    Damaged right side scratches
    Rosa N.

I brought my car to Honda Westminster World after my vehicle showed warning alerts related to sensors/triggers and I was advised to take it to the dealership. I did that last week on Friday and was told the needed part was special order and would arrive by Monday. I returned Monday (02/02/2026) and the repair itself was completed. As advised by the dealership, I removed my dash cam so they could work on the area that needed repair. After picking up the car, I left directly to work and did not inspect the vehicle beforehand. When I arrived at work and inspected my car, I noticed scratches on the right side that were not there before. I had washed and waxed the car the day before, so I was very aware of the condition of my paint and existing imperfections. I immediately called the service department and was told they couldn't say anything over the phone and to bring the vehicle back in. I ended up calling off the rest of my workday to address this. I also contacted the service advisor who helped me, and I was told they couldn't see anything on their end. So further photos/videos were provided and ETA for in person inspection. When I returned to the dealership, the response was dismissive. I was told right away that they didn't see anything, and there was an implication that I may have caused the damage myself. No manager was brought out to discuss the issue. They did take the car to the back and buffed the area. The results were better than when I arrived, and I appreciate the effort to improve the appearance. However, what really bothered me was the comment at the end stating that "even though it didn't happen here, we try to help the customer" That felt unprofessional and dismissive, especially given the circumstances. While the repair itself was completed, the handling of the situation afterward lacked accountability and customer care. I expected better communication and professionalism from a dealership. Ps: if you bring cars here inspect them before leaving!!!!!!

Authentic Carbon Fiber Fender (Passenger Side)

I'm not sure why there so many 1 star reviews about this dealership? The following review I am posting is regarding my experience in purchasing a vehicle from start to finish! Here goes...! Preface: OC Honda World's dealership was my 2nd choice apart from my 1st choice I had originally when looking for a specific vehicle, mileage, and everything. The dealership I asked before I contacted these guys. I asked them about budging on the price a little bit and they refused. So we didn't talk anymore for the rest of yesterday. They are from "Acura Alfa Romeo in San Diego" So I went THIS dealership instead! It had the same exact vehicle, same color, almost the exact same mileage (off by about 400 miles difference), the price was about the same as well. HOWEVER...This vehicle at OC Honda World had some things the other vehicle at Acura Alfa Romeo in San Diego did NOT have. This vehicle came with authentic carbon fiber fenders and a modified exhaust pipe system (Normally the exhaust on this vehicle has one pipe on left and right side) But the vehicle at OC Honda World had a modified exhaust with two exhaust pipes in the dead center of the rear, which I think is much cooler looking ;) And of course... the next day, Acura Alfa Romeo in San Diego messages me and asks if he can speak to me over the phone, but I told him that I had already a pending deal with another dealership for a nearly identical vehicle , but better, hahaha! I ordered my vehicle from out of town from this dealership - more specifically: about 7 hours away driving distance, but same state of California. I wanted to share my fantastic experience with one of their employees Leslie P. (She is also listed on their website under the team page!) I mainly communicated with her via text. It started off with negotiations regarding the INFINITI Q60 2022 Red Sport 400 in which I was interested in. ========================================================= Negotiations: 10/10 Smooth as oil. I was able to negotiate 3 things which resulted in a total of 3 proposals (3rd being the final proposal). There was no pushback of any kind at all. I did have to remove some things from the first proposal that I did not ask for, but that was not a problem at all. Just make sure you read everything on the proposals sent to you! Communication: 10/10 Lesly went above and beyond for her customer (me). Most people do not like to work outside of work, but Lesly was willing and able to keep a clear line of communication with me throughout the entire process between February 19 - March 5th, 2026; Both on and off work! This is not expected, but it was done anyways, and it was very cool to know someone in my corner was helping to support me the entire way. She is also not a robot! She is personable, and relates to her customers to help them feel great. Process: 10/10 Step 1: Negotiating proposals Step 2: Credit check Step 3: Financing Step 4: Wiring my down payment from the bank Step 5: Scheduling a mobile notary near me Step 6: Signing paperwork in person Step 7: Overnight shipping documents back to the dealership Step 8: Verifying paperwork Step 9: Support with arranging vehicle transportation to my home Conclusion: This is pretty good considering I purchased a vehicle from out of town, especially it being my first time doing something like this. Other Employees: 8/10 Some of the other employees I tried to work with whenever I contacted the dealership to avoid bothering Lesly on her days off (oops! Sorry about that!) said they would get back to me within X amount of time, or call me back, but didn't really hold their end of the timeline. I had to call most of the time just to remind them that I'm still here, haha. But it wasn't a problem at all. They were all professional about it. The Finance department was a little difficult to get a hold of more often than not, but in the end, they did their due diligence and helped the process along! So, Thank you! Final Thoughts Overall, this was a great experience, especially considering the entire purchase was done remotely. Huge thanks to Leslie P. and the OC Honda World team for helping make the process all completed within exactly 14 days of time! I'm now the proud owner of a 2022 INFINITI Q60 Red Sport 400, and I couldn't be happier.

