There is an item in the menu that is Bill and Harry's chicken, but as I am vegetarian, I ask for it with tofu instead and they honor my request with no problem. Their sauce has a little spice to it, is very flavorful and just so good! All the food tasted super delicious, not very greasy considering it is Chinese. Grandma loved that they didn't put the sauce on her sweet and sour chicken, so by the time we got home, it didn't get soggy! The rice and all the noodles were flavorful.
