First time here but definitely will not be the last! Atmosphere is great very good vibe we went on a Saturday night and it was packed inside and out so I feel that reservations are a must at least on weekend nights. We ordered a round of drinks I got their old fashioned which was great! They also have a wagyu tallow inspired old fashioned as well, more on that here in a minute. Staff were super friendly and didn't keep us waiting. Inside seating is rather limited, but they do make up for that with what I'd say is a larger proportion outdoor seating. The tables and seating outside tho are done well and not like cheap patio furniture. The food; so there are a few other sushi/ Asian fusion places in the area but this one is a Strong contender!! The rolls were excellent if you would rather have the more traditional Nigiri or Sashimi they have those options as well. We had the spicy salmon and Mahi machi rolls and they were so delicious that we ordered another round!! Which brings me to the last item as we were too full to try any desert a friend and I did opt for the Wagyu tallow inspired old fashioned. While it was good it just seems to taste like the other original we had ordered. Perhaps there was a mixup or that was the intent, but the price didn't back up the difference which was more expensive. YMMV on that one but something to keep in mind. Bottom line is if you are in the 30A Rosemary beach area and craving sushi with some good vibes do not pass this place up!! We will be coming back!! read more

They have expansive menu; sushi and stir fry. The sushi we ordered were fresh and well prepared. The stir fry options were ok. We ordered the wagyu beef stir fry which was decent, and slightly on the sweet side. The white rice was very dry. The fried rice was also on the sweet side and the chicken was way over cooked. The peanut noodles was ok, not something that I would recommend. The 2 dishes that I would recommend are the Spicy Seafood that comes with noodles and their Ramen. The broth for the Ramen was very flavorful. The Spicy Seafood dish came with calamari, scallops and shrimp and the sauce was spicy and not overly sweet. The fam also enjoyed their fried cheese cake dessert which I didn't try. Be warned, this is a very expensive Asian restaurant so be prepared to spend some money. Our waiter was great and very attentive. I didn't get to check out the decor inside because we were sat outside which was not ideal because it has a view of the parking lot. But I'm sure it was really nice inside based on the menu price. read more

I had a fabulous dinner at Aja. What drew me in was the outdoor patio. Beautiful ambiance, luxe, chic, romantic vibe. I sat at the Sushi Bar and enjoyed watching both Sushi Chefs create their art. With blow torches, and carefully placing caviar on top of tuna. Chef David is so talented! And my server, Katrina, was so attentive and checked on us frequently. Here's what I'd recommend: - Mongolian Beef was 5 stars. Hands down my FAVORITE - Crème Brûlée was 5 stars - Cheesecake was 5 stars - Chicken lettuce wrap - 5 stars. This is the fault of the owner/head chef. Been to rosemary beach multiple times. The ONLY bad resturant experiences we've ever had have been at Lola and Aja. Both owned by the same person For Aja we ordered via door dash at 8pm with a 45 min estimated wait. It hit 9pm and the driver was still waiting. I called the resturant and they said oh yeah your food is here and it's been ready but "we don't support door dash bro". I asked how they completed the order if they don't support DoorDash and he didn't have an answer. I asked if the sushi has been sat waiting for an hour and if they're going to remake it if I came and they also didn't know. My door dash driver then said the chef apologized to him and got him a drink to buy time on the order fulfillment but 5 minutes turned into 9:30pm and still "working on the order". I come here all the time when I'm in town, and I just noticed they are low on stars for some ungodly reason. I've tried all the sushi in town, and there are several good ones, but this one is our favorite. We usually sit at the bar and ask chef to keep the sushi coming until we are full. Worst experience on 30A. Terrible service, it took them 20 minutes to get our lemonades for the kids and a bottle of wine out to the table. It took over 1 hour for our food to come out and they have two of the biggest losers playing DJ with loud Vegas-like music playing at 7pm. Overpriced as well for the sub-par quality of food they serve. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. Although they are able to make anything, I felt that there weren't enough vegetarian options. I recently had a bachelorette dinner here and Aja pulled out all the stops! Special thank you to Armine who set everything up. She was so attentive and made everything gorgeous. There were 11 of us so it was no small task! Armine collected our orders before, made us a gorgeous preset menu and confirmed details a few times. First impressions of this place I thought very highly. Outdoor seating, took reservations, music, but I was WRONG. Started off with drinks then it took about 30 minutes to get only one meal which belonged to my friend. Approximately 7 minutes after, all of the food came out. I got beef lo mein and prior to ordering it I asked what was in it. The waitress told me it could be whatever I wanted. I just ordered a basic beef lo mein but with peppers. It costed 40$ for noodles, soy sauce, and 3 tiny pieces of subpar beef. They added on 50 cents for peppers. My other friend got a pork chop and it was also extremely overpriced and hard to cut. It was 50$ for two tiny pieces of meat with minimal vegetables. It was supposed to come with rice however they forgot it. When the waitress finally came back ( she did not check in on us after we received it maybe 15 minutes before) she brought the rice. I did not really enjoy my meal, one friend left hungry, and one thought it was good. Receiving the bill was puzzling as to why there was an excessive amount of added in fees. I would not recommend this restaurant for anyone because of poor quality food and expensive. read more

Such an amazing dining experience. We sat at the sushi bar which at first I was hesitant, the sushi chefs were amazingly knowledgeable and attentive. We ordered the dumplings which were ok, nothing special. The short ribs were good just fairly spicy for me. All of the sushi rolls and nigiri was extremely fresh and well worth the price.
