Sadly, we have to adjust our review for Ryan and his team. We trusted that Ryan would do an…read moreexcellent job, so we reached out to him when we decided to update the kitchen cabinets in our new home. When he initially sent us the plans from the measurements he took at our home my husband noticed very quickly that they were way off by at least 20 inches. If they proceeded with the way Ryan measured the upper cabinets wouldn't have fit at all and he would've had to remake the entire thing. On the day of install I was not happy with the color difference between the sample stain piece we picked and the color the lower cabinets turned out. They were darker and had a yellow hue to them. See photo. As you can tell by the photo the small sample piece was much different. Additionally, the upper cabinets had a much more neutral tone to them. This is what I wanted for all the cabinets. My husband talked me out of mentioning my disappointment in the cabinet fronts to Ryan and assured me it was fine enough. The real problem happened when some of the cabinet doors didn't fit right during the install and they had to remake them. There were two larger cabinet doors that were measurement errors on their end and three smaller doors that I wasn't happy with because the reveal was much too large between doors. Ryan wasn't happy about remaking the 3 smaller doors and made it known to me. I told him we would pay for it. Ultimately he didn't charge us, which we appreciated, however, I think he could've been kinder about the way he approached it when I said I wanted them remade. When they arrived with the replacement doors we were shocked at how different they looked than the rest of the lower cabinets. See photos. Initially he told us all wood grain is different and that's just the way it is. We are fully aware wood grain can be different and we're willing to accept this with our lower cabinets not matching our uppers, but with the cabinet doors being right next to each other the tone difference looked ridiculous. It honestly looked like a showroom cabinet with sample stains. He reluctantly agreed to remake them. At this point we thought he'd take extra care to select a veneer that would closely resemble the original doors. Sadly this did not happen. The installer showed up weeks later to install the replacement doors and they are a different tone than the original doors. At this point Ryan is offering no solution. He refuses to come look at the doors in person and the last text we received from him was unprofessional. We paid top dollar for this project & the quality and customer service Ryan provided is really upsetting. Now we have to hire someone else to fix a problem Ryan should have the decency to make right. Sadly, we can no longer recommend this business.

My boyfriend and I helped my parents renovate their bathrooms and we couldn't have finished on time…read morewithout Ivan! After getting all our cabinets we realized Ikea was not restocking the size we needed for the bathroom counter top. For some reason Home Depot, Lowe's etc also just didn't have the size we need either. My boyfriend flips houses often and suggested we find find local fabricators to see if they have any left over slabs since our counters were super small. We are about 15 minutes away from his shop Ivan on a Wednesday and he was able to stop by right away that day. He understood what we were looking for and invited us to his workshop to look at the available slabs. After selecting the slabs we wanted, he gave us an estimate that night. We bought sinks and dropped off the next day and the sink counter tops were done literally on Monday!! Ivan and his guys were polite and easy going. He even helped with finding sinks since it was a smaller size that wasn't available at the normal stores. My boyfriend can come off cold and talk really fast too but Ivan took his time and explained why he needed information and worked with us! Good price, accurate detailed work and great communication! Absolutely recommend them!

It was also located right next to the tiles store, so it was a super convenient. We had a quick shopping experience since it was close to closing time and we didn't want to make the 1+ hour drive again another day. We found the vanity we both love in a pretty midnight blue color, that we confirmed is available to order in brushed nickel hardware. That was a 5-star experience... but unfortunately everything from there went downhill. Anthony from the tiles store was our main contact to write up our order including this vanity (same owner for both stores). When our contractor finally was ready for us to pay for the order, we received the invoice that included a $350 delivery fee! Plus a mandatory California "energy surcharge" that's calculated as a % of order. We decided for $350 we can pick up ourselves. Scheduled pickup. Showed up with invoice, confirmed vanity with brushed nickel hardware. Drove around to loading/pickup. Again confirmed brushed nickel hardware. Opened sealed box to check countertop has no crack. Drove slowly back home with the heavy load. The next day, contractor's crew installed the vanity: with wrong hardware AND the color was just not right. I just got a call that "the wrong hardware was given to us" -- GOLD instead of brushed nickel. Our contractor reassured us that he will take care of it, he knows the owner, "no problem, Lily" ...... One month later... still nothing. Contractor forgot and didn't handle it but told us instead "the store didn't get back to him." By that time there were TONS of issues going on with the nightmare bathroom project that was going on 2+ months. The store now claims the hardware is NOT available in brushed nickel but we can pick from a bunch of hardware options that they will mail out to us instead, with no extra charges. We picked the one that's closest to the look and feel of the original hardware. They first claimed it was not available in the size we needed for our vanity. But that was apparently just another excuse (read on... later it turned into "it's too expensive/an upgrade we can't give you") We had to send them (supposedly the expert people working at this store) specs and pictures to show them that the hardware we picked had THREE sets of holes and it DOES fit our vanity. No apologies whatsoever, after WE had to spend more time in this. We were assured (again) that they will mail us the new hardware asap. 3 weeks later... still nothing! I've been patient enough. By now the nightmare bathroom project was wrapping up.... 10+ weeks, unbelievable! Lots of problems were out of our control, but this hardware issue is the one thing I can so something about. I got on the phone and escalated this "mistake order" and was then told "we cannot give you the hardware you picked because it would be an upgrade" I immediately sent AP stone countertops ALL the proofs showing a trail of paperwork from order confirmation, texts, pickup receipt, etc. and called them out on this failure of customer service. They grudgingly then agreed to mail out the hardware replacement we needed. What started as "great customer service" apparently only lasted up until we paid the invoice in FULL before pickup. Super disappointed in how they handled their mistakes, pointing fingers at each other, and putting us through unnecessary stress. Do not recommend dealing with such unprofessional salesmen. A straightforward vanity purchase turned into a whole nightmare and cost us a lot of wasted time and uncalled for frustration and stress. We will never trust a contractor referral, no matter how much we trusted that contractor... without doing our own due diligence and research for other customer reviews and satisfaction. Lesson learnt. PS: be aware that you may or may not get the color of the vanity you choose. Ours was a much DARKER blue than the vanity on display in their showroom.
