Since I found it a few weeks ago, I've been there twice and both times the Atlanta native Rhondalyn did my hair. Rhondalyn was excellent! She handled my hair with care and gave me the personalized attention I needed. Both times I've been there, I don't have to wait long and I'm out of there in a hour to a hour and a half. She knows a lot about maintaining a healthy natural while still getting it pressed. I was happily surprised that she didn't use a lot of unnecessary heat and my friends when seeing it thought I had a relaxer...yes she's that good!!! I have not been disappointed yet and will be back when I can. Her prices are a little more than the average Charlotte hairdresser, but trust me it's worth it!!! Con: the only thing that is missing is a hydrator/steamer...but I'm going to try my best to convince her to invest in one (wish me luck!) in the future.

I walked in with post-pandemic box-dyed (black) hair which I dyed myself. She suggested balayage and I trusted her completely even though I have heard how hard it is to undo self-dyed black hair color and how unpredictably the color can lift. It came out amazingly! I am beyond thrilled and would trust her with any hair situation. The vibe of the salon was incredible, it was just an amazing experience overall. I was really impressed with the work they did and decided then that I needed one of them to bless my hair with their hands, lol. I called the shop and spoke to Taniya/tnicole (omg my bad if I spelled your name wrong) and she was extremely nice and helpful. She was able to squeeze me in for an appointment with Jade. I was also able to purchase hair from them as well and that was super convenient. Not knowing where I was going, I arrived at the salon a little late but Jade was understanding and still was polite and professional. The salon itself is nicely decorated. One thing that really stood out to me was that a hair wash was still included in the service. Like that's so unheard of now which I don't understand why. Jade did an amazing job on my hair. My hair was laid OK?! I felt like a new woman and received several compliments as soon as I walked out of the salon door. I highly recommend them both. I wanted to go from red, lots of red, to a sandy blond. In the past from other salons the stylist puts color on color creating an untrue color. RJ stripped the red out and gave me a true color.
