I absolutely love everything about this restaurant. The owners in the staff are all super nice and accommodating. This restaurant was such a let down. The food was of poor quality. You get huge portions but the food lacked flavor and was greasy. Teagan was our wait staff and she was amazing and attentive. She deserves five stars! The restaurant needed a major cleaning, the floors were dirty the baseboards were dirty and there was some type of insect flying around near our table while we were eating. I use to order from them all the time until today .I ordered a meal and with my to go soup I asked for a roll.1 roll which by the way they are very small.I was told by Tracy that I would have to pay $2.00 .I told her I have never been charged before she said "oh..well they should of charged you" Louies lost a good customer over $2 for a $.25 cent roll. read more

Today, we had our two grandchildren with for breakfast and we have enjoyed Louie's in the Cathedral neighborhood prior to the son's new opening on Larkin and McDonough. Everything was over the top delicious and perfect from the service, the quick bussing of tables, cleanliness, coffee and quality of the fare. The new location is right of I-80 and Rt 7 Larkin. Unique to this time in history they are well staffed and everyone is calmly handling thier duties in a competent manner. Food came out hot and fast. Decor is family owned and personally themed relevant to their stellar reputation. My husband and I agree this is the best hearty breakfast we have had since 2020! read more

Disgusting... I went there with my family of 5. We ordered a skillet and some fruit. On my orange slice there was a piece of glass that got stuck in my finger, I popped it out and gave it to my boyfriend and he gave it to one the managers, Michael P... Michael took it from my boyfriend and let it fall on the floor and walked away. I was shocked. No one asked to have our food remade, no one gave us an apology. I'll keep this one brief because I don't like to be negative. My fiance got the gypsy skillet with gyro meat and I got the country skillet to go. Both came with pancakes. When we opened them my fiance's had the greasy tickets they have when they cook the order stuck in his food and in his sunny side up eggs. He ate the pancakes and I ate my skillet which was really good. He had to throw his away and we called and they did reimburse us for one skillet even though it wasn't the more expensive one that was ruined. Hesitant to try again because I'm not sure why they are so careless with the preparation of food and how sanitary it is but it was probably just an honest mistake. What gets me is that it was empty. Only a few tables there so not sure why they were in a rush that they threw dirty paper in our food. Food was great from what we tasted though. read more
