This HomeGoods store is very organized and clean compare to the other stores that I have been to. It is easy to find the items you're looking for. They already have a huge selection of Halloween merchandise. They have bowls, plates and cups for Halloween parties. They were reasonably priced too compare to other stores which they price them really high. People working on the floor can be a little friendlier. I understand working in retail is not pleasant, but at least a smile can help the experience more enjoyable. For parking, there is structured parking lot which is easier to find parking than the front of the store.

Give it up for HomeGoods who is bringing in the Halloween decor in July! This location had more inventory when I went than the West LA location. Managed to contain myself and not get too crazy. Anyway, this is probably my favorite location in terms of inventory and organization. Parking is easy in the attached garage.

Unbelievably bad experience -- HomeGoods just lost a loyal customer for good. I visited the store on June 30th around 7:45-8:00 PM to return a set of three picture frames I had just purchased. They were sealed in the box, but when I opened them at home, one of the frames was detached and the glass was completely shattered -- something that couldn't be seen through the packaging at the time of purchase. When I brought the damaged product back, I spoke with Annie, the manager on duty. She flat-out refused the exchange, claiming, "We would never sell something in that condition," and said she'd have to check the cameras -- essentially accusing me of damaging the product myself. I calmly pointed out that there were plenty of damaged items on the sales floor, including the exact same frame still on display in worse condition. She refused to walk over to see it and refused to involve the general manager when I asked her to escalate the issue. So I went back to the floor myself, found the broken display frame, and brought it to her. Instead of acknowledging the inconsistency or offering a solution, she raised her voice, accused me of harassment, and threatened to call security -- all over a defective product I had just bought, with receipt in hand. At that point, I walked away and left the broken item in the store -- no refund, no exchange, no resolution. That's $35 stolen from me. I hope that contributes nicely to their revenue. I immediately closed my HomeGoods/TJX credit card and will never shop at HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, or any of their sister stores again. The way I was treated was unprofessional, accusatory, and unacceptable. I have photos of the damaged product and the condition of the store to back up everything I've said. This is not how any customer -- let alone a loyal one -- should be treated.

Please have more people on staff. People are leaving and you are losing business bc it takes 30 minutes to get through the line.

Came here looking for some type of covers for our couches... We found what we were looking for... Well my wife did... I lay spread out on a loveseat from a previous food coma at Casa Vega...while my wife found the 100 percent cotton sheets we needed and pillows to match... I wonder if people ever get away with sleeping in this store... Oh my God ... Is that Polly Wolly!!! Excuse me miss.... Are you Polly Wolly!? I'm your number one fan!!! Peace https://youtu.be/MaW9ZRXPkHg

Pretty much every HomeGoods you go to is very much the same. It is stuffed full with all kinds of stuff that you probably never even knew existed. This one is no different. It has all kinds of items: be it flatware, cooking utensils, lighting, knickknacks, bath goods, kitchen goods, mirrors, foot stools, and the list goes on and on and on. All HomeGoods stores, this one included, are very good for what they are good for. They have those items that you need and/or never knew you wanted. Of course, it's a great place to stock up on those household items that you will need as well as they are very good for getting those unique gifts that you will probably never see anywhere else. The store is located on Ventura Boulevard and it has a nice parking lot above ground and underground. There's also some metered street parking, which is where I prefer to park. It just makes the whole process of entering and leaving the store so much easier. Overall, good place, when you go into this store you know what to expect.

Very friendly staff but they need more staff on the floor. The one man that was there seemed sarcastically over worked.

Did they explain to me that it would have to be made for me. Which I was thrilled! And even more thrilled when I heard the price. Faviola was spectacular with directing me to help me find exactly what I want it. The personal touch, the wonderful spirit and graciousness of this company will forever be in my heart. Later that week, I wanted to also cover my ottoman to match the couch. So I had drop it off at their off at their Glendale location. Seeing the shop where they made the furniture was exciting. I was thoroughly impressed. Scott, the owner, was just as delightful as Faviola. This was one of the greatest experience of shopping for furniture ever. I highly recommend them. And it is a lifetime guarantee.