When I visited the dealership and checked out the 2018 Mazda 3 hatchback, I requested to take the car to my 3rd-party mechanic to get a second opinion and Jay had no issues whatsoever letting me test drive the car and drive it over to the mechanic by myself. I got the thumbs-up from my guy and he said everything looked great under the hood and I drove back to Karland Motors and we started talking numbers, Jay was very transparent during the process and called multiple credit unions trying to get me the best interest rate and lowest monthly payment...Since he knew this was my first car-buying experience he made sure I was explained everything thoroughly and gave me good advice along the way. Karland Motors doesn't tack on ANY unnecessary fees (besides the obvious sales tax, registration fee w/ DMV, $85 document fee, $29 title transfer, $60 emissions test). They don't push any hidden dealer warranty's, "mandatory" anti-theft device charges, market adjustment fees, prep fees, no B.S.....When I returned the next morning to pick up my car, it was washed, had a full tank of gas, oil changed and smogged!

SCAM CITY - BUYERS BEWARE…read more Buckle up, story time. I've been looking for a Lexus SUV for my family for a while. I saw Vision Hankook on Cars.com, and the LX570 was priced very competitively and looked amazing in pics. I spoke with Mateen, who was very eager and friendly, so this gave me high hopes. He also texted me videos and even more pictures, which had me salivating, thinking it was an amazing deal. I WAS WRONG. As I'm coming from San Diego (2 hours south via train), I told him it was important that the car be ready for me to see and that a local mechanic (near the dealership) review it. I would obviously pay for this service. Mateen had no issues with this and was *confident* the car would pass with flying colors - perfect! Our appointment was set for the following day at 11 am. The following morning, I take the day off work and book a train ticket to head up for our mutually agreed appointment, less than 24 hours prior. This is where things go wrong. 3/4 of the way up to our appointment, I received a text: "I apologize for today, I have to cancel, I just found out the owner sent the car to auction yesterday afternoon, it won't be possible to view the car today, it should be back tomorrow, can you come tomorrow?" ABSOLUTELY NOT. But also, why would you take a car to sell at auction, then tell me it will be there tomorrow? Mind you, Mateen had sent me pictures of the car the afternoon prior, so I don't know when this would have happened. I explain that I am on the train and will not cancel the appointment; I will still go to his office, OR I will take an Uber to see the car at the auction. At this point, I am committed. I could sense that scared Mateen a little. He scrambled, said the owner had been notified, and that he would have the car at the dealership by 4 pm that same day. Extremely frustrated by the lack of communication and professionalism, but I've already committed time/money to this journey, so I'd like to see it through. When I arrived at his office, Mateen greeted me very apologetically and had me wait in one of the cubicles next to what looked like a TikTok spam bot center with multiple cellphones ringing and chirping over and over. I informed Mateen that I'd like to speak with the owner and find out where the car was so I could see it at the auction. He said we were in luck! The car was on its way. Great!! 15, 20, 30, 45 minutes go by. I ask Mateen, "Do we have an ETA? If the car isn't coming, I need to book a train home." He says, "Oh, let me get the owner." Out comes another man, whose name I was not able to remember, and he says, "Oh, the car is next door at the mechanic." Weird, it was supposed to be at the auction...? "Yes, it WAS at the auction, but we just got here because we found a small leak in the radiator, and we are replacing it now for you - you can go see it if you want." I AM SO GLAD I LOOKED AT IT.............. HALF OF THE ENGINE WAS OUT (I have pictures) The intake manifold was off the engine, there was dried coolant all over the block and in the intake port itself. This means there was a gasket leak, and it probably overheated. Not only that, the mechanic didn't even have the car on proper jack stands or a lift; the front wheels were off, and the car was sitting on its base suspension on the ground!!! What probably happened was, they KNEW a mechanic would call this out, so they tried buying time to quickly fix it/patch it up so I (or some other sucker) would buy it, not knowing about the ticking time bomb under the hood. As someone who has worked on engines before, I know that whole process takes time, removing the sensors, bolts, manifold, etc. So the car was NEVER at the auction, and they were caught in a lie! After all this, Mateen, knowing I had just caught on to their ruse, has the gall to ask, "So would you like to come back and test-drive tomorrow?" Needless to say, Mateen, I would not... Like I said - BUYER BEWARE

I bought a used 2006 Toyota Tundra with ~$141K miles. Just a tip for anyone who is buying a car that old - you're going to spend more money to get it up to speed - things wear out no matter what with time. Don and his wife Leyna are a wonderful duo - Don clearly takes a lot of pride in the way he runs his business and Leyna is bright, easy to communicate with and very personable. After purchasing the car, I had noticed issues with the rear door lock actuators and brought it up to Don and Leyna. Honestly, it didn't even occur to me to check because you just assume they worked fine. They were very gracious and offered to replace and fix the issues at a fraction of what it cost me. I think this is extremely generous considering the car was bought "As-is" and they had no responsibility to fix it after I drove it off the lot. I think it speaks volumes of how Don wants his customers to perceive their experience at his dealership and knows that it's a small investment for a continuing relationship. This review is NOT intended to advertise or promise anything on their behalf, but my experience with them was great and they definitely earned this 5 start review. I will definitely keep them in mind in the future should I need another car!
