She has a knack for the kids and gets them excited and motivated to swim. She loves what she is doing and her enthusiasm. My daughter was so afraid to swim. Bella was in the water with her. My daughter was on the swim team and swimming with the swim team the same year. Paul is also an incredible coach. He is also dedicated and invested in teaching his passion of swimming. My son tended to over analyze his swim. Paul knew how to get into his head and get him ready for the next event. These two coaches have different personalities and it works really well for everyone involved. They both feel that the swim team is a family. They treat everyone with respect. In the meantime, those of us who paid to join are left wondering how to plan for when they close down and tear it down to build an entirely new club. We are also seeing lots of deferred maintenance, since they know they are closing sometime in the future to build a new, entirely different club. So much uncertainty is bad for morale, both for members and staff.

Our youngest who is usually on the clingy side at drop offs had no issues and loved the face paint and activities. My older kids had fun playing pickleball/tennis and looked forward to swimming each day. They enjoyed doing crafts and making new friends. We did not have the ability to plan too far ahead this summer, so I appreciated being able to easily book online for multiple kids with the option of choosing the entire week or just specific days. It is also great that they get lunch included. They make this so easy for parents and I especially appreciated Kilia, the director of camps, who was very helpful and responsive.

Even if you weren't coming here to exercise or play, it's a beautiful property to hike, bike, or walk your dog. As for the facility itself, they have some of the nicest tennis courts around. They are well maintained, there's always fresh water for players, and there's a nice shaded area for friends & spectators. I've enjoyed playing here numerous times over the year. Every year the club hosts the Tiburon Challenger which attracts some of the best players from around the world. It's really cool to be able to enjoy such world-class tennis in your own backyard. As I mentioned before, the club is extremely family-friendly. You always see kids swimming in the pool and playing ping-pong and other games on the grass. My only gripe with TPC is their bar/restaurant. The service always seems to be disjointed, and the prices always seem high for the food/drinks that you get. But it's a small gripe. Everything else is pretty stellar here.

I wanted to strengthen my leg muscles so that I could return to playing tennis. As someone who is over 80 yrs old, I was somewhat skeptical that weight training could make a big difference in my athletic abilities but one year and half later of training with Maria and I believe I'm more physically fit than I was in my 40's. Everything is easier (i.e., walking up stairs, carrying heavy loads, keeping up with grandkids ,etc.) To say my quality of life has improved due to my work with Maria is an understatement, Maria is a consummate professional. She explains exercises clearly, pays attention to form and keeps sessions motivating and enjoyable. One day when I was lifting weights on my own at the gym, a gentleman commented, "I see that you are experienced with weight lifting, Your form is perfect. You must have been doing this for many years." I give Maria full credit for teaching me the right (safe) way to lift. I occasionally have a few sore muscles but recovery is quick after a workout. Probably the most important thing I've learned from Maria is to believe in myself. Sometimes she tries a new exercise that I think is impossible for me to achieve, let alone master. Her confidence is unwavering and has a profound effect on my mental attitude. I see few women my age working out with weights at the Bay Club. I hope this review will encourage someone who is considering personal training to contact Maria. You will be amazed at what you can accomplish with her expert guidance.

Bay Club is a catch all gym, from kids and teens running in the halls, to older ladies that never sweat but wear their teeny outfits while they hit on young guys, to rude people sweating all over equipment and not wiping it down after. The vibe gave me the icks. The women's locker room was dirty, with wet towels and trash scattered about. The members don't keep the area clean, and the staff isn't quick enough to clean up these gross items left strewn about. Needless to say, I didn't join Bay Club.

Pristine measured the pool and gave us a quote. They walked us through the steps and costs including letting us know what might be extras. Since this was in December we thought we might be stuck with an ugly pool until the rains stopped in April. Pristine took advantage of the lack of rain in early January. Drained the pool, added a new lining and skimmer and had it ready within a week. And it looks great. No leaks and came in as budgeted. Highly recommend

After the Tubbs Fire wiped us out in 2017, the first order of business before rebuilding the house…read morewas to replace the above-ground pool that Rod at Pristine Pool and Spa had installed 28 years earlier in 1989. It's hard to believe the Doughboy pool he installed lasted us that long! But it did. Truly impressive. We were pretty satisfied customers. We looked up Pristine Pool in Forestville and were thrilled that Rod and his son Mark were still in business. We called and discussed the project, and Rod came over and took some measurements. In no time at all, Rod had a backhoe and crew over to clear the site of fire debris and prepare the area for a bigger, deeper, and way more funner pool than we had before. Four potable water truck deliveries later, the pool was finally filled, and my three dogs were again happy campers. Well, we were too. It took eight weeks from start to finish. Rod coordinated everything needed -- site excavation, surface preparation, pool wall and liner installation, pool filtration, startup, and chemicals. Everything worked out as expected. Our only delay was waiting three weeks for Doughboy to manufacture the 28x16' oval pool liner: a tricky one requiring a significant 7' deep end. But it was worth the wait. Our dogs and visiting company have enjoyed the pool since Pristing Pool installed it. And we have had absolutely no issues with anything at all. Interestingly, Pristine Pool and Spa do more than just install pools; they also repair them. Early one spring morning in 2022, a large mature Doe and her newborn Fawn decided to go swimming in the pool. The Doe managed to get herself out, but not before poking a few invisible holes somewhere in the liner, causing a slow leak in need of repair. We called Pristine Pool for advice, and Ron advised that his son, Mark, provided leak detection and repair services. How lucky was that? Mark arrived a few days later. It was April, and the pool water bore winter's comforting chill still. Nonetheless, Mark donned a wetsuit and some diving gear, jumped in, and within 15 minutes, managed to find a collection of virtually invisible holes in the floor and sides of the pool liner, which he patched and immediately stopped the pool from losing water further. Cost? Less than a fancy dinner for two up. We were stoked! The company and its owners, Rod and Mark, have proved and continue to remain trustworthy, skilled, and high-quality craftsmen who take pride in their work and that of their employees and care genuinely for their customers. Thank you for your many years of devotion to your craft and dedication to service. We were lucky to find Pristine Pools 34 years ago. And we were so fortunate to find you again in 2018, alive and still kicking business! Friends have asked us for referrals. You and Pristine Pool and Spa in Forestville are the only ones on our list.
