It's one thing to buy a good machine, it's another to get the support you need when you need it. We couldn't recommend Nate and Derek more highly for their competence and kindnesses to us.

From the get, their service was mediocre and spotty. Then I learned that despite the pool being salt water--which they were aware of since they actually wrote up the sellers condition report for the pool disclosure part of the buying process, Johnson just ignored that and NEVER serviced the pool as it was meant to be maintained in order for the salt water system to work. Instead they would just show up periodically and dump chlorine into the water--NOT what you do to a salt water pool. Consequently the salt water cells were never cleaned allowing the entire system to fail and refused to correct the situation. They are LAXY USELESS CRIMINALS who will happily accept your monthly payment yet do nothing to earn the money spent. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

That's near impossible - but he did it the old fashion way and nailed the edge on all three sides. I had a couple of "upgrade" auto features and he came out quickly and integrated them easily. Just to clarify, the grandkids of the original Johnson Pool folks are taking no responsibility for the damage. The grandkids took over the company in 2025 and appear to have made changes to the business model which resulted in the damage. Nobody from Johnson ever contacted me about the pool sweep or the plaster being ruined because they were charging me $200 per month and never opening the cover.

Brad worked with us to pick the finish and did an amazing job. The floor is beautiful and the patched areas match so perfectly there's no way to tell it's been patched. Brad suggested we extend the refinishing to the kitchen area but we were planning to replace the hardwood there with tile. We should have listened to Brad. We loved how the floors turned out so much that we called him back to do the kitchen. Eminence came to my place within a week of calling to give me a quote and upon acceptance they started work in two weeks. Here are the highlights of my job which impressed me: I have a tall metal tractor barn that was scorched during the big fire last year. They repainted the barn so that it looks new. I had an outside area where I removed some cabinets and needed the old paint behind the cabinets matched with the paint job I had done 5 years ago. Daniel and his crew painted the whole wall to match perfectly. Inside, I removed my TV from the wall mount and attempted to patch the holes to match the "orange peel" texture. My work was "not good". I was astonished that Daniel fixed what I did so that it was impossible to detect any anomalies in the wall at all! His wall work is excellent. I had done a lot of the prep work before the Eminence team arrived: took off switch plates, removed furniture from rooms, took down paintings, light fixtures and the like. Eminence deducted the costs of them having to do that work from my bill. Communication was what one would expect. I was told when the painters would arrive, when they would be done and all my questions were answered promptly. I've had crappy painters in the past who overcharge, don't prep well and are sloppy. Eminence is now my "go-to" for painting buildings.

They said Turbo installed the wrong size spring and didn't calibrate the drums correctly, causing the door to fail. So now we DO have to replace our door. Go find another company.

The French drain, downspout connections, sump pump, and driveway drainage channel passed with flying colors! At the highest level of the storm, the sump pump extracted water from the collection container every thirty seconds! Even after the rains had stopped, the groundwater from the French drains was still being pumped out. We are relieved and grateful to see the work performed in early January 2025 by Park Landscape Maintenance has prevented water intrusion into our home. Many thanks to Richie, Ryan and Team!
