Apart from the sickness the food is atrocious and nothing like the restaurants on Major MacKenzie Drive. I have gone to this restaurant several times since it opened and it is always atrocious, but I keep going back in the hopes that one day I might get food that resembles the Major Mac locations. When contacting them directly via email, Alvaro, who I would hope is management, responded rather defensively, and came off as rude, rather than just simply giving an apology. I am not one to post reviews ever, but the mix of bad food and poor service has brought me here. If you want to eat here, take a gamble, it's a 50/50 chance that you get edible food.
