I came here with some friends and I honestly didn't even know the was a location in south miami. It's kind of hidden. The restaurant is located after the Skinny Louie. You have to go into a garage looking area and it's inside the building. The service was good, our server was nice. They allowed us to bring our dog inside with us. The food was great! To start off we enjoyed some shrimp that was lathered in spicy mayo and some chicken gyoza. Both appetizers were very good. I enjoyed the pad Thai as my entree, I had it with chicken and the portion was pretty big. I took half of it to go. We were so full, we couldn't get dessert. I look forward to coming back and dining once again. I definitely need to try the Thai donuts or the Nutella crepe cake. read more

Perhaps the day will come when I will stop being surprised at how many outstanding restaurants there are in our wonderful city of Miami. Relying solely on the reviews of my fellow Yelpers we decided to try 107 Taste. And I must say in terms of this restaurant, it was love at first sight. First of all the restaurant is really attractive. It is always a good sign when you walk into a restaurant on a random Wednesday night to see that the mid week crowd is comparable to what you would see other popular restaurants on the weekend. When you walk in the door, you're hit with the subtle aromas. They put your taste buds on high alert. Looking at the food on the other diner's tables only serves to make you salivate for what you were about to eat. Even before the first bite, you know you are in for a treat. I love Asian food and already have several favorites, but I had no idea how much I would enjoy this meal. The menu is a combination of a variety of Asian cuisines and tonight we decided to go with the wonton soup and the combination pad Thai these were also the recommendations of our server. Admittedly, there were a number of appetizers that attracted my attention and I did look ahead to dessert with the admission to try those as well. But our two entrées were so filling and so satisfying there was nothing that could've made the meal better. Some key points are that one of my pet peeves is when there are pictures on the menu and the food looks nothing like the picture. These many pictures are spot on so that beautiful pad Thai pictured on the menu was exactly what was put on my table. Same with the wonton soup. The wonton soup was quite tasty with fresh bok choy and delicious homemade wontons. It does have noodles in it, but no proteins outside of the wonton filling. The Pad Thai was the perfect balance balance of sweet and savory that you would find, and only the finest of Thai restaurants I loved every bite. When you order a dish with combination meets you often disappointed because the different proteins require different cooking times and so none of them actually seem cooked quite right. This was not the case here. The chefs take care to make sure that every vegetable, every noodle, every piece of shrimp, steak, and chicken are cooked perfectly. The sauce is so balanced and complements the ingredients perfectly. Food prices were reasonable. I did not order tea, which I usually would at an Asian restaurant because I thought the price was a bit high. I did not ask if complementary refills came with the soft drinks or iced tea. Overall, this was great experience with remarkably excellent food and superlative service. There's parking in the back although I parked on the street. This is a great addition to the growing number of restaurants in South Miami and is one that I am sure to return to. read more

We found ourselves unexpectedly in this part of the city around 8:30pm on a random humpday, and in need of a solid supper! After a thorough yelping, we landed on this fine establishment, with FREE parking located behind. It's right on South Dixie, great central location! We park and head over. The menu is terrific with delicious pics and many ways to customize protein and spice levels. The drinks look great, but I'm driving and it's late, so next time! And make it a point to try something new every time I come and everything I've tried so far has been delicious. I find parking easy to navigate. I know they have their own parking garage, but I normally park on the street. Their menu is really easy to follow, and I love the variety of Asian food that they have. 1 year apart, stuck in Miami again after international travel. Last year was one day so I only got to Uber eats a meal. This time it's 3 nights. Had and awesome experience at 107 Taste. I parked in the garage that's connected to the building and entered through the back entrance. I love the vibe of the restaurant, the door is minimalistic and monotone but fits perfectly. The staff at 107 are all very friendly and helpful and provide outstanding service. The menu is easy to understand and have country flags next to the dishes description. We had the chicken dumplings and Crab Rangoons as starters, The Crab Rangoon were amazing the best I've ever had and were packed with pieces of crab. We also had the Wonton soup and Mamas Pork Fried rice both were very good. To complete the meal we had the Thai donuts served with condensed milk. We came in for the $35 tasting menu special, and I have to say this is probably one of the best deals out there for dinner! The tasting menu provides regular sized portions for everything at a discounted price, and all of the food was delicious! I was even surprised by the dessert, which wasn't too sweet at all. It was so fun to order a little bit of everything and share and try everything. There was so much food that we have plenty of leftovers for tomorrow night as well! I truly wish I didn't have to write this. But what happened at 107 Taste (5966 S Dixie Hwy) tonight was unacceptable. While eating, we found a piece of plastic inside the dish. Not beside it, not around it. Inside. At first, we were confused--but when I saw the look of disbelief in my boyfriend's eyes, I knew this wasn't a mistake on our part. It was plastic, no doubt. Possibly from a packaging seal. The moment I was sure of what it was, I instinctively looked up--and noticed a camera perfectly angled at our table. The whole event is most likely recorded. When we noticed it, the closest staff member was a busser. We asked him to call our server. But before we could even explain, he saw it himself, apologized, and went straight for the plate to take it away. I stopped him immediately. We didn't want it removed or hidden. This wasn't just a complaint--it was a health concern. A few minutes passed--probably chaos in the kitchen. And then finally our actual server came. She too apologized and moved toward the plate again. I told her to stop. I didn't want anyone touching it. I was in shock, and part of me was waiting for a manager or the chef to come and handle this professionally. We asked for the chef. He didn't come. We were told: "He doesn't speak English." I'm sorry, but that's not an excuse. A chef whose food contained plastic should at least learn the words "I'm sorry." That is the bare minimum. He didn't bother. They offered to replace the meal, but by then I was already feeling sick. And while the food had started out well, there are some things that are simply not forgivable. This isn't about a bad meal. It's about basic safety and accountability. This should never happen--especially in the United States, where food safety regulations are so strict. There is no version of the story where this is okay. No angle where this is "just a mistake." A foreign object inside food is a violation. Period. I hope management reflects on this. Because this wasn't just disappointing--it was dangerous. read more

We got takoyaki as an appetizer; my friend got the tonkotsu ramen and I got the lemongrass ho fun, adding an egg.
