This place is perfect for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free people. This was my first time going to this restaurant and I must say I was very impressed with the food, order experience, and the atmosphere. You order your food on a nice size touch screen and pretty much wait until your food is done and your number is called. They also accept mobile payments as well. First and last time here. A friend of mine recommended this place so I had to try it out. My first impression was this place is dirty. I could already tell before walking in because of all the dirty tables outside the restaurant. I still went in with an open mind because it looked packed so it had to be good, right? The dining room inside was even worst than outside. Trash everywhere and the condiments counter had sauces all over it. Maybe this place should hire more people or put more people on? It took me a while to order my food because I didn't know what I was doing but I didn't want to ask the staff for help since they all look like they were struggling as is. My salad took 10 mins to come out and it was missing ingredients. If I'm going to pay extra for my food I would like to have everything I purchased. Overall I'm not impressed nor will I be returning. I stopped in to grab some food on my way home from work and Michaela went above and beyond to make my experience a quick and efficient one. My usual HG spot is Bala Cynwood location and I have had countless errors with each visit. This time I went to Cherry Hill and was nothing but satisfied. The store looked spotless, crew was all properly wearing their masks (huge deal for me as a medical professional) and most importantly, my honeybar was made perfectly!! Normally love honeygrow but I could not finish the takeout order I got tonight. The egg noodles in my bowl were not cooked through. They were so doughy I couldn't eat it. Not talking just a bit chewy here. I also ordered chicken in it and got maybe four small small pieces of chicken in the bowl. Okay........they say 3 strikes and you're out!!!!! Honeygrow has definitely been removed from our list for good. We gave it three attempts and each time was seriously worse than the first. Honestly the only thing that kept us going back was the fact that it was new....hoping maybe just growing pains and the ginger honey lemonade. During our first visit towards the end of our bland stir fry I almost cracked my tooth on a stone. You typically do not expect to chew down on a stone. This was not fun however I do understand 'things' happen when using fresh produce. The manager barely apologized, didn't offer a refund or a return gesture, and never followed up as he said he would. On our second trip we tried salads instead of the stir fry hoping that the flavors would meld better and that since the stir fries were barely luke warm the first time, we thought salad would be a better option....wrong. Bland, blah........ Do NOT expect your food to look like it does on their menu!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There no comparison. If you want heads of broccoli I suggest you ask because both of our meals were 90% broccoli stems. Sadly we gave it another try this week......and WOW it was so very 'terrible'. Oh and BTW their signature ginger honey lemonade was watered down the 2nd visit and again this time.....pathetic. Again we tried the stir fry; two different versions and both were barely room temperature and again bland with minuscule veggies and 'barely there' garnishes; 4 crunchy cashews and 3 pieces of cilantro on one stir fry and 6 fried shallots pieces and 3 pieces of parsley on the other. We asked them to be reheated and when received back they were again barely warm. If you like bland, room temperature food this is definitely the place to go. And do NOT let the name fool you......HONEYgrow has NOTHING to do with honey. Their 'honeybar' is lame. Sorry I hate to leave such a poor review but after three attempts and all poor experiences we feel the feedback is well deserved. read more

This is the second location I have been too and I have to say that this location is better than the last. The place seemed cleaner and was more efficient with getting out my order. In terms of the food...honey grow is great. I love that you order from the computer screen because you don't feel rushed and you really have time to browse through everything. The food always tastes fresh and the portions are great. The staff was very friendly at this location. A gentleman even offered to clear our table when we were done eating. Trying to be somewhat healthy (sugar addict here) and this place seemed like it could provide some tasty healthful options. I have been here twice now and have had the philly roast pork both times. Once with the spicy chili sauce and once with the soy garlic. Both offer two different taste experiences and both were delightful. Price is right for better quality ingredients. No smoothies were offered the times I went so that would be my only negative. I want the full health experience haha! Overall I'd say give it a try. They offer an option for everyone. read more

I drove by honeygrow while coming back from a friend's house and decided to check it out. I'm so glad I did! They have a cool vibe going on and I really like the touchscreen ordering. Sometimes you're just looking for a more personal experience without interacting with a ton of people. There was a bunch of options including various stir fry and salads. I couldn't figure out what to get but a nice girl who worked there suggested the spicy garlic. I went with it and also ordered the kale smoothie they offer. I watched them make my order which was neat. They whip everything up in these fiery woks. I got my food to go so I could eat it while driving, yes I'm bad like that. They served it in this nifty container like the kind you get with Chinese food. The spicy garlic sauce was amazing and the noodles were abundant. The kale smoothie was refreshing and worked well with the spicy stir fry. I'll definitely be back to try their other sauces! read more

