They are open again. Had the shrimp & mixed vegetables combo. It was very good! 2 spring rolls included. There's a +3.5% charge for using credit card.

No other choices for Chinese food in Apalachicola, your wings are pretty good but the rest of the stuff is just the average to subpar

Very good food. And the service was excellent. Can't go wrong with Hong Kong bistro when getting Chinese food. I highly recommend.

The lunch buffet is a good deal. Food was pretty tasty and there was a lot of variety. Kids buffet is $3.95, worth every penny.

The server shared with me what they were famous for and gave me some great recommendations. I had the fried wontons for an appetizer. They were so good. They were crispy on the outside but full of chicken on the inside. My lunch entree was the shrine Pad Thai. All I can say is WOW!! Everything in this dish jumped out at you. From the flavorful noodles to the juicy shrimp, nothing disappointed from start to finish. This is definitely a go to on my list. If you want fresh, flavorful food that isn't commercial, get her tomorrow!!!

I have decided to pity this place and give them 3 stars rather than the 2 I feel that they deserve,…read moremostly because they were quite busy and apparently had a lot of online orders. We arrive at 5:30 on a Tuesday. At the time of being seated, less than half of the tables were full. There was only one waitress for the entire restaurant, and despite the restaurant being mostly empty when we sat down, she took at least 10 minutes to bring us our drinks (which she got wrong the first time around). As an appetizer, we ordered the special Takoyaki which was squid stuffed balls of rice. We did not finish these on account of they were bad. It took at least 20 minutes for our food to arrive after ordering, and my partner's father was served his food well before my partner and I were given ours. My partner ordered the Bangkok Chicken which was decent, and I ordered the Chicken Lomein which was not great. In my whole entire dish, there were 2 tiny pieces of broccoli and there were not any other vegetables, which was disappointing. Also - not necessarily her fault, but since the kitchen was so behind and the one waitress was covering the whole restaurant, they had someone from the back running food and drinks out to tables and it was very clearly her first time doing this. She got drinks wrong multiple times, handed us a to-go box that was leftover from the dirty table behind us, and all around was just clearly not trained to be waitressing. It was an unfortunate situation, but because of that, the service was just painful.

First time here but definitely will not be the last! Atmosphere is great very good vibe we went on…read morea Saturday night and it was packed inside and out so I feel that reservations are a must at least on weekend nights. We ordered a round of drinks I got their old fashioned which was great! They also have a wagyu tallow inspired old fashioned as well, more on that here in a minute. Staff were super friendly and didn't keep us waiting. Inside seating is rather limited, but they do make up for that with what I'd say is a larger proportion outdoor seating. The tables and seating outside tho are done well and not like cheap patio furniture. The food; so there are a few other sushi/ Asian fusion places in the area but this one is a Strong contender!! The rolls were excellent if you would rather have the more traditional Nigiri or Sashimi they have those options as well. We had the spicy salmon and Mahi machi rolls and they were so delicious that we ordered another round!! Which brings me to the last item as we were too full to try any desert a friend and I did opt for the Wagyu tallow inspired old fashioned. While it was good it just seems to taste like the other original we had ordered. Perhaps there was a mixup or that was the intent, but the price didn't back up the difference which was more expensive. YMMV on that one but something to keep in mind. Bottom line is if you are in the 30A Rosemary beach area and craving sushi with some good vibes do not pass this place up!! We will be coming back!!

We ordered the wagyu beef stir fry which was decent, and slightly on the sweet side. The white rice was very dry. The fried rice was also on the sweet side and the chicken was way over cooked. The peanut noodles was ok, not something that I would recommend. The 2 dishes that I would recommend are the Spicy Seafood that comes with noodles and their Ramen. The broth for the Ramen was very flavorful. The Spicy Seafood dish came with calamari, scallops and shrimp and the sauce was spicy and not overly sweet. The fam also enjoyed their fried cheese cake dessert which I didn't try. Be warned, this is a very expensive Asian restaurant so be prepared to spend some money. Our waiter was great and very attentive. I didn't get to check out the decor inside because we were sat outside which was not ideal because it has a view of the parking lot. But I'm sure it was really nice inside based on the menu price.

The sushi rolls were enjoyed by all. We really liked the edamame and spring rolls as appetizers. They have good wine, beer, and liquor selections. We ordered a bottle of Pinot Grigio which was perfect with our dishes. We paid around $55 per person. The only negative was a leak from the dining room ceiling; however, we had experienced a lot of rain in the area on that day. It didn't affect our dining; therefore, no harm-no foul.

When ordering, the server explained that the dish, as is, is considered "medium". I thought medium would be fine since I enjoy a spicy kick. But if that was their "medium", I don't want to know what their "hot" would taste like!! My goodness! Other than that, everything else was great! The Gyoza was especially tasty!
