They provided an assortment of yummy fresh fish which were all very good. Portions are big, so I was stuffed and happy. Prices are more than reasonable for the quality and amount of food you get. It's definitely a great value in Riverdale. I have been ordering from here on and off for years, and the consistency is unreal. Fresh ingredients, delicious execution, and that neighborhood charm keep us coming back. My dad wanted to sub out the rice for plantains, but ended up not getting the miso soup and we were charged for a whole side of plantains. We've tried several apps, including the boneless ribs (nom!), wings (also nom!), edamame, and tuna tartare. You can't go wrong with any of these! We've also tried several rolls -- more traditional Japanese ones... but they also have mashup rolls that combine Japanese and Dominican ingredients. We haven't tried the mashup rolls yet yet but plan on it next time. Lastly, we've also tried the Chinese style dishes -- Chicken and Broccoli and Chicken Lo Mein. Both were good. And the egg roll with the Chicken and Broccoli was a nice surprise. The restaurant does A LOT of take out and delivery, so they can get backed up, but that's to be expected.
