This time, the designer, Lise, reached out to confirm the appointment--only to not show up at all. No call, no explanation, nothing. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from a company that markets itself as providing premium services. I wasted hours rearranging my schedule for absolutely nothing. If this is how Crate & Barrel treats customers during the consultation phase, I can't imagine how much worse it would be once a purchase is involved. Needless to say, I'm reconsidering spending my money here as this store doesn't value my time.

11/27/21 When it…read morecomes to skill and hand crafts,  hand sculpting doesn't get anymore personal than this.  Sculpting small to large pieces of wood and turning it onto some beautiful is a real gift.  Along with the person's imagination  to envision what they want.  Tje woman I spoke to today informed me these peices of art are all made in Bethlehem the birth place of our lord and saviour Jesus Christ.  Okay cool.  This is an added bonus to those who are spiritual.  This could be a very meaningful gift to those you care about. Some one could also like it for the work and beauty someone put into the wood peice.  Up until today, I had never heard of this company, but apparently they are all over the place.   They are located in Fair Oaks Mall too.  I was at that mall on Friday and possible walked tight by the place.   Well I am glad I did not miss this place today.  The lady who I will call Concordia since I don't know her name.    Concordia was very polite and helpful.  I will be dure to come back with my wife so she can see what I saw. They tried to sell us very expensive marble tiles without telling us the special and serious maintenace problems marble tiles cause, then increased the price when we tried to actually buy the tiles, then misled us on the second visit when they tried to sell us patio tiles for a shower floor - which don't work because a shower floor is curved for drainage. These people simply don't know their business. It could cost you thousands. Go somewhere else.
