On 09/08/2023 I had a starter and cable ends replaced here. When I was in the process of paying George informed me that there was a 4% fee for using my DEBIT card! George failed to inform me of this before and was smug about it saying that it was posted on a sign there! IT wasn't on the estimate invoice and he didn't say this at any time before then! I ended up paying $20.44 just to use my DEBIT card to pay for the service provided. If I had known beforehand I would have stopped at my bank to withdraw cash in order to avoid such an outrageous fee! I paid $9.75 to use my card in Las Vegas's at their ATM and paid $20.44 to pay for service at this place using the same DEBIT card!!!!! BEWARE OF THIS SHADY WAY TO DO BUSINESS! read more

Illegal smog inspection completion provided at this shop. We purchased $2,800 Lexus and this shop illegally approved smog inspection to submit to dmv even with the Engine Alert Light on!!!!! Illegal business here!!!! This place temporarily erases Engine Alert Light so that illegally car can be sold to me by Tony (951) 267-2761 after we purchased the car illegally just turning off all the engine, battery alert lights off, it came back on the way back home and it stopped in the middle of the road because they installed bad battery. I decided to give this place a try for myself. I did read the reviews and still went in and gave this place a try. I took my car in for few dents and fix a rock panel on the side. They kept my car for three days. I never received a call from theshop toupdate me as a customer. i had to call and get updates myself. When I pick up my car the paint doesn't match the piece has a gap. My gas was almost on empty when I got my car back. The employee who painted my car told me that his boss George told him to do it cheaply as possible. For one I STOP by there George gave me the estimate. I'm sharing my horrible experience.. Save your time money. Not to mention this place charges 4% of your balance if you use your debt card. I would not recommend this place at all I wasted my money for poor sloppy unprofessional work. Ok so my girl refers me to this place and I think to myself, "what does she know about mechanics right?" so anyways I have two estimates on my Toyota Sequoia for some disc brakes and a 90,000 mile Service. needless to say that I paid a total of $90.00 bucks on the estimates and several hours driving around and waiting, (NOT DOING THAT AGAIN). So I go here and I don't tell the guy that I had two other estimates and made it seem as if I knew nothing about cars and to my surprise he was courteous, knowledgeable and I actually learned something new (which never happens cause I know everything lol) and he was $280.00 less with genuine Toyota parts and even fixed my tail light and my driver side seat cover at no cost :). THE ONLY thing I think they can improve is leaving my steering wheel and door handle clean, but for $280.00 dollars I guess I can clean my own car lol. read more

This review is long past due, My first experience here was okay, I had a smog test and used a penny saver coupon and paid the advertised price. I was in a different economic status at the time and my money was tight. However on my second visit I was quoted a price to replace my front rotors and pads on my 1985 Dodge Aries I was quoted about $220, and paid about $230. They tried to change price to $300! The guy there liked to play games with the initial quote which left me annoyed and irritated. Dishonesty is not the way to do business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I brought in my car for a smog check and they did the inspection very fast, and only charged $31.99 including the certificate and DMV fee, which is lower than anywhere else I have seen. I will come back for more repairs when needed because they say they do it all at a very good price, and I believe them. Worst Experience ever On July 2013, we brought you two cars for repair, A BMW 328 and A BMW 528, we had an agreement with him, to do the complete repair one car in exchange for the other car, after 8 weeks, he give us the car in a derivable condition but the repair was not complete, the engine was leaking oil, the wheels were shaking, he told us to bring the car later for repair, on the other hand you fixed the other BMW and you sold it for profit., We brought the car to his shop many times for repair and always told us that he is busy and to bring it some other time, on June/3/2014, we brought the car to your shop for the repair, you inspected the car and told us to bring it again some other time, we drove the car away from your shop for less than 10 miles, and the car was overheated, we called you and towed the car back to his shop. 8 weeks later he still didn't do any work on the car , every time we call him, we only hear excuses and the car is not repaired, we purchased the parts that he requested and delivered to your shop and still he did not fix the car, but he asked us to pay an additional $2500 for repair. Therefore we decided to remove the car from your shop and do the repair somewhere else. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICE read more

I recently took my truck to get some work done there and I was very disappointed. The owner is a quack and a thief! They took too long to fix my truck and in the end it was worst than before. When I finally went to pic it up, I noticed that my rear window was broken. I asked what had happened and they acted like that was the way I brought it in. In fact it was not the way I left it! They were negligent and left my truck out in the street over a few nights and it was broken into. All of my stereo equipment was stolen and plenty of damage was done to the inside of my truck. They acted like they knew nothing about it and refused to take responsibility! The shop is in a terrible neighborhood and I now find out that cars are always stolen or broken into in this neighborhood. To this day I have not been reimbursed for my losses and the owner just keeps dragging me along hoping that I will just let it be.