He was one of the cheapest and his reviews were all positive so I went with him. I told him what kind of leather I was looking for and he had the most amazing piece in stock (so it would be cheaper!). He told me it would take about a month because he was so busy. It took a little over that but my god I would wait double the time for this chair. It is amazing. He added more cushioning as well so it's never been more comfortable. And I just can't stop looking at it. Great prices, great communication with Scott, fantastic craftsmanship. I can not recommend Sofa Interiors enough!

You'll be inspired to switch up your whole decor aesthetic after just one visit! A friend recommended we check them out when we moved into a new house and our beloved couch that we'd literally had for decades... like while we were just dating... was not working in our new space. We needed a custom size and wanted the L shape to create a scenario where our family of four could curl up together and make key memories before the kids head off to college in a few years. We had never designed a couch before but definitely had some thoughts and ideas. The staff were there for it and vibed with us on it over multiple visits, calls, and emails. It was a BIG step for us and they held our hands the whole way. We must have sat on every couch there over the course of 3 visits and in the end, designed with them the PERFECT couch. Everyone was completely lovely. But here's where it gets really good. My husband wanted a low, deep, lounge style but I felt like I needed a little more stucture so we combined the styles of two couches, keeping it low and loungey but adding a second row of cushions so you or a guest can choose if you want to be laid back or more upright. It's the best of wboth worlds and completely flexible for older guests who would be swallowed up in a couch this deep. It's gorgeous... we sat down with them (on that couch!) and plotted it all out, with the L facing the right way in our house to make sense and bring the space to life. Mady hand-sketched it all up right then and there. The delivery team was so nice and lovingly unpacked the whole thing and were so sweet when I had a major brain fog moment and freaked out that they had made a mistake and designed the L facing the WRONG WAY! In quite a panic, I called the shop and reached Noa, who calmly dealt with my extreme freak out. The delivery team patiently waited for the whole thing and consoled me as I shed a few tears. Noa offered to come take a look at it IN MY HOME to assess the situation. A few days later, I'm walking through my home with them (Noa and her mom, the owner!) and we are all chatting about how it actually looks awesome in the orientation that it's in. I still had sworn that I didn't design it that way but agreed that it actually felt like I should have. They were calm, poised, creative, open, and completely invested in making sure their handmade piece felt perfect in my space. They were not aggressive nor accusatory... just there to see how best to resolve the issue, knowing that it was a custom-built piece. And they were lovely humans as well. We talked about art and design, building a business from the ground up, and the challenges with keeping a small business afloat during economic downturns and worldwide pandemics. Months later, I realized that no one made any mistakes and we actually designed it just like this, and it's been my absolute favorite thing in my home ever since. I think about this experience often, and I'm so grateful for their graceful reaction and approach. The couch itself is a standout in the space and sets the tone for the rest of our decor. It's comfortable beyond belief. It's easy to maintain, has held its shape for years now, and is easy to clean. We got it in a cream fabric, so that was a worry, but they taught us how to care for it easily! Not only does it hold our whole family, but a lot more people when the kids have friends over. It has helped shape not only our space from a design perspective but in how we interact within the space and with each other. And we get so many compliments on it. The quality and craftsmanship are unmatched. We couldn't be happier. THANK YOU! But what really stands out is that in this age of faster, cheaper, AI, and automation, this company is a family business of artisans that care deeply for the products they craft and the impact on their customers and clients. They want you to love the pieces you bring home, and they care to work with you until you do. They love art and design, so definitely take their suggestions!! Their pieces show that love and care and offer you a heightened level of quality and comfort. They are well worth the price, and I hope that you will pop your head in the shop and judge for yourself. You may just bring home a new piece that feels like an extension of your own family. You won't regret it!! I recommend them to all my friends and anyone looking for new furniture. They are the BEST!
