Next up is the Turkey platter with sliced turkey (hard and dry), 1 ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes (ok, nothing special), 1 ice cream scoop of stuffing (totally disgusting, and had corn in it), string beans (with vine still attached), gravy (terrible), and a little cup of cranberries (decent). Total fail. The waitress was ok, though stopping by every 5 minutes to ask if everything was good was quite annoying. The 'ice water gentleman' was great. Upon our return, we met one of Johnny's sons who was just as great at customer service as his dad. From my understanding researching the shop's history, after meeting Johnny and his son, and then seeing reviews, we learned in our search that it was previously owned by two other men, and they were the "rude" people that other reviewers encountered and that Johnny and family have been trying to provide exceptional customer service and a friendly environment since.
