Highly convenient, mobile, custom, auto detailing service providing excellent customer service and exceptional attention to detail! I know this is long review, first line says it all but if you're like me (impossible to please neat freak) you will want to read on. I contacted David on Memorial Day weekend and he not only answered my call but came to my house ON Memorial Day to detail my car. I had just bought a used luxury car and explained to him that "I thought" that the interior "wasn't THAT bad". If you're wondering "If it wasn't that bad why not do it yourself?" Here's why.....1. Both my husband and I military vets....we are in our late 40s-early 50's and can no longer "go hard" like we used to. 2. We just simply don't have time! Time is valuable! We both work 12-14hr days, so to factor time used to discern/choose providers, drive to location, wait in line for an auto machine wash, then have 5-6 random people with access, rummaging in and touching your vehicle, while you sit and wait for an hour or more (while accomplishing nothing) to result in a car that is clean-ish and smelling like a perfumed pina colada is not ideal and an ineffective management of cost vs time. David's service is mobile so he comes to you and can do all or some of your cars while you get to attend to other chores/priorities. I don't like to "outsource" because I don't trust people and have extremely high performance standards. So when someone has the willingness and the ability to provide a service that meets or exceeds my expectations with cost proportional to MY valued time AND the exhibit personal qualities which inspire TRUST....then I'm sold. David saw pics of interior and exterior and he said, based off his professional opinion that the job would take some time.....so right there...I knew I had the right guy. He explained his process and some details like he uses his own water and named top quality products. On the day of detailing David took the time required to make sure that my expectations were met....and as a TOTAL neat/control freak....they were! He worked for hours giving me the works (shampooed all carpets, ceiling, cleaned/conditioned leather, polished wood trim, full polished wax, etc.), and I didn't peek or hover (that was hard for me). The reason I chose him over other postings was that he identified as a neat/clean freak (like me) and when choosing a service provider attention to detail is a deal breaker. Not only is he exceptional at his trade, David, like his business name is HONEST but he is ALSO very polite, professional and gracious. I will only use him from now on and I am blessed to have found him. BTW, my neighbors (who are ALL ABOUT cars) saw the excellent job he was doing on my car and he now has an appointment with them as well!
