quality pretties for every room of your home. I finally got a TJ/Marshalls/HomeGoods credit card which I would highly recommend for you get loyalty dollars. What a great perk,. In addition to the great prices they send me certificates to spend. It doesn't get much better than this. I don't even hit the malls any longer. Why would you waste your time. I have always been greeted by friendly employees, eager to help you find a particular item. It's just all good!!! In all fairness I also love TJ & Marshalls though when I am power shopping for home items it's Home Goods all the way. read more

My husband and I found an area rug today that was "perfect" for our bedroom and were so excited to make the purchase. As we drove into town in our car, the sales person assured us that they would hold the rug while we got our truck. We live 20 minutes outside of town and my husband had a work emergency so it was a few hours (maybe 3) before we made it back. The extremely slow sales clerk that checked us out told us it was crucial for us to bring back the receipt for pick up. As we were heading out of the house, I grabbed the receipt along with my screaming 2 year old. Somewhere between the house, the screaming and the truck I dropped the receipt.....which I didn't find out until I made it to the store 20-25 minutes later. The clerk that sold the $400 rug to us was still there, so I thought I could just explain and with my husband's credit card & ID it would be no problem....WRONG. So, needless to say she or the manager on duty would let us leave the store with our rug that we had purchased only a few hours before. And just to make it worse, my son was literaly screaming his head off the entire time we were there. Maybe it would be no big deal to someone who didn't live in town or whose husband didn't work 6 days a week (with our truck) sometimes 12 hour days, but to me it was an enormous hassle! I told the sale clerk and the manager that I wanted to return the rug, it wasn't worth the trouble and they informed me that without the receipt I could only have store credit. I definately don't want store credit now. And food for thought, if they can return it for store credit without the receipt, why couldn't they return it and let us buy it again with the credit so we could take home the rug we purchased?!? read more
