This was the worst experience ever. We love Chinese food. My entire adult life, the only dish I order is Moo Goo Gai Pan. What I received was NOTHING close. First, there were red peppers in it. I DO NOT LIKE RED PEPPERS AND HAVE NEVER HAD THEM IN THIS DISH BEFORE. Second, there were NO snow pea pods, NO water chestnuts, NO celery. Those items along with carrots and occasionally broccoli and little corn (which I could do without) are ALWAYS in it. THe peppers tainted the entire meal, and I threw it out. Also, there was zero taste. My husband threw his meal (something different) out as well due to no taste. It's really sad. Food here used to be consistent. Had slight issues before, but NEVER to the extent that we had to throw it out and not eat it. read more

Not really impressed with the flavor of the food, I found it lacking any taste at all, and that goes for all the food I ordered. This really only left me half satisfied. The portions are good, the prices were fair, the service was fast and friendly, and it's a drive-thru, so I wish I could give it more stars, but seeing as we go to a restaurant to eat, the bulk of the rating goes there. It doesn't look like much on the outside and I didn't go in, but from what I could see from the window it looked pretty clean. 6/10 read more

I've been here so many times and I don't have anything bad to say about it, until today. I decided to try the Mongolian beef which I've had at other places and underwhelming and not even worth eating is probably the way I would describe it. It's actually onions with a few pieces of beef. AVOID!!! This place used to slap. But I just got undercooked General Tso's chicken, and halfway through my wonton soup I realized they gave me pork not chicken wontons. This place will Suprise you by how good their food is. We love their tuna sushi rolls. Their platters are always full to the brim which is appreciated!!! Pickup is always super quick. Food is on point. Normally get it through their drive through but sometimes the delivery service is necessary. My mom's recovering from surgery and ordered delivery at around 6:30, was quoted 45 min to an hour, and the food only came at 9 pm. It was impossible for my mom to reach them by phone for a while, when I reached them at 8:15 they said it would be 5 minutes, but it wasn't. She's a great weekly repeat customer, tips even in the drive through, but they just kept lying or not having the staff to handle phones. We can understand getting slammed and could have worked with that but give a reasonable estimate. The best part? Mom got someone else's order. Edit a few minutes later: after a couple tries to get in touch with them and let them know we have someone else's order, hopefully to get ours, they hung up oh her and now their phone go to a busy signal now. lol. 9:40 edit, was able to get in touch with them, let them know, and they redelivered the correct meals. read more

Delish Chinese food! Our first time ordering was this evening. We got the bourbon chicken quart, Szechuan beef quart, beef fried rice and a Yummi roll. We were pleasantly surprised that the bourbon chicken was not fried and very juicy! The sauce is a little thinner than a normal bourbon chicken, but I put some onto the rice and it was bomb! The Szechuan beef was yummy too. We like lots of veggies with it but maybe if you don't you should get something else. The beef fried rice has lots of shaved beef that is soo tender! Overall was just so GOOD! They are so busy so make sure to give them about 25-30 minutes. The three workers are working their butts off and are so kind while doing so! The food here is consistently delicious. There are items that they don't have on the menu board so I highly recommend checking out their full menu on the website. One of the things that they make which is on the chef's menu is happy family. This is a five protein meal... beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, and scallops. It is loaded with vegetables and in a very delicious light sauce. it's one of my favorite items on the menu. They also have pork dumplings three different ways deep-fried pan fried or steamed. I usually get steamed. And any menu item you can get it either the single meal size or the large size which honestly large can feed me for two days or three depending on the meal. the service here is delightful. Everybody is so nice. It is a drive-through with two picnic tables, but you compete with a couple of storks or more for room at the table. And that is not a euphemism. I order from this restaurant rather few times and I was always happy with the customer service; food and add once. I always added notes and they were always followed(nothing crazy just extra ginger per roll). Today, after very long day at work I am receiving my order and looks like my food was packed in reused plastic bag. Container with soy sauce was maybe 15% filled if that, no extra pockets ( as they usually be included) and barely any ginger. I hope that I can add pictures to prove my point. Additionally I was always impressed how food was packed, always in paper bag and then in plastic bag for safe and sanitary transport. I called the restaurant and I felt very dismissed; not really respected and all I heard was excuses even when I was trying to speak with the person I had conversation with respecy. His excuses provided to me was totally different that were told to the delivery service. Addionally even on receipt , you can clearly see what I asked and of course I included Please and thank you. Heard about this place through a friend who has been going here for years! I just moved here and have been looking for a Chinese food place. I ordered Krab Rangoons, they come in an order or 5 or 10. I ordered 5. I also ordered a pint of Shrimp Fried rice and a pint of Sesame Chicken. Everything was very good and fresh! Super disappointing! This place has gone WAY downhill! Ordered a simple dish that's hard to screw up: Kung Pao chicken. Portion was severely lacking in protein, just a box of undercooked vegetables with sauce that was watered down and absent any flavor. I guess inflation means skimping on ingredients. For $14, this is a ripoff. Called to complain and basically told me sorry but nothing they could do if I didn't bring it back; because that's what I want to do when I order Chinese food to-go and bring it all the way back to my house. A-OK Chinese food when you are looking for something fast. My husband is the king of quick Chinese food. He is the connoisseur of the food court Asian cuisine. We aren't fancy people, I'll take a little cheaper meal over hoity toity tables and chairs any day (I'm kidding, kind of). But here, it seriously works. My husband got his standard chicken teriyaki and a small chicken lo mein. The Chicken Teriyaki came with fried rice and mixed vegetables. Honestly, I wasn't really impressed with any of it. It tasted like it fit in with food court Asian food. The fried rice and the lo mein didn't really have taste to me. I recently ate lo mein from Oriental Market and It was definitely better at the market. I am a little intrigued that they sell sushi. I'm not sure how I feel about sushi from a drive thru, but I may try it just for kicks.
