But ordering wasn't too bad it was a 7 minute wait. The sweetest gal Isabella took our order, she helped we with my questions in regard to the coffee. We ordered two honey veil lattes with honey cold foam. As well as a cinnamon roll. The place is very aesthetic and i love all the live plants. Really makes the place come together. There is plenty of indoor seating As well as outdoor seating. The coffee took a bit to be ready but it's understandable it's a Saturday and they are a very popular spot. We drove by this place the other day after eating a Cuban restaurant nearby. My wife eats gluten free and was really excited to see that they have some gluten free pastries. So, the next Sunday morning, I stopped by at 7:30am (opening time), which I assumed would be not very busy. Crazily enough there was already someone ahead of me and a few minutes after I ordered there was a significant line, which did not move very quickly. I ordered a latte, an americano, a banana bread latte, a banana bread, a pop tart, and a cheese scone. Unfortunately, the person who took my order completely missed the scone. The poptart flavor I ordered wasn't available, and that was only told to me after I ordered it. My wife liked her americano, but it was just "ok". The espresso was nothing special. My 10yo couldn't even finish the banana bread latte. I finished my latte but it was extremely sugary, which was pretty surprising for a place which seems to give a healthy vibe (decor, branding, etc.). And I didn't even opt for syrup! Overall, we were all fairly disappointed. The vibe itself was cool, and it seems pretty popular, so maybe I just got unlucky this time, but as it stands I'm not rushing to go back. Lines here are unbelievably long basically all day long. I've been here a few times and it's been hit or miss. The busier it gets, the less consistent the drinks get and there is zero urgency from the staff regardless to the customers. I was quite disappointed with my visit to be honest. I was excited to check out after seeing their advertisement collab with my favorite brand Kulani Kinis plus I've been on a matcha kick. I got the KK special but it didn't come with the scrunchie or sleeve like advertised. Plus it took 15 minutes to get my drink and it was chaotic. The drink was very bitter and she messed up with doing a regular foam instead of the strawberry foam. I would have rather had her make a new drink than watch her scrape it off into the trash. I have tried Honey veil time and time again because so many people rave about it, but personally I am not that big of a fan. I love the back story behind the founding of this place, but have found the product in my experience to be a little lack luster each time I come. I tried their Lavendar honey matcha today. I have been on a Lavendar matcha kick and wanted to try their spin when I saw it was on their summer menu. And in my opinion, I could barely taste the syrup at all. It mainly tasted like earthy matcha. Not necessarily a bad thing if you really like matcha in it of itself, but I was really disappointed that I couldn't taste any of the flavoring. Additionally, I saw their pastries and thought that they were a little lackluster. Some of them looked like they had been sitting out for awhile. Some did look pretty fresh, but it really depends on what you order. Additionally I think the price is a little expensive for me to want to pay for a product I am not completely happy with. While I know a lot of the reviews for here have been extremely positive, I have a hard time finding the appeal. Realistically I don't think I will be coming back here unless the syrup to matcha ratio is adjusted a little bit. I have been speculating wether to come here or not based on the long lines and controversial opinions but can truly say any hate this place has gotten comes fully from natural controversy caused by such an exhilarating success, because the matcha speaks for itself, and it is ADDICTIVE! I also had the sour dough cinnamon roll which I thought was quite small for the price and probably was cool by the time I received it but I definitely understand why it's a best seller. Even on a weekday it was quite busy. I decided to try the banana bread Matcha latte and ask the young lady at the register if they had any savory/non-sweet pastries. Coming from a matcha connoisseur, this place is not it. Line or no line, please run. I've gone to Japan for matcha and also make my own matcha almost daily. Don't let their perfect matcha green color deceive you. My friend and I got their honey veil matcha with oat milk and honey whip on top and we both agreed it tastes like paper. I actually could not finish the drink and the only thing about this drink that's not trash was the honey whip. I would think that the other strawberry and banana drinks would overpower how awful and low-grade the matcha tastes. Also, they were using the whisking machine in a circular motion instead of the proper M or W motion. I couldn't tell who the staff members were because they had their arms crossed and their body language was shouting that they hated their jobs and were miserable. This is one of those places that you just have to try because of the hype around it, are glad you did, but will never go again if you are an avid coffee/matcha drinker. To start, I showed up on a late afternoon of a Friday. Upon walking up, there was a line to the door and a sign asking patrons to stand outside until the line moved forward. Unfortunately, they ran out of sparkling water, so i opted to try two matches instead. Banana bread matcha (their signature) and a blueberry matcha (seasonal). It took about 20-30 min to get my drinks and about 10-15 min to get through the line. I also ordered a cinnamon roll. When I was finally called to pick up my order, people were walking away with my drinks and food and it was chaos. Luckily, once I had all my items in hand, I was able to snag a seat. First sip, banana and blueberry matcha were both bitter and completely unmixed. The cream on top had an interesting foamy texture and was very sweet. Wasn't totally sure how I felt about that part. Couldn't find a straw so I sat for a while swirling my drinks, hoping to make it better. The milk, cold foam, and matcha finally reached a point where I felt comfortable taking another sip, but still no flavor from the syrups made "in house." I kept swirling, taking sips in between, until I found myself 1/2 of the way done w both my drinks and the flavor finally came through. Best matcha out of the places I tried in Miami, can be placed in competition with Seattle and New York matcha but does not reach beyond my selected favorites. The honey lavender matcha was very prominent in those title flavors, and their honey whip was delicious on top of the drink. From the place being so packed I knew it was going to take a while to wait for our food. It definitely did, it took almost more than an hour to get our grilled cheese. But it was delicious,I thought it brought some sauces as I saw on IG but mine didn't or I didn't ask for it or they didn't offer either. I tried their sourdough cinnamon roll, it was decent sized and it was good but a little tooo sweet(and I like sweets). I got their banana bread match with oat milk which was okay. It was more on the plain side. My friend got a maple brown iced coffee I believe and she liked hers. Since her grilled cheese took even longer they gave her a salted caramel cookie which was delicious too. The place was good but I think overly hyped. First time I visited their store after going to their truck a couple of times. Quality is still great. Tried their banana bread Matcha and it was very good. The carrot cake is delicious. Only complaint is that the lemon loaf didn't really taste like lemon. I wish it had a stronger flavor. Place is super cute. From the start of waiting in line to getting my order it took about an hour on a Saturday at like 10:30 AM so not terrible. read more

I would highly recommend ordering via the online portal because the line is very long and it takes about 30 to 40 minutes in line but if you do a pick up, you can get it in instantaneously. The food was super good. I got the cinnamon roll and I got the Honeyville Matcha latte with the honey foam. I really like the size of the cinnamon roll. It was not too heavy and it was not too big, but it was just enough for you to get a good taste and it was super good. I love that story behind it where it's a family owned business and they have a free truck and now they have a store and I will definitely be coming back here. The store itself is very nice and there is plenty of seating with pretty cool decorations. read more