Really wanted to love this place . I hear how healthy and natural the food is . I am a vegetarian with a few food sensitivities, one being chili peppers and jalapeño. Tried to find Something to order and a manager tried to help . The tofu is pre marinated in a spicy sauce which made it impossible for me to order. No other source of vegetarian protein . Cool place. I eat at honeygrow chains maybe about once every two months. I usually go on a lunch break. Food is ok, not bad at all. It's definitely not worth the price though. The portions for a stir fry is not worth $11-$14. You can get the same portion with even more at half the price at a local Chinese spot. No exaggeration. Really good food and great setup, but the staff was super rude. I went two days in a row and the cooks were just joking around while there was a huge line. I asked one girl a question about the food because my family member had an allergy and she just laughed at me was like "i dunno, look it up online or something." This used to be one of my favorite places to eat lunch and/or dinner. The spicy garlic stir fry was so good that I would actually consider ordering two at a time. However, it seems that they're now using different egg noodles that taste bland & seriously clump together. I've been here twice now and already narrowed my fave stir fry to the smoked oyster. I nixed the pork and bean sprouts for chicken, mushrooms, and egg. It was delicious. I just wished it came out hotter. The second go round was with the coconut red curry. They give you a nice big portion but sadly it lacked flavor. Sriracha could not even save it. Be careful when you start tweaking your order, changing things could easily add up. This is not a cheap and easy go to lunch. This place gets really packed during lunch time. The wait was manageable and the line moved quickly. The kale'atta tasted nutritious but was not served as cold as i would have liked. There's many options to try each time you come. A few months ago I went to Honeygrow with my daughter. She ordered something with noodles and tofu. Later that evening I was at home relaxing when she threw up! She got terrible food poisoning and had to go to the hospital and got an IV. I do not recommend getting tofu there it might just give you salmonella! I DO NOT recommend eating here. It looked very unsanitary in the kitchen area and the tofu was probably sitting out for weeks. read more

Right away the music is too loud. I'm also not a fan of ordering food that costs almost $30 for 2 people on a touch screen. Overall the food is tasty and super fresh but they seem to skimp on the amount of ingredients and the overall amount of sauce. We ordered the red coconut curry stir fry and the roast pork stir fry. Both very good but I felt for almost $30 there should be more flavor and ingredients and less noodles. I'm still thinking about the sesame garlic noodle stir-fry, it was that yummy! I love that you can totally customize it right down to requesting the sauce to be light or on the side. I love that the meat items are free range or naturally raised and they try to locally source all the produce. Even the chairs are made of recycled soda bottles! There are some tables and chairs but not as many as I expected - I guess many people do take out. I also loved the fruit salad but wasn't as much of a fan of the smoothie. They just have the one variety (kale, banana and not sure what else) and it was too thick for my taste, I would have liked it better with some ice blended in it. We tried Honeygrow earlier in the week and we liked it so much we returned today. The atmosphere is very comfortable and I like you order from a touch screen menu like Wawa. My favorite sauce is the red curry. It's fun to make your own stir-fry options and salads. The claim their food is fresh from local farmers if possible and everything tastes fresh. I feel it's a pricey compared to what is being served/ portion size. We did take out both times so not sure if you get more if you eat in. I highly recommend trying out this place, you can't go wrong. I would like to be able to order online as it takes awhile for your order when you get there and have to build your meal. read more

My first time here, and I was asking a few questions to try to understand the menu a little bit better but instead of helping me the girl at the counter was basically talking down to me. Every question I asked her she gave me attitude and a sarcastic answer. I felt like I was annoying her after a while so I just tried to do it myself. I've been here a few times and my advice is to come during the weekdays. If you want a good stir-fry and good service usually Monday-Thursday is when you'll get both. I stopped in earlier today (around 3:30 pm) and this place was a mess. I didn't feel welcomed, dirty dining room, and the staff look like they didn't know what they were doing. Took about 15 mins for my stir fry to come out and when I finally got it the box was barely warm. I didn't bother telling the manager because it was so busy and I was already running late.
