I almost hate to leave a good review because I want to gate-keep honeyfield. I love breakfast. But I crave the banana fosters French toast from here. I always get two meals out of what I get from here. The staff is always friendly. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to eat here. It's worth every moment of my drive.

Stuffed French toast with apple cinnamon nut.

Food is great and the servers are very attentive. The French Toast was sweet but flavorful.

Great place for breakfast. Homemade corned beef hash was phenomenal!! Pictured is the Stallion omelet. Spinach, tomato, feta with hash browns. Add a little spice and ulala! Efficient and friendly service. If you're into Norman Rockwell, you'll love the decor.

Saturday morning we waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The place was busy. It looks like the locals were here in full force. Once we were seated out server told us we can serve ourselves coffee. The coffee pot was on the table. I guess it's self serve here. They also had a water pitcher and cups on the table. My daughter ordered eggs and bacon. My mom ordered the French toast meal. My husband had the banana fosters crepes. I had the pumpkin pancakes. Someone brought out out our order. I had to ask someone passing by if these were the pumpkin pancakes because our server was nowhere to ge found. My husband's crepes where terrible. The granola and gloppy canned whipped crème overpowered the whole dish. His crepes tasted liked whipped eggs. My pumpkin pancakes were delicious once I finally got them. They took a long time to come out. Our server did take my regular coffee off the check to make up for her mistake. I felt bad for our server because she was overwhelmed. She knocked over some high chairs when she was bringing out food. We asked her for more coffee but she disappeared for awhile. Maybe they were understaffed. My mom said her food was okay.

Came on a Sunday morning, the wait was less than 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere is old school breakfast diner. The menu has a wide variety of options. I got the Paul Bunyan breakfast because I wanted a little bit of everything. It came with biscuits and gravy, hash browns, eggs, and bacon. I didn't care for their gravy too much. I really Liked the hash browns because they weren't overly crispy. The bacon was cooked perfectly. I tried my friends crème brûlée French toast, it was very tasty! Portion sizes and pricing were good!

Breakfast combo

I very much enjoyed Honeyfield Restaurant. I got the French Crepe Combo with banana foster crepes. The combo was delicious, I added smoked Gouda cheese to my eggs and my bacon and hash browns were perfectly crispy! The bananas foster crepes were a little messy but still very good. I personally don't do sweet very well but these were still very good. My boyfriend got the Chicken and waffles with pancakes with strawberries and blueberries. The chicken and waffles were good but nothing special but the pancakes were good. The ambiance was great. Little dim but I like that on a cozy Sunday morning. The service was good our server was attentive but not suffocating and offered us coffee to go. Will definitely be back!

Stumbled upon this place before a full day of errands and it was exactly what we needed…read more Morning Delight is a true diner. Country esque charm, good service, generous portions, and prices that make you feel like you are getting away with something. No frills, no pretension, just solid breakfast food in a cozy setting. My partner got the standard diner breakfast plate, eggs, hash browns, pancakes, and bacon, and walked away happy. The hash browns were a touch under-seasoned but a quick hit of salt at the table solved that immediately. I went with the country skillet which landed in the same camp. Solid, filling, and again just needing a little more seasoning to really shine. The one miss for us was the biscuits and gravy. Not bad, but not memorable either. The gravy needed more seasoning and personally I want my gravy boldly peppered and this one played it too safe. Probably won't revisit that dish but everything else on the table earned its place. Portions are generous, prices are beyond reasonable, and the service kept things moving without feeling rushed. This is not a destination restaurant and it does not need to be. It is a dependable neighborhood diner that delivers exactly what it promises. Sometimes that is everything you need on a busy Saturday morning. We will be back.

A TALE OF TWO RESTAURANTS. A very weak fourth star…read more As you walk in the atmosphere is inviting. The dining room is spacious. Everything is in order and looks clean. I was sat immediately and my waitress took my order as soon as I was ready. Both the hostess and waitress were friendly and competent. Even the silverware was basically spotless. Unfortunately that's where the good news ends. I ordered the steak skillet with diced jalapeños. When it arrived it looked fine. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and inviting. When I took my first forkful it went downhill fast. The steak was cut into unappetizing kibble sized pieces. After eating a few bites I encountered my one and only sizeable piece of green pepper. Curious I took the eggs off the top of the rest of the skillet and then lost my appetite. Before me was a brown mess of ingredients. I order meals with a healthy amount of freshies in order to have something fresh and not too heavy, fatty or greasy. This was all of those. I finished the eggs and pushed brown pile away. SUCH A GOOD START! wasted by poor food. A note about the back of house management: there was a lot of standing around. The white guy with the white hair whom I took to be the owner had a look on his face like he just didn't wanna be there. Don't know if it's RBF but at least try to look like you are happy to see people. I'm just so disappointed. I'm not going to make a recommendation this time. They do some things so well and some so poorly. I don't think I could be fair.

I do not think the waffles should be the main draw. They were just okay. The other breakfast items…read morewere good. However, the service was great and restaurant feel was homey.
