You are only getting a one star review because 0 is not an option. Did an order through grub hub, only to have our order show up incorrect. Called the restaurant and told them about my issues and they tried to pass the blame on to grub hub. Also, their beef and broccoli tasted like the cat meat spoiled a week ago. Told them about that issue to and they said to bring it back for exchange. I asked to speak to the manager and he said we gave been serving it all night so it must be just us not liking it. Worst customer service You could possibly imagine from a restaurant that is supposed to be a part of the hospitality industry. I have lost faith in yelp reviews after trying this place. I really do not know what my orange "chicken" was comprised of but it in no way resembled or had the texture of any chicken I had ever tried. Unless it was made up of what was leftover from McDonalds and Burger King after they make their chicken nuggets? Wish I could give a zero. Ordered food at 6:12 PM on a Sunday night. I was told it would be 50-60 minutes. I called after 90 minutes and was given some indistinguishable response that the driver was on his way. At the 2 hour mark I called again to cancel the order. As I waited for someone to explain why the food had not been delivered, the doorbell rang. Aside from being lukewarm, at best, the food was not good. Not even average. The only truth about the fried rice was that it was rice. It was a mushy yellow rice with a few veggies mixed in. Tasteless and bland, much like the rest of the meal. Put an order in online at 12:33pm on a Sunday afternoon. I received confirmation the order was received and delivery would arrive 1:18pm. No order at 1:47pm called restaurant and gave our online order number. The person who answered the phone asked for our entire order ($60.00 worth). Meanwhile at 2:00pm We still didn't have our order and the manager was not empathic and would NOT refund our money. After debating for more than 5 minutes the manager said, "It should be there any minute the delivery driver left 15 minutes ago, see if you like it first". The most they would was refund only $20.00. We waited another 45 min and when the order still did not arrive we called back and the manager said,"Well, you said you wanted a full refund so we canceled your order". This was the worst experience I've had in a long time. I ordered online and it was easy to do so. When I arrived at the restaurant my food was being boxed up and counter lady was friendly. I got home and played my food. I ordered an egg roll, crab rangoon, and combination sweet and sour. The sweet and sour dish seemed a bit hard but I thought maybe it was just really crispy. When I not into the shrimp, the actual inside was hard as a rock and my tooth broke. I called the restaurant to inform them and didn't even get an apology or choice of a new meal or even a refund. So now I'm going to have a high dentist bill along with an empty stomach and ugly smile. I'm mortified. Maybe not re- fry old cooked food or ease up on the fry time. After reading the reviews on this restaurant, I expected at least average to above average fast food Chinese. I was quite disappointed. The food (shrimp fried rice and singapore mei fun) was not very flavorful. However, the restaurant was clean, the dishes were plentiful, and we got a significant amount of shrimp and other ingredients in the dishes. I would not return to this location as I believe there are tastier options around. Review of 3 stars is based on quantity and cleanliness not on flavor. read more

This is the first time we tried the resturant. The service is good and quick to get the order out. The packing to go was really good and as they gave you they showed you that they had all the sauces and everything as they put it into the bag. The pork lo mein was really good. The fried rice was more like yellow rice only so it was disappointing. The egg roll was good too. I will give the resturant another try just to see if they can sway me to 5 stars but for now 3 is all they get. read more

Best take out Chinese food in the area, been eating this food for 5 years and it's always was consistent and delicious. My go to is sesame chicken with fried rice or noodles. I have developed an affinity for the Chinese take out here. Most of the dishes are very solid, with good portions and good flavors. The shrimp with lobster sauce-one of my staples-is consistently good. The kung pao chicken is a nice change of pace. The soups are very good. The egg rolls above average. Because of all the good reviews, I just decided to drive further than I wanted to to get some good Chinese. Why must I always be disappointed and all the crappy Chinese places we have around here? The orange chicken was tough and kind of nasty, the eggrolls, nasty as well. The crab Rangoon was basically just cream cheese. Looks like I'm eating Thai from now on. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with their food. I ordered Moo Shu pork, veg lo mean, and wonton soup. All was very good. Even the wonton soup was very flavorful and the pint had about 6 wontons in it. That is not usual. Moo Shu was delish and so was the lo main. A Lot of veggies in it with a lot of flavor. Very deceiving appearance on the outside, but can they cook Chinese in the inside. Shrimp chow mein is so delicious from this restaurant. It reminds me of the kind we used to love getting in the Northeast. I have ordered this from other restaurants but did not enjoy or like it. Hong Kong knows how to make it perfectly! This place is pretty good! Not the best Chinese food I've had before but it was still solid. I had the sweet and sour chicken, it was good. It also came with fried rice and an egg roll, both were good and I enjoyed eating it. I also had dumplings as an appetizer and they were good as well. It was all great because they gave you lots of food for the price, I was way in over my head just by ordering a main coarse and an appetizer. Probably the biggest reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 3 is because you can tell they made it fresh, it wasn't sitting under a heat lamp for 45 minutes. I got in there and ordered and it took them about 10-12 minutes to make. To me, this is a good thing. I'd recommend to anyone looking for some good, fresh, and real Chinese good. read more

Definitely the best Chinese in this area. General Tso chicken is sweet and crispy and actually contains chicken. It's not the best Chinese in the world but I've Never had anything here that I didn't like. Delivery is quick and is always hot.
